It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
It should be noted that the temperature measurement and control device of the bathtub can be installed on a traditional bathtub or any other bathtub and any devices such as a tub, a barrel and the like which need to measure the temperature of the contained liquid.
In the first embodiment of the invention, the bathtub temperature measuring and controlling device comprises a signal receiving unit 1 and a signal transmitting unit 2. The signal receiving unit 1 is used as an element for receiving a temperature measuring signal of the bathtub and is arranged outside the bathtub, so that the liquid in the bathtub is prevented from being contacted, and data can be observed conveniently. The signal transmitting unit 2 is used as a signal collecting and transmitting element and is arranged at the bottom in the bathtub, preferably at the water inlet and outlet of the bathtub, so that the temperature of the liquid in the bathtub can be accurately collected.
In one implementation, the device for measuring and controlling the temperature of the bathtub as shown in fig. 1 comprises two parts: a signal receiving unit 1 and a signal transmitting unit 2. As shown in fig. 2, the signal receiving unit 1 may include a waterproof protective cover 11, a display screen 12, and a power switch 13, which are provided at the periphery. It should be noted that the display screen 12 may be an LED, LCD or OLED display screen, and the display screen 12 can display the measured temperature information on the screen in real time. Meanwhile, the character size of the displayed font is large, concise and clear, meets the visual requirement of the physiological function of the human body, and is convenient for visually reading the temperature and other data values.
In one implementation, as shown in fig. 2, the signal emitting unit 2 may be provided with a power supply pole piece 21 and a rubber plug 22 mounted at the bottom, wherein the power supply pole piece 21 is two separate positive and negative pole pieces, and the signal emitting unit 2 uses the principle of liquid communication conductivity to separate the pole pieces into two parts, namely a positive part and a negative part. When no liquid circulates in the bathtub, the electrode plate of the signal transmitting unit 2 is disconnected, and the work is not carried out, so that the harm to human bodies is avoided. When liquid flows in the bathtub, the electrode plates of the signal transmitting unit 2 are communicated through the liquid, so that the conductive effect is achieved. Meanwhile, when the signal transmitting unit 2 is in a communicated state, the current passing between the electrode plates is small, and potential safety hazards to the baby and children who are bathing can not be caused.
In a preferred implementation, the signal transmitting unit 2 is designed to be protruded, which is convenient for installation and disassembly, as shown in fig. 3 in specific implementation, the bottom-mounted rubber plug 22 may include a fixing structure 221 and a silica gel sleeve 222, wherein the fixing structure 221 may be a plastic shell with a fixed size, which can fix the signal transmitting unit 2 itself to ensure that it is not interfered by water flow and other external impacts, and the silica gel sleeve 222 may be adjusted according to the size change of the outlet hole of the bathtub to adapt to bathtubs with different outlet holes, and the silica gel sleeve 222 has the characteristics of softness, skin friendliness and strong plasticity, because it can further make form adjustment according to the size change of the outlet hole, the interference to undesirable factors such as impact wear of the signal transmitting unit 2 is reduced, and simultaneously, the circuit inside the signal transmitting unit 2 can be protected. Preferably, the signal emission unit 2 can be wrapped with a protective material, the protective material can be composed of silica gel or other flexible inorganic materials or organic biological materials, any foreign body sensation cannot be caused to the individual of the baby or child who is taking a bath, meanwhile, the wrapped protective material can also play the roles of water resistance, moisture resistance and corrosion resistance, and the service life of the measurement and control device can be prolonged.
In an alternative implementation, the signal transmitting unit 2 may also be provided with a small LED display screen, which can transmit signals to the signal receiving unit 1 by radio transmission technology.
In an alternative implementation, a buzzer may be disposed on the signal transmitting unit 2 or the signal receiving unit 1. Specifically, when the signal transmitting unit 2 detects that the temperature is abnormal, the information is transmitted to the signal receiving unit 1, and then the temperature data on the display screen 12 of the signal receiving unit 1 starts to flash for alarm prompt, or a buzzer on the signal transmitting unit 2 or the signal receiving unit 1 can be used for buzzer alarm prompt.
In a specific implementation manner of the second embodiment, the bathtub temperature measuring and controlling device may include five parts, namely a main control module, a measuring and controlling module, a power supply module, a display module, and a protection module. As shown in fig. 4, after the device is started, the power supply module of the signal receiving unit transmits power, transmits electric energy to the main control module, the main control module makes command instructions, the signal transmitting unit controls the measurement and control module to collect and measure temperature information, and finally the measurement and control module transmits the collected temperature information to the display module of the signal receiving unit and projects the temperature information on the display screen.
It should be noted that the power module in this embodiment may be a battery power source, and includes 1 or more button batteries, so that the operating time of the device is prolonged, and the service life is prolonged. Alternatively, a wired charging mode may be used instead of the battery power supply.
In the concrete implementation, the specific working process of the temperature measurement and control device is as shown in fig. 5, and in the beginning stage, the signal receiving unit and the signal transmitting unit of the temperature measurement and control device are respectively arranged at the bottom of the outer part and the bottom of the inner part of the baby bathtub. After the installation is finished, liquid is injected into the bathtub, and the electrode plates of the signal transmitting unit are communicated by utilizing the conductivity of the liquid. And then, a power switch of the signal receiving unit is turned on, and the power supply module starts to supply electric energy. The temperature sensor of the signal emitting unit starts detecting the temperature range and performs temperature measurement. If time measurement and control are required to be carried out independently, the measurement mode can be adjusted in the temperature measurement process. And finally, transmitting the measured temperature or time information to a main control chip of the signal receiving unit, analyzing and processing data, transmitting the data to a display module, and displaying the specific temperature and time information condition on a display screen.
It should be noted that, the measurement and control module in this application includes temperature sensor, can adopt the precision algorithm to ensure that the temperature measurement error keeps within 0.1 ℃.
In the embodiment of the invention, the independently detachable temperature measuring device of the bathtub is designed, so that various defects of the existing integrated intelligent bathtub are overcome, the timeliness and the accuracy of measurement are ensured by combining the traditional bathtub under the premise of ensuring the intelligence of temperature measurement, meanwhile, the average power consumption of a circuit is reduced by adopting an energy-saving method, the service life of a battery is prolonged, and the silica gel is used as a wrapping material, so that the water, moisture and corrosion are prevented, and foreign body sensation cannot be caused to a human body; through the multilayer protection structure to the display screen, guaranteed that temperature information can normally show.
All the above-mentioned are reasonable embodiments of this patent, not limited to other novel embodiments of this patent, and any modifications, imitations, equivalents, improvements, etc. made within the spirit and principle scope of this patent shall be included in the protection scope of this patent.
