Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The development of 5G communication technology is now rapid, and the related technical standards are continuously advancing. Rel-15, as the first complete 5G new air interface standard, is formally frozen and released in 2018, and the technical evolution route of Rel-16 in the next stage is quickly determined by 3 GPP. Although the technical evolution route of Rel-16 is determined, the subband configuration mode of the corresponding Type II PMI feedback is still in an exploration state. Therefore, the present application provides a subband configuration scheme for PMI feedback, which can support continuous subband configuration and can be applied to the 5G communication technology of the next stage.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a subband configuration method for PMI feedback, including:
step S11: determining subband configuration information fed back by the PMI, wherein the subband configuration information indicates a continuous subband range used for PMI calculation.
It can be understood that the subband configuration method in this embodiment may be specifically used for the base station side.
In this embodiment, the subband configuration information is subband configuration information fed back by the PMI, and specifically may be subband configuration information fed back by the Type IIPMI. That is, the PMI feedback in the present embodiment may specifically be Type II PMI feedback.
In a specific implementation, the information carrier used for carrying the subband configuration information in this embodiment may be the information carrier in legacy Rel-15. That is, the present embodiment may continue to use the information carrier in Rel-15 to carry the subband configuration information in the 5G communication technology of the next stage. Wherein, the actual use of the information carrier in Rel-15 at least comprises: subband configuration information indicating a continuous subband range for PMI calculation can be carried.
It should be noted that, in the Rel-15 standard, the subband configuration for calculating and reporting the Type II PMI and CQI (i.e., Channel quality indicator) is configured by the base station, and corresponding signaling parameters are shown in fig. 2. As can be seen from the parameters shown in fig. 2, the base station can independently control the CQI and PMI to be wideband feedback or subband feedback. When both the CQI and the PMI are fed back by subbands, a subband for CQI and PMI calculation and reporting may be indicated by a parameter csi-reporting band (csi, i.e., channel state information), where the parameter csi-reporting band is specifically in a bitmap form, and bit 1 indicates that the corresponding subband needs to be measured and reported.
In another specific implementation, the information carrier used for carrying the subband configuration information in this embodiment may be an information carrier added on the basis of Rel-15. It is noted that the new information carrier may specifically be a carrier that is separate from all other information carriers in Rel-15, but may of course also be a sub-carrier that is embedded in an existing information carrier in Rel-15.
It should be further noted that after research and analysis on the technical evolution route of Rel-16 determined by 3GPP, it can be found that the PMI feedback in the 5G communication technology of the next stage only supports subband feedback. For this reason, it is understood that, before step S11, the present embodiment may further include: and determining the feedback type of PMI feedback as subband feedback.
In a specific embodiment, the determining the feedback type of PMI feedback as subband feedback may include: configuring a PMI format indicator to subband feedback, the PMI format indicator indicating whether a feedback type is subband feedback or wideband feedback. It can be understood that, in this embodiment, the PMI format indicator may be used to indicate different PMI feedback types by assigning different parameter values to the PMI format indicator. The parameter values may be specifically parameter values composed of letters and/or numbers.
The PMI format indicator may be a PMI-format indicator parameter in Rel-15. Correspondingly, the configuring the PMI format indicator as a subband feedback may specifically be: the pmi-FormatIndicator parameter is assigned to "subbandPMI".
In another specific embodiment, the determining the feedback type of PMI feedback as subband feedback may include: the subband feedback is adopted by default in advance with the User Equipment (UE). That is, in this embodiment, the base station may agree with the user equipment in advance for the feedback type of PMI feedback, so as to agree the PMI feedback type as subband feedback, and thus, when performing PMI feedback subsequently, feedback is performed in a subband feedback manner. Further, on the basis that the default PMI feedback type agreed by the base station and the user equipment is subband feedback, in order to make the 5G communication technology in the next stage compatible with more contents of Rel-15 as much as possible, the embodiment may further delete the PMI-format indicator parameter in Rel-15, so that the modified Rel-15 only supports the PMI feedback type of subband feedback, and is suitable for the 5G communication technology Rel-16 in the next stage.
