The equipment securing mechanism 3 of the present invention comprises a pallet 31 and a support structure 33 which cooperate and are arranged in a distributed manner between the equipment 2 and the transport pallet 1 when in use. For example, one device securing mechanism 3 is shown disposed between each of the four corners of the device 2 and the transport pallet 1. The tie plate 31 and the support structure 33 are fixedly connected by a mounting structure (a third mounting structure, such as a bolt 32), so that the equipment 2 and the transportation pallet 1 can be reliably installed and fixed by the equipment fixing mechanism 3 of the present invention.
Please refer to fig. 3 and 4. The backing plate 31 can be made in a modular manner, and a plurality of small backing plates 31 can be formed. When in use, a plurality of backing plates 31 can be spliced together in a flat manner to form a large-area backing plate. For example, four rectangular pads 31 are shown spliced together to form a larger rectangular pad. The four pads 31 together carry a support structure 33 mounted on a corner of the lower end of the device 2, which saves on the total consumption of material of the pads 31. Four sets of pads 31 are disposed on the upper surface of the transport pallet 1 and are fixed to the transport pallet 1.
Wherein, a first mounting structure is arranged on the backing plate 31, and a second mounting structure is correspondingly arranged on the supporting structure 33; the first mounting structure on the skid plate 31 and the second mounting structure on the support structure 33 are connected by the third mounting structure, so that the device 2 can be fixed on the transport pallet 1.

As an alternative embodiment, the first mounting structure may include a first through hole 311 disposed on the backing plate 31, and a nut 312 disposed on the lower surface of the backing plate 31 and corresponding to the first through hole 311, wherein the nut 312 has a first screw hole 3122. Meanwhile, a counter bore (mounting hole) 11 is correspondingly formed on the upper surface of the transportation pallet 1, and the nut 312 is received in the counter bore 11, so that the upper surfaces of the tie plates 31 are kept flush.
The nut 312 may be welded on the lower surface of the pad 31 under the first via hole 311.
In this embodiment, a first mounting structure may be disposed at a central position of each pad 31 of the four pads 31 combined together, that is, a first through hole 311 and a corresponding first screw hole 3122 are disposed on each pad 31. The number of first mounting structures provided on each of the backing plates 31 may also be increased as desired.
Please refer to fig. 4. The second mounting structure may include, for example, four second screw holes 331 uniformly provided on the support structure 33; each of the second screw holes 331 corresponds to a position of the nut 312 on one of the four combined tie plates 31.
Please refer to fig. 2. The third mounting structure may include a separately provided bolt 32. The equipment 2 is secured to the transport pallet 1 by screwing the second screw holes 331 and the nuts 312 from above the support structure 33 by means of the bolts 32.
As an alternative embodiment, the second mounting structure may also include, for example, four through holes 332 uniformly disposed on the support structure 33, each through hole 332 corresponding to one nut 312 on the backing plate 31, as shown in fig. 8. At this time, the through holes 332 on the support structure 33 and the nuts 312 on the pallet 31 can be connected by the bolts 32 from above the support structure 33, so that the equipment 2 can be fixed on the transport pallet 1.
Please refer to fig. 8. The support structure 33 may be provided with a support base and a support shaft on the support base. The supporting seat and the supporting shaft can be fixed by welding or threaded connection. Wherein, the second screw hole 331 can be disposed on the flange portion of the support base extension. The support base is mounted on the upper surface of the pad 31 through the bottom surface thereof. The bottom surface of the supporting seat can be also provided with a cushion pad.
Meanwhile, a threaded section 333 may be provided at the top of the supporting shaft of the supporting structure 33, and the supporting structure 33 and the bottom of the device 2 to be packaged may be fixed by threaded connection.
If the equipment 2 is provided with an outer package, a lining plate can be additionally arranged on the bottom surface of the outer package of the equipment 2, the lining plate is fixed with the outer package of the equipment 2, and a screw hole matched with the threaded section 333 at the top of the supporting structure 33 is arranged on the lining plate in a matching mode, so that the supporting structure 33 and the equipment 2 can be fixed. If the lower end of the outer package of the equipment 2 is reserved with a foot interface, the support structure 33 can be directly fixed with the equipment 2 by using the foot interface, so the implementation mode of the invention is simple and practical.
Please refer to fig. 4, fig. 5 and fig. 7. The pallet 31 and the transport pallet 1 can be secured by means of a fourth mounting structure. The fourth mounting structures are distributed on the periphery of the backing plate 31. For example, the fourth mounting structure may include second through holes 313 provided at four corners of each of the tie plates 31, and self-tapping screws 314 or nails attached to the transport pallet 1 through the second through holes 313.
In use of the present invention, the support structure 33 with the mounting holes (the second screw holes 331 or the through holes 332) is fixedly mounted on the bottom surface of the device 2 to be packaged. At the same time, mounting holes (the first via hole 311 and the second via hole 313) are provided in the pallet 31, and counterbores 11 are provided in the transport pallet 1, the positions of the counterbores 11 corresponding to the mounting holes (the second screw holes 331 or the through holes 332) in the support structure 33 of the equipment 2 to be transported. The nut 312 is then connected to the through hole (the first through hole 311) of the steel shim plate 31 by welding, and the steel shim plate 31 with the nut 312 welded thereon is placed face down so that the nut 312 falls into the counterbore 11 of the transport pallet 1. The steel tie plate 31 with the weld nuts 312 is then secured to the transport pallet 1 through the mounting holes (second through holes 313) using a plurality of self-tapping screws 314 or steel nails. Finally, the bolts 32 are used to connect the second screw holes 331 (or the through holes 332) and the first through holes 311 with the weld nuts 312, so as to fix the support structure 33 and the transportation pallet 1 (the tie plate 31).
