when the group member has a narrow-band single-mode terminal and does not have a wide-band single-mode terminal, if the current wide-band network and the narrow-band network have spare resources, determining to establish group resources in the narrow-band network; if the current broadband network has spare resources and the narrowband network has no spare resources, determining to establish group resources in the broadband network; if the current broadband network has no spare resources and the narrowband network has spare resources, determining to establish group resources in the narrowband network; if the current broadband network and the current narrowband network have no vacant resources, the group is established unsuccessfully, and the method is exited;
when the group member has a broadband single-mode terminal and no narrowband single-mode terminal, if the current broadband network and the current narrowband network have spare resources, determining to establish group resources in the broadband network; if the current broadband network has spare resources and the narrowband network has no spare resources, determining to establish group resources in the broadband network; if the current broadband network has no spare resources and the narrowband network has spare resources, determining to establish group resources in the narrowband network; if the current broadband network and the current narrowband network have no vacant resources, the group is established unsuccessfully, and the method is exited;
when the group has neither a narrowband single-mode terminal nor a broadband single-mode terminal, if both the current broadband network and the narrowband network have spare resources, determining that the group resources are established in the network indicated by the network configuration information established by the group service in priority; if the current broadband network has spare resources and the narrowband network has no spare resources, determining to establish group resources in the broadband network; if the current broadband network has no spare resources and the narrowband network has spare resources, determining to establish group resources in the narrowband network; and if the current broadband network and the current narrowband network have no vacant resources, the group is established in failure, and the method is exited.
Preferably, the network selection module is further configured to determine whether the terminal carries dual-mode capability information during terminal registration, if so, identify the terminal as a dual-mode single-standby terminal or a dual-mode dual-standby terminal according to the dual-mode capability information, and otherwise, identify the terminal as a single-mode terminal supporting a network to which the terminal is registered; the dual-mode capability information is capability information carried during dual-mode terminal registration, and the dual-mode capability types indicated by the dual-mode capability information include dual-mode single-standby single-pass, dual-mode dual-standby single-pass and dual-mode dual-standby double-pass.
Preferably, the radio resource occupation state is reported to the core network by the corresponding network according to a preset reporting period, and the radio resource occupation state includes a current air interface resource occupancy rate of the network and an air interface resource occupancy rate allowed by the network.
Preferably, the establishment triggering module is configured to send a group establishment instruction to a corresponding base station in the determined network, so as to trigger the base station to establish air interface group resources for the group and send a trunking paging message to a corresponding group member.
A group establishment device under broadband and narrowband fusion comprises:
a memory; and a processor coupled to the memory, the processor configured to perform the method embodiments as described above based on instructions stored in the memory.
A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method embodiments as described above.

Claims (14)

1. A group establishing method under wide-band and narrow-band fusion is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when the core network receives the group establishment request, determining the network for establishing the corresponding group resource according to the network mode support capability of the corresponding group member, the wireless resource occupation state of each current network and/or the preset network configuration information of the prior establishment of the group service;
the core network triggers the establishment of the group in the determined network, and the group members meet the following conditions: when the current network is not in any determined network but supports dual modes, the network is triggered to switch to the determined network to monitor the group.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the core network determines the network for establishing the corresponding group resource according to a preset group establishment principle, and the group establishment principle comprises: a first principle, a second principle, and a third principle;
the first principle is as follows: if the group has a narrow-band single-mode terminal or a wide-band single-mode terminal and the corresponding network has resources currently, establishing group resources in the corresponding network;
the second principle is as follows: group resources are avoided to be established in a narrow-band network and a broadband network at the same time as much as possible;
the third principle is as follows: preferentially establishing group resources in a network indicated by network configuration information preferentially established by the group service;
the first principle has a higher priority than the second principle, and the second principle has a higher priority than the third principle.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining to establish the network for the corresponding group resource comprises:
determining whether the current broadband network and the current narrowband network respectively have spare resources according to the wireless resource occupation state;
when the group members have both broadband single-mode terminals and narrow single-mode terminals, if both the current broadband network and the current narrow-band network have spare resources, determining that group resources are established in both the broadband network and the narrow-band network; if the current broadband network has spare resources and the narrowband network has no spare resources, determining to establish group resources in the broadband network; if the current broadband network has no spare resources and the narrowband network has spare resources, determining to establish group resources in the narrowband network; if the current broadband network and the current narrowband network have no vacant resources, the group is established unsuccessfully, and the method is exited;
when the group member has a narrow-band single-mode terminal and does not have a wide-band single-mode terminal, if the current wide-band network and the narrow-band network have spare resources, determining to establish group resources in the narrow-band network; if the current broadband network has spare resources and the narrowband network has no spare resources, determining to establish group resources in the broadband network; if the current broadband network has no spare resources and the narrowband network has spare resources, determining to establish group resources in the narrowband network; if the current broadband network and the current narrowband network have no vacant resources, the group is established unsuccessfully, and the method is exited;
when the group member has a broadband single-mode terminal and no narrowband single-mode terminal, if the current broadband network and the current narrowband network have spare resources, determining to establish group resources in the broadband network; if the current broadband network has spare resources and the narrowband network has no spare resources, determining to establish group resources in the broadband network; if the current broadband network has no spare resources and the narrowband network has spare resources, determining to establish group resources in the narrowband network; if the current broadband network and the current narrowband network have no vacant resources, the group is established unsuccessfully, and the method is exited;
when the group has neither a narrowband single-mode terminal nor a broadband single-mode terminal, if both the current broadband network and the narrowband network have spare resources, determining that the group resources are established in the network indicated by the network configuration information established by the group service in priority; if the current broadband network has spare resources and the narrowband network has no spare resources, determining to establish group resources in the broadband network; if the current broadband network has no spare resources and the narrowband network has spare resources, determining to establish group resources in the narrowband network; and if the current broadband network and the current narrowband network have no vacant resources, the group is established in failure, and the method is exited.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when a core network registers a terminal, judging whether the terminal carries dual-mode capability information or not, if so, identifying the terminal as a dual-mode single-standby terminal or a dual-mode dual-standby terminal according to the dual-mode capability information, otherwise, identifying the terminal as a single-mode terminal supporting a registered network; the dual-mode capability information is capability information carried during dual-mode terminal registration, and the dual-mode capability types indicated by the dual-mode capability information include dual-mode single-standby single-pass, dual-mode dual-standby single-pass and dual-mode dual-standby double-pass.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the radio resource occupation state is reported to the core network by the corresponding network according to a preset reporting period, and the radio resource occupation state includes a current air interface resource occupancy rate of the network and an air interface resource occupancy rate allowed by the network.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the triggering establishment of the group in the determined network comprises:
the core network sends a group establishment instruction to the corresponding base station in the determined network so as to trigger the base station to establish air interface group resources for the group and send a cluster paging message to the corresponding group members.