Step S12: and sending the sub-band configuration information.
That is, in this embodiment, after determining the subband configuration information fed back by the PMI, the base station may send the subband configuration information. Specifically, the base station may send the subband configuration information to the user equipment, so that the user equipment performs corresponding PMI calculation according to the received subband configuration information, and thus the user equipment may obtain corresponding PMI feedback parameters; after obtaining the PMI feedback parameters, the user equipment can perform corresponding PMI feedback.
Further, as can be seen from analyzing the technical evolution route of Rel-16, the CQI feedback in the Type II feedback of Rel-16 can support subband feedback and support continuous or discontinuous subband configuration, and for this reason, the embodiment may further include: and determining a feedback sub-band indication parameter for CQI calculation and sending the feedback sub-band indication parameter, wherein the feedback sub-band indication parameter for CQI calculation indicates a continuous sub-band range or a non-continuous sub-band range for CQI calculation.
As can be seen from the above, in the technical solution of subband configuration fed back by PMI in this embodiment, the determined subband configuration information fed back by PMI is specifically configuration information that can indicate a continuous subband range used for PMI calculation. That is, the subband configuration technical solution for PMI feedback provided in the present application is a technical solution for supporting continuous subband configuration. Since the 3GPP determines the technical evolution route of Rel-16, the Type II PMI in Rel-15 is enhanced, wherein after theoretical analysis and simulation, in Rel-16, the channel amplitude and phase of continuous subbands are continuously changed, which means that the Type II PMI in Rel-16 is suitable for the scene of continuous subband calculation. As can be seen from this, the subband configuration technical solution of PMI feedback in this embodiment, as a technical solution for supporting continuous subband configuration, can be applied to the 5G communication technology in the next stage. In summary, the present embodiment implements subband configuration for PMI feedback, and the above subband configuration scheme can be adapted to the 5G communication technology of the next stage.
Referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present application discloses a specific PMI feedback subband configuring method, including:
step S21: and carrying the sub-band configuration information on a feedback sub-band indication parameter of CQI calculation, wherein the starting sub-band of the continuous sub-band range is the first sub-band of the CQI calculation, and the ending sub-band of the continuous sub-band range is the last sub-band of the CQI calculation.
That is, the present embodiment may specifically obtain the subband configuration information capable of indicating a continuous subband range used for PMI calculation by using CQI calculation. Specifically, in this embodiment, the first sub-band of the CQI calculation may be determined as a starting sub-band of the continuous sub-band range, and the last sub-band of the CQI calculation may be determined as an ending sub-band of the continuous sub-band range, and the continuous sub-band range may be determined based on the starting sub-band and the ending sub-band. As can be seen, the feedback subband indication parameter in this embodiment specifically includes the first subband of CQI calculation and the last subband of CQI calculation. Correspondingly, the subband configuration information includes a start subband and a stop subband of the continuous subband range.
In this embodiment, the feedback subband indication parameter calculated by the CQI may specifically follow the csi-reporting band parameter in Rel-15. It can be seen that in this embodiment, the information carrier used for carrying the subband configuration information specifically follows the information carrier in Rel-15.
Step S22: and sending the feedback sub-band indication parameter carrying the sub-band configuration information.
That is, in this embodiment, after the base station carries the subband configuration information with the feedback subband indicating parameter of CQI calculation, the feedback subband indicating parameter may be sent out, and specifically, may be sent to the user equipment, so that the user equipment obtains the subband configuration information based on the received feedback subband indicating parameter, where the subband configuration information includes a starting subband and a terminating subband indicating the continuous subband range, and then performs PMI calculation according to the subband configuration information.
As can be seen from the above, in this embodiment, a start subband and an end subband in the continuous subband range may be specifically determined through CQI calculation, and the continuous subband range may be determined through the start subband and the end subband.
Referring to fig. 4, an embodiment of the present application discloses a specific PMI feedback subband configuring method, including:
step S31: carrying the subband configuration information in a first new increasing subband indicating parameter, wherein the first new increasing subband indicating parameter indicates a starting subband position and an ending subband position of the continuous subband range.
