Description

Weeding composition containing cyclosulfamuron and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a weeding composition and application thereof, in particular to a weeding composition containing cyclosulfamuron and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of pesticide compounding.
Background
The CAS number of the Cyclosulfamuron is 136849-15-5, belongs to sulfonylurea herbicides, and is an inhibitor of acetolactate synthase (ALS). The cyclosulfamuron can be absorbed by the roots and the leaves of the weeds and is conducted in the plants, the weeds stop growing, the leaves are green, and the weeds are generally completely withered after several weeks. The herbicide has high efficiency and low toxicity, is mainly used for preventing and killing annual and perennial broadleaf weeds and sedge weeds, has activity on gramineous weeds, but cannot completely prevent and kill the gramineous weeds. Is mainly used for preventing and killing broadleaf weeds in the pre-emergence and post-emergence application of rice, wheat, barley and the like.
Pyribenzoxim (Pyribenzoxim) CAS number 168088-61-7 is a novel oxime ester compound, a broad-spectrum selective post-emergence herbicide. The action mechanism is similar to sulfonylurea and imidazolinone herbicides, and both belong to acetolactate synthase (ALS) inhibitors. Has selectivity to rice and wheat, has super-high-efficiency postemergence herbicidal activity and no preemergence herbicidal activity, and is used for preventing and killing various weeds such as barnyard grass, alopecurus macrorhizus, polygonum hydropiper and the like. But the weeding speed is slow, the weeds can be inhibited from growing after the application, the weeds are finally died, and the chemical structural formula is as follows:
Figure BDA0002450108510000011
pyrazosulfuron-ethyl (Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl) is a sulfonylurea herbicide widely used at present, and inhibits the normal mitosis of cells by inhibiting the biosynthesis of acetolactate synthase, essential leucine and amino acid valine in plants, thereby finally achieving the aim of weeding. The herbicide is systemic herbicide, and is absorbed by roots and leaves of plants and conducted to meristematic tissue; the method is mainly used for direct seeding or transplanting annual or perennial broadleaf weeds, nutgrass flatsedge and the like in the paddy field; the pyrazosulfuron-ethyl is absorbed by rice and then undergoes carboxylation reaction in vivo, and is rapidly degraded into inactive compounds, so that the pyrazosulfuron-ethyl is safe to rice. The chemical structural formula is as follows:
Figure BDA0002450108510000021
the herbicide variety containing a single active component has defects of different degrees in weed control, and after continuous use, weeds are easy to generate drug resistance, so that the problems of narrow weed control spectrum, environmental pollution and the like occur. The reasonable compounding of the herbicide is an effective method for improving the preventing and killing effect, expanding the weed control spectrum, delaying the drug resistance of weeds, reducing the environmental pollution and reducing the use cost and the herbicide residue. After the test of the applicant, the result shows that the mixing of the cyclosulfamuron, the pyribenzoxim and the pyrazosulfuron-ethyl has obvious synergistic effect on various dicotyledonous weeds such as eclipta prostrata, monochoria vaginalis and rhizoma pleionis and monocotyledonous weeds such as barnyard grass, moleplant seed, rice leersia and cyperus rotundus, the control effect on weeds in paddy fields is obviously improved, the weed control spectrum is expanded, the drug dosage is reduced, the control cost is reduced, and a series of problems caused by long-term use of a single-component herbicide are solved.
And the herbicide containing any one of the cyclosulfamuron, the pyribenzoxim and the pyrazosulfuron-ethyl for preventing and killing the weeds in the paddy field is not reported after retrieval.

The test crop is rice, the control object is conventional weeds in the rice field, and the weeds are applied in the 2-5 leaf stage.
The test field has flat vigor, soil is loam, the fertility is moderate, and the pH value is 7.2. Blank control is set, each treatment is repeated for 4 times, each cell is 20 square meters, and random blocks of different treatment cells are arranged in groups in the test by adopting a conventional spraying method.
The investigation method comprises the following steps: on the treatment day, recording the weed species of each plot, the growth period of main weeds, the growth period and coverage of rice and the like; 5d after treatment, observing the prevention condition by visual observation; fresh weight investigation was conducted 21 days after the administration.
The drug effect calculation method comprises the following steps:
fresh matter weight control effect (%) - (weight of fresh weed matter in blank control area-weight of fresh weed matter in treated area)/weight of fresh weed matter in blank control area × 100
And calculating the control effect according to the formula, and performing significance analysis by using a new repolarization method.
Crop investigation: observing whether the pesticide has phytotoxicity on the rice, recording the type and the degree of the phytotoxicity, and grading the phytotoxicity of each cell according to a phytotoxicity grading method;
level 1: the rice grows normally without any damage symptom;
and 2, stage: the rice has slight phytotoxicity which is less than 10 percent;
and 3, level: the rice can recover after medium phytotoxicity, and the yield is not influenced;
4, level: the rice has serious phytotoxicity and is difficult to recover, thereby causing the reduction of yield;
and 5, stage: the rice has serious phytotoxicity and can not be recovered, thereby causing obvious yield reduction or no yield.
Meanwhile, the phytotoxicity symptoms of the rice are accurately described, and the growth conditions of the rice under all conditions are recorded.