7. A group establishing device under the fusion of wide band and narrow band is characterized in that the group establishing device is arranged in a core network and comprises:
the network selection module is used for determining the network for establishing the corresponding group resource according to the network mode support capability of the corresponding group member, the wireless resource occupation state of each current network and/or the preset network configuration information established by the group service in priority when the core network receives the group establishment request;
the establishment triggering module is used for triggering the establishment of the group in the determined network, and meeting the following requirements in the group members: when the current network is not in any determined network but supports dual modes, the network is triggered to switch to the determined network to monitor the group.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the network selection module further determines a network for establishing the corresponding group resource according to a preset group establishment principle, and the group establishment principle comprises: a first principle, a second principle, and a third principle;
the first principle is as follows: if the group has a narrow-band single-mode terminal or a wide-band single-mode terminal and the corresponding network has resources currently, establishing group resources in the corresponding network;
the second principle is as follows: group resources are avoided to be established in a narrow-band network and a broadband network at the same time as much as possible;
the third principle is as follows: preferentially establishing group resources in a network indicated by network configuration information preferentially established by the group service;
the first principle has a higher priority than the second principle, and the second principle has a higher priority than the third principle.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the network selection module determines whether each of the current broadband network and the narrowband network has spare resources according to the radio resource occupation status;
when the group members have both broadband single-mode terminals and narrow single-mode terminals, if both the current broadband network and the current narrow-band network have spare resources, determining that group resources are established in both the broadband network and the narrow-band network; if the current broadband network has spare resources and the narrowband network has no spare resources, determining to establish group resources in the broadband network; if the current broadband network has no spare resources and the narrowband network has spare resources, determining to establish group resources in the narrowband network; if the current broadband network and the current narrowband network have no vacant resources, the group is established unsuccessfully, and the method is exited;
when the group member has a narrow-band single-mode terminal and does not have a wide-band single-mode terminal, if the current wide-band network and the narrow-band network have spare resources, determining to establish group resources in the narrow-band network; if the current broadband network has spare resources and the narrowband network has no spare resources, determining to establish group resources in the broadband network; if the current broadband network has no spare resources and the narrowband network has spare resources, determining to establish group resources in the narrowband network; if the current broadband network and the current narrowband network have no vacant resources, the group is established unsuccessfully, and the method is exited;
when the group member has a broadband single-mode terminal and no narrowband single-mode terminal, if the current broadband network and the current narrowband network have spare resources, determining to establish group resources in the broadband network; if the current broadband network has spare resources and the narrowband network has no spare resources, determining to establish group resources in the broadband network; if the current broadband network has no spare resources and the narrowband network has spare resources, determining to establish group resources in the narrowband network; if the current broadband network and the current narrowband network have no vacant resources, the group is established unsuccessfully, and the method is exited;
when the group has neither a narrowband single-mode terminal nor a broadband single-mode terminal, if both the current broadband network and the narrowband network have spare resources, determining that the group resources are established in the network indicated by the network configuration information established by the group service in priority; if the current broadband network has spare resources and the narrowband network has no spare resources, determining to establish group resources in the broadband network; if the current broadband network has no spare resources and the narrowband network has spare resources, determining to establish group resources in the narrowband network; and if the current broadband network and the current narrowband network have no vacant resources, the group is established in failure, and the method is exited.
10. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the network selection module is further configured to determine whether the terminal carries dual-mode capability information during registration of the terminal, and if so, identify the terminal as a dual-mode single-standby terminal or a dual-mode dual-standby terminal according to the dual-mode capability information, otherwise, identify the terminal as a single-mode terminal supporting a network to which the terminal is registered; the dual-mode capability information is capability information carried during dual-mode terminal registration, and the dual-mode capability types indicated by the dual-mode capability information include dual-mode single-standby single-pass, dual-mode dual-standby single-pass and dual-mode dual-standby double-pass.
11. The apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the radio resource occupation state is reported to the core network by the corresponding network according to a preset reporting period, and the radio resource occupation state includes a current air interface resource occupancy rate of the network and an air interface resource occupancy rate allowed by the network.
12. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the establishment triggering module is configured to send a group establishment instruction to a corresponding base station in the determined network, so as to trigger the base station to establish air interface group resources for the group and send a trunking paging message to a corresponding group member.
13. A group establishing device under wide-band and narrow-band fusion is characterized by comprising:
a memory; and a processor coupled to the memory, the processor configured to perform the method of any of claims 1-6 based on instructions stored in the memory.
14. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which program, when being executed by a processor, is adapted to carry out the method of any one of claims 1-6.