That is, this embodiment may specifically create a new indication parameter, that is, create the first new additional sub-band indication parameter. In this embodiment, the first newly added subband indicating parameter may indicate a subband position in the continuous subband range, and specifically may indicate a starting subband position and an ending subband position of the continuous subband range. It will be appreciated that the continuous sub-band range may be determined by the starting and ending sub-band positions in the first new increasing sub-band indication parameter.
Wherein, the first new increasing sub-band indication parameter can be a parameter added on the basis of Rel-15. It can be seen that, in this embodiment, the information carrier for carrying the subband configuration information is specifically an information carrier added on the basis of Rel-15.
Step S32: and sending the first newly increased sub-band indication parameter.
That is, in this embodiment, after the base station carries the subband configuration information with the first newly added subband indicating parameter, the first newly added subband indicating parameter may be sent out, and specifically, may be sent to the user equipment, so that the user equipment obtains the subband configuration information based on the first newly added subband indicating parameter, where the subband configuration information includes a starting subband position and a terminating subband position indicating the continuous subband range, and then performs PMI calculation according to the subband configuration information.
As can be seen from the above, in this embodiment, the starting subband position and the ending subband position of the continuous subband range may be specifically indicated by the newly added indication parameter, and the continuous subband range may be determined by the starting subband position and the ending subband position.
Referring to fig. 5, an embodiment of the present application discloses a specific PMI feedback subband configuring method, including:
step S41: and carrying the subband configuration information on a second newly added subband indicating parameter, wherein the second newly added subband indicating parameter indicates the initial subband position and the continuous subband quantity of the continuous subband range.
That is, this embodiment may specifically create a new indication parameter, that is, create the second new increased sub-band indication parameter. The present embodiment may indicate the starting subband position and the number of consecutive subbands in the consecutive subband range through the second newly added subband indicating parameter. It can be understood that, by using the starting subband position and the number of consecutive subbands in the second newly added subband indication parameter, the consecutive subband range can be determined.
Wherein, the second new subband indicating parameter may be a parameter added on the basis of Rel-15. It can be seen that, in this embodiment, the information carrier for carrying the subband configuration information is specifically an information carrier added on the basis of Rel-15.
Step S42: and sending the second newly added sub-band indication parameter.
That is, in this embodiment, after the base station carries the subband configuration information with the second newly added subband indication parameter, the second newly added subband indication parameter may be sent out, and specifically, may be sent to the user equipment, so that the user equipment obtains the subband configuration information based on the second newly added subband indication parameter, where the subband configuration information includes an initial subband position indicating the continuous subband range and a continuous subband number, and then performs PMI calculation according to the subband configuration information.
As can be seen from the above, in this embodiment, the starting subband position and the number of consecutive subbands of the consecutive subband range may be specifically indicated by the newly added indication parameter, and the consecutive subband range may be determined by the starting subband position and the number of consecutive subbands.
Referring to fig. 6, an embodiment of the present application discloses a specific PMI feedback subband configuring method, including:
step S51: and carrying the sub-band configuration information on a third newly added sub-band indicating parameter, wherein the third newly added sub-band indicating parameter indicates the continuous sub-band number and the position of a termination sub-band in the continuous sub-band range.
That is, this embodiment may specifically create a new indication parameter, that is, create the third newly added subband indication parameter. The present embodiment may indicate the number of consecutive subbands and the position of the terminating subband in the consecutive subband range by the third newly added subband indicating parameter. It is to be understood that the continuous subband range may be determined by the number of continuous subbands and the position of the terminating subband in the third newly added subband indicating parameter.
Wherein, the third newly added subband indicating parameter may be a parameter added on the basis of Rel-15. It can be seen that, in this embodiment, the information carrier for carrying the subband configuration information is specifically an information carrier added on the basis of Rel-15.
Step S52: and sending the third newly added sub-band indication parameter.
That is, in this embodiment, after the base station carries the subband configuration information with the third newly added subband indicating parameter, the third newly added subband indicating parameter may be sent out, and specifically, may be sent to the user equipment, so that the user equipment obtains the subband configuration information based on the third newly added subband indicating parameter, where the subband configuration information includes the number of consecutive subbands indicating the consecutive subband range and the position of a terminating subband, and then performs PMI calculation according to the subband configuration information.
