After the scraper reclaimer 6 finishes taking one layer of material, the height (corresponding to the depth of the material) is reduced according to the preset instruction, and the material pile is taken out layer by layer at the corresponding reclaiming operation speed until the material in the material bin is completely reclaimed, so that the material piled up by the stacker in a certain mode is homogenized again in the reclaiming process. When taking materials, an operator transfers the reclaimer to a designated stock bin according to an instruction of a central control room (note that the reclaimer and a tripper can not work in a stock pile simultaneously), and the number of the stock pile where the reclaimer is located is correctly identified by the aid of a walking limiting device. The walking limit positions of the left end and the right end of the bin are limited when the reclaimer is called into the bin to be taken according to an instruction, the reclaimer performs reciprocating material taking operation according to a preset program in the limit positions, the encoder arranged on the electric hoist 14 can correctly control the descending angle of the scraper reclaimer 6, the constant material taking capability of the reclaimer is ensured, and under the condition of ensuring the constant material taking capability and the determined material taking speed, in order to fill the designed maximum capacity of materials between the scrapers 64, the descending angles of the scraper pitching device 5 and the scraper reclaimer 6 are gradually reduced, so that the materials in the bin are scraped layer by layer. The material taking operation speed of the material taking machine is regulated by adopting the variable frequency speed regulation of a driving motor, and the material taking quantity of the material taking machine is regulated by regulating the material taking operation speed. In special cases, the reclaimer may be operated manually to reclaim material from a pile of non-full material.
The scraper reclaimer 6 is pulled by a roller chain to drive a reclaiming scraper 64 to run and simultaneously move straight along a track so as to finish lateral reclaiming work, the pitching of the scraper reclaimer 6 is finished by a steel wire rope 12, a power supply of the equipment adopts a cable drum, the equipment is operated on the machine through the cable drum, and an electric cab 9 is arranged on a platform 10 above the fixed end beam 2 and used for manual and semi-automatic operation on the machine.
The semi-gate scraper reclaimer is a large, environment-friendly, continuous and efficient bulk material loading and unloading machine, and is key loading and unloading equipment of a stock yard. Through the matching of the scraper pitching device 5, the bracket 11, the steel wire rope 12 and the electric hoist 14 with the scraper reclaimer 6, the scraper reclaimer 6 can take materials in layers according to a preset program after being piled into a standard material pile by a stacker according to a specified mode, and the purposes of homogenizing again and taking away the materials are achieved.

Based on the above advantages, the equipment is gaining favor of large modern power plants around the world.
The invention can move transversely along the track of the ground and the track of the high platform, thereby realizing the aim of transverse feeding.
