The movable bed board driving mechanism 2 comprises a movable bed board driving motor 21, a synchronizing shaft 23, a first synchronous belt pulley 24, a second synchronous belt pulley 27 and a synchronous belt 28, the movable bed board driving motor 21 and the synchronizing shaft 23 are arranged at the bottom of the bed frame 101, the synchronizing shaft 23 points forwards and backwards and is in running fit with the bed frame 101, the movable bed board driving motor 21 is in transmission connection with the synchronizing shaft 23, the first synchronous belt pulley 24 and the second synchronous belt pulley 27 are transversely distributed at the end part of the bed frame 101, the synchronous belt 28 is sleeved outside the first synchronous belt pulley 24 and the second synchronous belt pulley 27, the first synchronous belt pulley 24 is in transmission connection with the synchronizing shaft 23, and the top of the synchronous belt 28 is in transmission connection with the connecting arm 12 of the movable bed board.
The front end and the rear end of the bedstead 101 are provided with support plate components, the support plate components comprise an inner support plate 25 and an outer support plate 29, a first synchronous pulley 24, a second synchronous pulley 27 and a synchronous belt 28 are arranged between the inner support plate 25 and the outer support plate 29, a tension pulley 26 is further arranged between the inner support plate 25 and the outer support plate 29, the inner support plate 25 and the outer support plate 29 are respectively provided with a sliding groove 291 which points up and down corresponding to a wheel shaft 261 of the tension pulley 26, the wheel shaft 261 is in up-down sliding fit with the sliding groove 291, and a tension adjusting screw is arranged at the bottom of the sliding groove 291 and screwed from bottom to top into the sliding groove 291 and abuts against the bottom of.
The periphery of the bed frame 101 is provided with side guard plates 70, the front and rear ends of the bed frame 101 are provided with upper outer covers 60 corresponding to the front and rear ends of the movable bed board assembly 20, the ends of the transfer plate 4 and the lower support plate 5 are provided with inner covers 601, and the upper outer covers 60 cover the inner covers 601.
The rear end of the bedstead 101 is also provided with a bed tail handrail plate 40, and the bed tail handrail plate 40 is provided with a control panel.
The transfer bed body 100 is mainly disposed on a transfer car body 200 for use, as shown in fig. 1 and 2.
The working principle is as follows: when the transfer bed body 100 lies on a person on the movable bed board assembly 20 in the state shown in fig. 1, if the person needs to be transferred to another bed body (hereinafter referred to as an "external bed"), the movable guard rails 30 of the transfer bed body 100 are turned down, one side provided with the movable guard rails 30 is close to the external bed, the bottom of the movable bed board assembly 20 is approximately level with the bed surface of the external bed, and then the movable bed board driving motor 21 is controlled to rotate forward, so that the movable bed board assembly 20 extends to the bed surface of the external bed, as shown in fig. 2. Finally, on one hand, the movable bed board driving motor 21 is controlled to reversely rotate to withdraw the movable bed board assembly 20, and on the other hand, the transfer driving motor 1 is simultaneously controlled to forwardly rotate, so that the person on the transfer belt 6 of the movable bed board assembly 20 is sent out of the movable bed board assembly 20 and falls onto the bed surface of the outer bed, and the transfer from the transfer bed body 100 to the outer bed is completed. At this time, the movable fence 30 may be turned up and the person who transfers the bed body 100 may be transported to another place by the trolley body 200.
When a person lying on the external bed needs to be transferred onto the movable bed board assembly 20, the movable guardrail 30 of the transfer bed body 100 in the state of figure 1 is turned down, and the side provided with the movable guardrail 30 is close to the side of the external bed, so that the bottom of the movable bed board assembly 20 is approximately equal to the bed surface of the external bed, then simultaneously controlling the movable bed board driving motor 21 to rotate forwards and the transfer driving motor 1 to rotate backwards, so that the movable bed board assembly 20 extends to the bed surface of the external bed and is inserted between the lying person and the bed surface, meanwhile, the lying person gradually moves to the movable bed board assembly 20 under the action of the reversed transfer belt 6, the movable bed board assembly 20 also gradually covers the bed surface of the external bed until the people is completely positioned on the movable bed board assembly 20, the movable bed board driving motor 21 is controlled to reversely rotate to withdraw the movable bed board assembly 20, namely, the transfer from the outer bed to the transfer bed body 100 is completed.
In the process of extending the movable bed board assembly 20, the driven belt rolls on the bed surface of the external bed, so that the bed sheet cannot be rolled up even if the bed sheet is arranged on the bed surface.
