The invention discloses an adjustable vehicle-mounted laser radar fixing support which comprises a horizontal fixing support, a sliding adjusting support and a pitching adjusting support. The vehicle-mounted laser radar fixing support is fixed with the vehicle roof through the suckers and the fixing hooks, the horizontal position is adjusted through the sliding adjusting support, and the pitching angle is adjusted through the pitching adjusting support. The device can conveniently carry out on-vehicle laser radar's installation and position, space angle's adjustment, possesses fine commonality, is favorable to improving autopilot's research and development and efficiency of software testing.

Background
Vehicle-mounted lidar is the most important sensor in the field of automatic driving, and the fixation of the lidar is generally completed through the connection with a roof rack. If a fixed mounting bracket is adopted, each vehicle type needs to be provided with a corresponding bracket due to the difference of the vehicle types, the research and development efficiency is seriously influenced, and the related cost is also improved. Therefore, in the research and development process of the automatic driving technology, the laser radar mounting bracket is expected to have a certain adjusting function, so that the laser radar mounting bracket can adapt to different vehicle types and adjust the horizontal position and the pitching angle of the radar so as to ensure that the laser radar can work in the best state.

Detailed Description
The following describes an adjustable vehicle-mounted laser radar fixing bracket in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an adjustable vehicle-mounted lidar fixed bracket, which is composed of 2 horizontal fixed brackets 100, a sliding adjusting bracket 200, and a pitching adjusting bracket 300. The sliding adjusting bracket 200 slides along the horizontal fixing bracket 100 to complete the horizontal position adjustment, and the pitching adjusting bracket 300 rotates relative to the sliding adjusting bracket 200 to complete the pitching angle adjustment.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view illustrating span adjustment of an adjustable vehicle-mounted lidar fixed bracket, when the bracket is mounted on the roof of a vehicle, the span between fixed hooks 140 at both sides of a sliding rail 130 is adjusted by sliding the fixed hooks 140, so that the fixed hooks 140 at both sides are fixed to a roof rack of the vehicle, and then the relative positions of the sliding rail 130, the fixed hooks 140 and suction cups 150 are fixed by tightening a first fixing bolt 110. Meanwhile, the suction cup 150 is fixed to the roof, further enhancing the fixing force of the bracket. In addition, the stopper 120 may limit the adjustment range of the sliding adjustment bracket 200.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an adjustable sliding bracket of a vehicle-mounted lidar fixing bracket, which is composed of a sliding bracket 210, a second fixing bolt 220 and a sliding block 230, wherein the sliding bracket 210 is provided with a sliding groove 240 and a shaft hole 250. The sliding block 230 can slide on the sliding rail 130 to adjust the position between the sliding adjusting bracket 200 and the horizontal fixing bracket 100.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating horizontal position adjustment of an adjustable vehicle-mounted lidar fixed bracket, when the sliding adjustment bracket 200 is adjusted to a proper position, the second fixing bolt 220 is screwed down, so that the fixed sliding bracket 210 is tightly attached to the sliding rail 130, and the position is fixed by friction between the fixed sliding bracket 210 and the sliding rail 130.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of an adjustable pitch adjusting bracket of a vehicle-mounted laser radar fixing bracket, which is composed of a laser radar bracket 310, a rotating shaft 320, a positioning screw 330 and a fastening nut 340. Laser radar support 310 possesses the installation interface, can realize the installation and fixed of all kinds of laser radars.
Fig. 6 is a schematic view of adjusting the pitch angle of the adjustable vehicle-mounted laser radar fixing support, and the pitch angle of the laser radar is adjusted by sliding the pitch adjusting support 300 relative to the adjusting support 200 to rotate. After the adjustment to the proper position, the relative positions of sliding bracket 210 and lidar bracket 310 can be fixed by tightening fastening nut 340, thereby achieving the adjustment of the pitch position.

7. The adjustable vehicle-mounted lidar fixed bracket of claim 1, wherein the rotating shaft (320) penetrates through the shaft hole (250) to form a revolute pair connection.
8. The adjustable vehicle-mounted lidar fixed support of claim 1, wherein the positioning screw (330) moves in the sliding groove (240) when the pitch adjustment support (300) rotates relative to the sliding adjustment support (200).
9. The adjustable vehicle-mounted lidar bracket of claim 1, wherein the relative positions of the sliding bracket (210) and the lidar bracket (310) are fixed by tightening the threaded connection between the positioning screw (330) and the fastening nut (340).
10. The adjustable vehicle-mounted lidar mounting bracket of claim 1, wherein the lidar bracket (310) is configured with a vehicle-mounted lidar mounting interface for attachment of a vehicle-mounted lidar.
