In the health-care food, the traditional Chinese medicinal materials such as the lucid ganoderma, the rhodiola rosea and the like are generally adopted, the traditional Chinese medicinal materials have good curative effects of resisting fatigue and improving immunity, but due to the limitation of an extraction process, the effective medicinal components are limited, so that the cost of the corresponding health-care product is high (a large amount of high-quality raw material medicines are used), the effective components are limited by the extraction weakness, and the medicinal effect is not satisfactory.
The general extraction method of various traditional Chinese medicinal materials mainly comprises water decoction or reagent extraction, and the traditional Chinese medicinal materials can be separately extracted in the specific processing and can also be extracted together and prepared into the medicine. For example, ganoderma lucidum is known as effective components of ganoderma lucidum, such as ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide, ganoderic acid (ganoderma lucidum triterpene compounds), saponaria, ergosterol, adenosine, purine, pyrimidine, alkaloid, lactone, etc.; ganoderma contains alkaloids, sterols, phenols, amino acids, mannitol, toxosterol, wu-type, lactone, and coumarin. The components contained in ganoderma lucidum can be dissolved in hot water, wherein the solubility of components such as ganoderan, adenosine, purine, pyrimidine, alkaloid and the like is good, the solubility of components such as ganoderic acid, saponaric acid, ergosterol and the like in hot water is low, the extraction rate is low if the components such as ganoderic acid and the like are extracted by using the hot water, but if organic reagents such as ethanol and the like are used, the problems of residues of other reagents and the influence of the organic reagents on effective medicines are also considered. Meanwhile, in view of the above, different ingredients have different effects in different methods, so that a part of active ingredients of the same batch of raw material medicines are inevitably wasted, and thus, a method cannot be provided, all active ingredients can be considered, and the hidden danger of reagent residue is avoided.

The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple to operate, environment-friendly, economical, efficient, nontoxic and wide in application prospect.

taking out the barrel 1 from which the primary liquid medicine is separated, putting the barrel into an extraction cabinet, circularly extracting, taking out the barrel 1 after decocting for 2 hours, separating the barrel through a separation cabinet, and separating to obtain secondary liquid medicine;
taking out the barrel 1 from which the secondary liquid medicine is separated, putting the barrel into an extraction cabinet, circularly extracting, taking out the barrel 1 after decocting for 2 hours, separating the barrel through a separation cabinet, and separating to obtain a tertiary liquid medicine;
mixing and purifying: mixing the pre-extracted liquid medicine, the primary liquid medicine, the secondary liquid medicine and the tertiary liquid medicine, purifying by a conventional method, concentrating to obtain an extract with the relative density of 1.05-1.15, mixing with pregelatinized starch and magnesium stearate, and tabletting to obtain the product.