As can be seen from the above, in this embodiment, the number of continuous subbands and the position of the termination subband in the continuous subband range may be specifically indicated by the newly added indication parameter, and the continuous subband range may be determined by the number of continuous subbands and the position of the termination subband.
Referring to fig. 7, an embodiment of the present application discloses a specific PMI feedback subband configuring method, including:
step S61: and carrying the sub-band configuration information on a fourth newly added sub-band indication parameter, wherein the fourth newly added sub-band indication parameter indicates a starting sub-band position of the continuous sub-band range and a width of the continuous sub-band range.
That is, this embodiment may specifically create a new indication parameter, that is, create the fourth new additional subband indication parameter. This embodiment may indicate the starting sub-band position in the continuous sub-band range and the width of the continuous sub-band range by the fourth newly added sub-band indication parameter. It can be understood that, in this embodiment, the number of consecutive subbands can be determined by the width of the consecutive subband range in the fourth incremented subband indicating parameter, and then the consecutive subband range can be determined by combining the starting subband position in the fourth incremented subband indicating parameter.
Wherein, the fourth new subband indicating parameter may be a parameter added on the basis of Rel-15. It can be seen that, in this embodiment, the information carrier for carrying the subband configuration information is specifically an information carrier added on the basis of Rel-15.
Step S62: and sending the fourth newly added sub-band indication parameter.
That is, in this embodiment, after the base station carries the subband configuration information with the fourth newly added subband indicating parameter, the fourth newly added subband indicating parameter may be sent out, and specifically, may be sent to the user equipment, so that the user equipment obtains the subband configuration information based on the fourth newly added subband indicating parameter, where the subband configuration information includes a starting subband position indicating the continuous subband range and a width of the continuous subband range, and then performs PMI calculation according to the subband configuration information.
As can be seen from the above, in this embodiment, the starting subband position of the continuous subband range and the width of the continuous subband range may be specifically indicated by the newly added indication parameter, and the continuous subband range may be determined by the starting subband position and the width of the continuous subband range.
Referring to fig. 8, an embodiment of the present application discloses a specific PMI feedback subband configuring method, including:

That is, this embodiment may specifically create a new indication parameter, that is, create the fifth new increased sub-band indication parameter. The present embodiment may indicate the width of a continuous sub-band range and the end sub-band position in the continuous sub-band range by the fifth newly added sub-band indication parameter. It is understood that the number of consecutive subbands can be determined by the width of the consecutive subband range in the fifth incremented subband indicating parameter, and then the consecutive subband range can be determined by combining the position of the terminating subband in the fifth incremented subband indicating parameter.
Wherein, the fifth new subband indicating parameter may be a parameter added on the basis of Rel-15. It can be seen that, in this embodiment, the information carrier for carrying the subband configuration information is specifically an information carrier added on the basis of Rel-15.
Step S72: and sending the fifth newly added sub-band indication parameter.
That is, in this embodiment, after the base station carries the subband configuration information with the fifth newly added subband indicating parameter, the fifth newly added subband indicating parameter may be sent out, and specifically, may be sent to the user equipment, so that the user equipment obtains the subband configuration information based on the fifth newly added subband indicating parameter, where the subband configuration information includes a width of a continuous subband range indicating the continuous subband range and a terminating subband position, and then performs PMI calculation according to the subband configuration information.
As can be seen from the above, in this embodiment, the width of the continuous sub-band range and the position of the termination sub-band may be specifically indicated by the newly added indication parameter, and the continuous sub-band range may be determined by the width of the continuous sub-band range and the position of the termination sub-band.
Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 9, an embodiment of the present application discloses a PMI feedback method, including:

It can be understood that the PMI feedback method in this embodiment may be specifically used for the user equipment side. That is, the ue may receive subband configuration information fed back by the PMI sent by the base station, where the subband configuration information indicates a continuous subband range used for PMI calculation.
