The fertilizer mixing and stirring device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a stirring mechanism is further arranged inside the mixing and stirring device housing (1); the stirring mechanism comprises a lower sliding rod (21), a transverse connecting rod (23), a longitudinal stirring rod (24) and a lower driving mechanism for driving the lower sliding rod (21) to move; the lower driving mechanism comprises a gear (17), a lower sliding groove (18) and a lower sliding plate (20); the lower end of one side of the fixed plate (2) is provided with a lower sliding groove (18) which is symmetrical to the upper sliding groove (3); a fixed plate sliding block (19) is arranged in the lower sliding groove (18) in a sliding manner; a lower sliding plate (20) is fixed on the fixed plate sliding block (19); racks are arranged on the inner sides of the lower sliding plate (20) and the upper sliding plate (5); a gear (17) meshed with the racks of the lower sliding plate (20) and the upper sliding plate (5) is rotatably arranged between the lower sliding plate (20) and the upper sliding plate (5); the lower end of the lower sliding plate (20) is fixed with the upper end of a lower sliding rod (21); a transverse connecting rod (23) is fixed at the lower end of the lower sliding rod (21); the bottom of the transverse connecting rod (23) is equidistantly provided with a plurality of longitudinal stirring rods (24).

The fertilizer mixing and stirring device as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that a stirring motor (22) is further arranged between the lower side sliding rod (21) and the transverse connecting rod (23); the bottom of the stirring motor (22) is fixed at the lower end of the lower side sliding rod (21), and the rotating end of the stirring motor is connected with the central part of the transverse connecting rod (23).
4. The fertilizer mixing and stirring device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the number of the fixed plate sliding blocks (19) in the upper sliding groove (3) and the lower sliding groove (18) is plural.

The fertilizer mixing and stirring device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a sealing cover is detachably fixed on the outer side of the fixing plate (2); the parts at the upper side and the lower side of the sealing cover are respectively provided with opening sides for sliding an upper sliding rod (12) and a lower sliding rod (21); the two sides of the upper sliding rod (12) and the lower sliding rod (21) are respectively fixed with a baffle (15); the baffle (15) is attached to the outer side of the sealing cover, and the length of the baffle is larger than that of the opening side.
6. The fertilizer mixing and stirring device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bottom of the mixing and stirring device housing (1) is inclined, and the discharge port (25) is located at the lowest end thereof.
7. Fertilizer mixing and stirring device according to claim 6, characterized in that the bottom of said mixing and stirring device housing (1) is further provided with a plurality of wheels (27) for easy movement.
