Abstract

In this embodiment, the outer diameter of the connecting member 12 is not smaller than the outer diameter of the second upper cover 112, the outer diameter of the connecting member 12 is not smaller than the outer diameter of the lower cover 13, and the connecting member 12 is clamped with the lower cover 13 due to the clamping connection between the connecting member 12 and the second upper cover 112, so that the sealing performance of the housing structure is improved.
As an alternative embodiment, the upper cover 11 and the lower cover 13 are respectively spaced from the side of the housing structure to the projection of the housing structure on the axis.
In the case structure, the upper cover 11 and the lower cover 13 can be respectively used as different electrodes in the battery structure, and the upper cover 11 and the lower cover 13 are not in contact with each other, so that the possibility of internal short circuit of the battery structure is avoided.
As an alternative embodiment, the external structures of the upper cover 11, the connecting member 12 and the lower cover 13 are cylindrical structures.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the outer structures of the upper cover 11, the connecting member 12 and the lower cover 13 are cylindrical structures, and fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the housing structure.
As an alternative embodiment, the outer side surface of the connecting member 12 is provided with a first recess, a protrusion and a second recess, the second upper cover 112 is clamped in the first recess, the lower cover 13 is clamped in the second recess, and the protrusion is located between the lower cover 13 and the second upper cover 112.
In this embodiment, a specific clamping manner of clamping the connecting member 12 to the second upper cover 112 and clamping the connecting member 12 to the lower cover 13 is provided. In this embodiment, a specific clamping manner of clamping the connecting member 12 and the lower cover 13 is provided, the second annular flange of the lower cover 13 is tightly embedded into the second annular gap in the connecting member 12, the connecting member 12 and the lower cover 13 are combined more tightly and firmly, and the sealing performance of the housing structure is better.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the lower cover 13 includes a first lower cover 131 and a second lower cover 132, and the connecting member 12 is snapped to the second lower cover 132.
In this embodiment, the upper cover 11 includes a first upper cover 111 and a second upper cover 112, similar to the upper cover 11. Claims (10)
1. The housing structure according to claim 1, wherein the outer side surface of the connecting member is provided with a first recess, a projection, and a second recess, the second upper cover is engaged in the first recess, the lower cover is engaged in the second recess, and the projection is located between the lower cover and the second upper cover.

The shell structure of claim 5, wherein the end of the second upper cover connected with the first recess has an inward first annular flange with a U-shaped cross section; the first recess of the connecting piece is a first annular gap extending towards one side of the second upper cover, and the first annular flanging is embedded into the first annular gap.
