本发明属于纺织服装领域,尤其涉及一种精纺羊绒面料的防缩抗皱工艺。
背景技术
羊绒服装以其独特的高雅风格和良好的穿着舒适性越来越受到消费者的喜爱,但羊绒面料也存在不足之处,如其抗皱性差,洗后弹性回缩角低,因此,对精纺羊绒面料的抗皱整理一直是纺织领域的一项重要问题。
现有技术中,通过制备抗皱整理剂对羊绒表面进行处理而提高洗缩回复角,有报道,经过整理,回复角提高,但洗后消失,回复性没有得到长久固定的提高。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述问题,提供了一种精纺羊绒面料的防缩抗皱工艺,回复角提高85°以上,百次水洗回复性依然保持良好。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种精纺羊绒面料的防缩抗皱工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:对羊绒面料的氧化处理
面料浸入含有氧化剂的水中,经水洗、还原、碱洗、漂洗、烘干,得到处理后的剥鳞面料;
S2:化学抗皱整理
配制抗皱整理液,包括有机硅化物、壳聚糖、丙烯酸酯类共聚物、去离子水、填加剂和渗透剂;混合液配制好后,将羊绒面料放入到抗皱整理液中二浸二轧,轧余率85%、预烘、焙烘;然后进行超声波、碱洗、水洗、烘干步骤,处理完成;
S3:生物酶抗皱整理
含有1.5~5%的MTG酶中对羊绒面料进行抗皱整理,处理时间 30~60min;
S4:定型后整理
将前述步骤面料,水洗预湿,然后高温定型。
进一步地,步骤S1中,所采用的氧化剂包括双氧水、次氯酸钠、氯胺、二氯异氰脲酸盐中的一种或种,按质量比,配制溶液的比例为 1.5~5%;
进一步地,步骤S1中,还原所使用的还原剂选择自亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠和乙酯胺亚硫酸盐中的一种。

含有5%的MTG酶中对羊绒面料进行抗皱整理,处理时间30min; S4:定型后整理
将前述步骤面料,水洗预湿,然后高温定型。
在本实施例中,步骤S1中,所采用的氧化剂为双氧水,按质量比,配制溶液的比例为3%的水溶液。
在本实施例中,步骤S1中,还原所使用的还原剂为亚硫酸钠,水溶液配比为2%。
在本实施例中,步骤S2中,有机硅化合物选为氨基改性硅酮聚合乳液。
在本实施例中,添加剂为羟乙基纤维素钠。
在本实施例中,步骤S2中,按质量份数,各组份含量为,有机硅化合物乳液40份、壳聚糖20份、丙烯酸酯类共聚物15份、填加剂10 份、渗透剂10和去离子水为余量。
本实施例中,步骤S2中,预烘温度设置为85℃,焙烘温度控制在 150℃。
在本实施例中,步骤S2中,超声波设定频率为50HZ,功率140KW。
实施完成后,折皱回复角仪器检测,初始回复角218°,处理后回复角295°。
实施例4
本实施例的一种精纺羊绒面料的防缩抗皱工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:对羊绒面料的氧化处理
面料浸入含有氧化剂的水中,经水洗、还原、碱洗、漂洗、烘干,得到处理后的剥鳞面料;
S2:化学抗皱整理
配制抗皱整理液,包括有机硅化物、壳聚糖、丙烯酸酯类共聚物、去离子水、填加剂和渗透剂;混合液配制好后,将羊绒面料放入到抗皱整理液中二浸二轧,轧余率85%、预烘、焙烘;然后进行超声波、碱洗、水洗、烘干步骤,处理完成;
S3:生物酶抗皱整理
含有4.5%的MTG酶中对羊绒面料进行抗皱整理,处理时间35min;
S4:定型后整理
将前述步骤面料,水洗预湿,然后高温定型。
在本实施例中,步骤S1中,所采用的氧化剂为次氯酸钠,按质量比,配制溶液的比例为4%的水溶液。
在本实施例中,步骤S1中,还原所使用的还原剂为亚硫酸钠,水溶液配比为5%。
在本实施例中,步骤S2中,有机硅化合物选为氨基改性硅酮聚合乳液。
在本实施例中,添加剂为羟乙基纤维素钠。
在本实施例中,步骤S2中,按质量份数,各组份含量为,有机硅化合物乳液30份、壳聚糖10份、丙烯酸酯类共聚物10份、填加剂5 份、渗透剂5和去离子水为余量。
本实施例中,步骤S2中,预烘温度设置为85℃,焙烘温度控制在 150℃。

S2:化学抗皱整理
配制抗皱整理液,包括有机硅化物、壳聚糖、丙烯酸酯类共聚物、去离子水、填加剂和渗透剂;混合液配制好后,将羊绒面料放入到抗皱整理液中二浸二轧,轧余率85%、预烘、焙烘;然后进行超声波、碱洗、水洗、烘干步骤,处理完成;
S3:生物酶抗皱整理
含有3.5%的MTG酶中对羊绒面料进行抗皱整理,处理时间45min;
S4:定型后整理
将前述步骤面料,水洗预湿,然后高温定型。
在本实施例中,步骤S1中,所采用的氧化剂为双氧水,按质量比,配制溶液的比例为4%的水溶液。
在本实施例中,步骤S1中,还原所使用的还原剂为亚硫酸钠,水溶液配比为3%。

Claims (8)
1.一种精纺羊绒面料的防缩抗皱工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:对羊绒面料的氧化处理
面料浸入含有氧化剂的水中,经水洗、还原、碱洗、漂洗、烘干,得到处理后的剥鳞面料;
S2:化学抗皱整理
配制抗皱整理液,包括有机硅化物、壳聚糖、丙烯酸酯类共聚物、去离子水、填加剂和渗透剂;混合液配制好后,将羊绒面料放入到抗皱整理液中二浸二轧,轧余率85%、预烘、焙烘;然后进行超声波、碱洗、水洗、烘干步骤,处理完成;
S3:生物酶抗皱整理
含有1.5~5%的MTG酶中对羊绒面料进行抗皱整理,处理时间30~60min;
S4:定型后整理
将前述步骤面料,水洗预湿,然后高温定型。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种精纺羊绒面料的防缩抗皱工艺,其特征在于,步骤S1中,所采用的氧化剂包括双氧水、次氯酸钠、氯胺、二氯异氰脲酸盐中的一种或种,按质量比,配制溶液的比例为1.5~5%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种精纺羊绒面料的防缩抗皱工艺,其特征在于,步骤S1中,还原所使用的还原剂选择自亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠和乙酯胺亚硫酸盐中的一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种精纺羊绒面料的防缩抗皱工艺,其特征在于,步骤S2中,有机硅化合物选自氨基改性硅酮聚合乳液、双氨基有机硅乳液、氨基羟基有机硅乳液及氨基改性有机硅酮中的一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种精纺羊绒面料的防缩抗皱工艺,其特征在于,所述添加剂为羟乙基纤维素钠或N-乙基纤维素钠。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种精纺羊绒面料的防缩抗皱工艺,其特征在于,步骤S2中,按质量份数,各组份含量为,有机硅化合物乳液30~40份、壳聚糖10~20份、丙烯酸酯类共聚物10~30份、填加剂5~10份、渗透剂5~10份和去离子水为余量。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种精纺羊绒面料的防缩抗皱工艺,其特征在于,步骤S2中,预烘温度设置为85~90℃,焙烘温度控制在150℃。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种精纺羊绒面料的防缩抗皱工艺,其特征在于,步骤S2中,超声波设定频率为50~60HZ,功率120~150KW。
