Abstract
The invention provides an office automation system for the electronic competition industry, which relates to the field of OA systems and comprises a project management module and an approval management module; the project management module is used for project-related basic information management, budget history management, current budget management, expense detail management, batch expense detail management, prospective expense detail management, personal borrowing management, public prepayment management, contract management, resource use management and approval process management; the approval management module is used for expense approval management, payment approval management, loan approval management, prepayment approval management, budget approval management, contract approval management and transaction approval management. According to the unique project management requirements of the electronic competition industry company, the invention solves the problems that the conventional OA system is not suitable for daily operation and management of the project company, project accounting and cost sharing cannot be automatically carried out every month, the examination and approval mode is single and tedious, and the authority setting is not flexible enough.

moreover, project accounting and project cost sharing are carried out every month, so that manpower and material resources consumed for project settlement are reduced, and the error rate of the project settlement is reduced;
as shown in fig. 3, the approval management module is used for expense approval management, payment approval management, loan approval management, prepaid approval management, budget approval management, contract approval management, transaction approval management, and the like;

the contract management module is used for income contract management, expenditure contract management (resource replacement is also classified into expenditure), deposit contract management, cooperation agreement management (not related to expense) and the like;
the financial management module is used for budget scheme management, borrowing management, public prepayment management, expense management to be claimed, payment management, batch expense management and the like;
the customer management module is used for adding, deleting, modifying and inquiring customers and suppliers;
the invoice acceptance module is used for invoice acceptance management;
the administrative management module is used for sealing application management, sealing record management, sealing task list generation and the like;
the personnel management module is used for staff list management and the like;
the project management module, the examination and approval management module, the contract management module, the client management module, the financial management module, the invoice acceptance module, the administrative management module and the personnel management module are all provided with multiple authority configurations, for example, CEO, department leader, department butt joint person, common staff and the like have different authorities, and the different authorities can only operate projects, contracts, examination and approval processes and the like within the authority range.

the system is used for income contract management, expenditure contract management, deposit contract management and cooperation agreement management;
the financial management module is used for budget scheme management, borrowing management, public prepayment management, expense management to be claimed, payment management and batch expense management;
