Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of essence and spice, in particular relates to an essence, a tobacco-rolling formula containing the essence, and application of the essence and the tobacco-rolling formula in tobacco products.
Background
The essence is a mixture prepared by manually blending two or more fragrances and certain auxiliary agents according to a certain proportion and a blending process. The perfume is a substance with a certain fragrance or aroma for preparing various essences, and comprises natural perfume and synthetic perfume prepared by different methods. Wherein the natural perfume is an aromatic substance obtained by taking aromatic parts of animals and plants as raw materials and adopting corresponding processing means; the natural perfume has complex composition and rich fragrance, is an important raw material for preparing the essence, but has the following problems in application: firstly, the natural perfume is expensive, and the use amount and the use range of the natural perfume are limited; second, some natural fragrances contain forbidden components, the use of which is limited by safety; thirdly, due to the limitation of animal and plant protection, the supply amount of partial natural perfume is insufficient, and the use requirement cannot be met; fourth, the quality of natural plants is greatly affected by seasons, years, weather, temperature, humidity, etc., so that the quality of natural fragrances fluctuates greatly. Synthetic fragrances have become a current research focus as imitation natural fragrances can ameliorate the above problems.
The essence and spice are widely applied to the fields of tobacco, food, daily chemicals and the like. The essence and spice for cigarettes not only can endow the cigarette products with unique style characteristics, but also can improve the taste of the cigarettes, and are one of important connotations for constructing the core competitiveness of Chinese cigarettes. At present, domestic cigarette products still have defects in the aspects of aroma quality, sensory comfort and the like, and development of a new tobacco essence is urgently needed.
The Tieguanyin tea is originally produced in Anxi, known as tea king, and the Tieguanyin tea with excellent quality has unique taste, is fragrant and sweet, has special viewing sound charm, has residual fragrance after seven times of brewing, and has the expression that the Tieguanyin is more important than the Tieguanyin. Research shows that the main aroma components of the Tie Guanyin comprise alcohols (39.75%), acids (20.42%), esters (11.39%), ketones (9.38%) and other components (16.75%), and the various aroma components are compounded to form the special 'viewing sound rhyme' of the Tie Guanyin, and the special 'viewing sound rhyme' mainly comprises various aroma such as tea aroma, flower aroma, fruit aroma, faint scent, sweet aroma, milk aroma and the like, and has rich, elegant and attractive aroma.
The fruit fragrance is an important fragrance for cigarettes, is mainly used as the top fragrance and body fragrance of cigarettes, can endow the cigarettes with fruit fragrance characteristics, enrich the fragrance of the cigarettes, enable the smoke to be elegant and improve the smoking quality of the cigarettes.
The essence with the compound fruit flavor and Tieguanyin tea flavor is always a flavor blending target which is not achieved by a flavor blending engineer. Therefore, a tobacco essence with the combination of fruit flavor and Tieguanyin tea flavor is needed at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The essence provided by the invention has the aroma of fruit-aroma (citrus aroma, juicy peach aroma or coconut aroma) composite Tieguanyin tea aroma, and can be added into cigarette tobacco shreds to endow the cigarettes with the aroma characteristics of fruit-aroma composite Tieguanyin tea aroma and improve the sensory quality of cigarettes. On the basis, the invention provides a tobacco leaf rolling formula and application of essence and tobacco leaf rolling formula in tobacco products.
