Abstract
本发明涉及一种保健布料,具体涉及一种可释放远红外线和负离子的布料及其制备方法。布料包括由外到内依次设置的保护层、主体层和颗粒层;主体层主要由以下组分制备而成:环氧树脂、明胶、杨木浆、壳聚糖、聚丙酰胺、竹炭纤维浆和羟基化线形大分子引发剂;保护层中组分:单晶硅粉末和大漆;颗粒层由竹炭纤维颗粒组成。制备方法:将所主体物料液经过静电纺丝机得到的丝线编织成主体层,并在所述颗粒层上下面分别固定有主体层,在主体层的外表面上均匀涂抹保护层液,得到布料。本发明通过不同程度和不同层面释放负离子和发射远红外线的颗粒层、主体层和保护层的设置,提高布料整体的释放负离子和长久发射远红外线的能力。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健布料,具体涉及一种可释放远红外线和负离子的布料及其制备方法。
背景技术
红外线的波长范围很宽,人们将不同波长范围的红外线分为近红外、中红外和远红外区域,相对应波长的电磁波称为近红外线、中红外线及远红外线。红外线是一种光波,它的波长比无线电波短,比可见光长。肉眼看不到红外线,任何物体都发射着红外线。热物体的红外线辐射比冷物体强。
现有的远红外功能性布料,大都通过在产品中添加远红外材料来使产品具有发射远红外线的功能。但是这些产品的远红外线发射量随着时间的延长而快速的降低,且发射率低。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
为了解决现有技术的上述问题,本发明提供一种可持续释放远红外线和释放负离子的布料;
相应的,本发明还提供一种上述可持续释放远红外线和释放负离子的布料的制备方法。
(二)技术方案
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的主要技术方案包括:
一种可释放远红外线和负离子的布料,布料包括由外到内依次设置的保护层、主体层和颗粒层;
主体层主要由以下组分按以下重量份制备而成:环氧树脂2~5份、明胶2~5份、杨木浆10~20份、壳聚糖6~10份、聚丙酰胺1~3份、竹炭纤维浆5~10份和羟基化线形大分子引发剂0.6~1份;
保护层中包含有主要由以下组分按以下重量份制备而成:单晶硅粉末0.2~0.6份和大漆5~10份;
颗粒层由多个半径为1~2mm的竹炭纤维颗粒组成。
本发明还提供上述方案中可释放远红外线和负离子的布料的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
S1原料液制备
S11主体物料液的制备
将环氧树脂、明胶、杨木浆、纤维素、壳聚糖、聚丙酰胺、竹炭纤维浆和羟基化线形大分子引发剂混合均匀后,在40~50℃下反应2~5小时后得到主体物料液;
S12保护层液的准备
将单晶硅粉末和大漆分别加热到40~60℃之后搅拌混合均匀得到保护层液;
S2静电纺丝:将所得到的主体物料液经过静电纺丝机得到丝线;
S3纺织成品:将所得到的丝线编织成主体层,并在颗粒层上下面分别固定有主体层,并在主体层的外表面上均匀涂抹保护层液,并干燥后得到的布料。
进一步的,还包括步骤S4,将步骤S3中的布料经过置于单晶硅发射的远红外线中密闭连续处理2小时以上。
进一步的,步骤S4中,每平方米的布料需要25~35个半径为10cm的单晶硅颗粒在40~60℃下发射的远红外线。
进一步的,步骤S2中所得到的丝线表面涂抹涂抹液,的涂抹液的制备为,将3~5重量份电气石、10~20重量份杨木粉、10~20重量份负载锌纳米碳纤维、5~10重量份大漆和1~3重量份聚乙二醇继续加热至50~60℃搅拌均匀得到涂抹液。
进一步的,电纺丝的挤出温度为40~50℃,挤出速度为0.4mL/h~0.6mL/h,电压为25~30kV。
(三)有益效果
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过不同程度和不同层面释放负离子和发射远红外线的颗粒层、主体层和保护层的设置,提高布料整体的释放负离子和长久发射远红外线的能力。其中,主体层中通过环氧树脂、明胶、杨木浆纤维素、壳聚糖、聚丙酰胺、竹炭纤维浆之间交联反应后,可同时释放负离子和发射远红外线;在相邻的主体层中间填充有可释放远红外线的竹炭纤维颗粒,远红外线的释放进一步提高主体层释放负离子的能力;此外,保护层上的单晶硅能够提高布料的保暖性,进一步提高可持续发射远红外线的能力。

具体实施方式
为了更好的解释本发明,以便于理解,下面通过具体实施方式,对本发明作详细描述。
【实施方式一】
本实施方式提供的是一种可释放远红外线和负离子的布料,如图1所示,布料包括由外到内依次设置的保护层1、主体层2和颗粒层3;
主体层主要由以下组分按以下重量份制备而成:环氧树脂2~5份、明胶2~5份、杨木浆10~20份、壳聚糖6~10份、聚丙酰胺1~3份、竹炭纤维浆5~10份和羟基化线形大分子引发剂0.6~1份;
保护层中包含有主要由以下组分按以下重量份制备而成:单晶硅粉末0.2~0.6份和大漆5~10份;
颗粒层由多个半径为1~2mm的竹炭纤维颗粒组成。
本实施方式中,通过不同程度和不同层面释放负离子和发射远红外线的颗粒层、主体层和保护层的设置,提高布料整体的释放负离子和长久发射远红外线的能力。其中,主体层中通过环氧树脂、明胶、杨木浆纤维素、壳聚糖、聚丙酰胺、竹炭纤维浆之间交联反应后,可同时释放负离子和发射远红外线;在相邻的主体层中间填充有可释放远红外线的竹炭纤维颗粒,远红外线的释放进一步提高主体层释放负离子的能力;此外,保护层上的单晶硅能够提高布料的保暖性,进一步提高可持续发射远红外线的能力。其中,颗粒层的设置,可以提高布料的弹性,提高布料的舒适感,弥补单晶硅添加带来的不舒适感,同时,颗粒之间的空隙可容负离子在此聚集,从而可以提高布料产生负离子的能力。颗粒可以是填充在相邻的主体层之间,颗粒之间可采用树脂作为粘合剂粘合在主体层之间。
【实施方式二】
本发明实施方式提供了上述方案中可释放远红外线和负离子的布料的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
S1原料液制备
S11主体物料液的制备
将环氧树脂、明胶、杨木浆、纤维素、壳聚糖、聚丙酰胺、竹炭纤维浆和羟基化线形大分子引发剂混合均匀后,在40~50℃下反应2~5小时后得到主体物料液;
S12保护层液的准备
将单晶硅粉末和大漆分别加热到40~60℃之后搅拌混合均匀得到保护层液;
S2静电纺丝:将所得到的主体物料液经过静电纺丝机得到丝线;
S3纺织成品:将所得到的丝线编织成主体层,并在颗粒层上下面分别固定有主体层,并在主体层的外表面上均匀涂抹保护层液,并干燥后得到的布料。
进一步的,还包括步骤S4,将步骤S3中的布料经过置于单晶硅发射的远红外线中密闭连续处理2小时以上。通过单晶硅发射的远红外线密闭处理可提高布料的可持续发射远红外线的能力。
进一步的,步骤S2中所得到的丝线表面涂抹涂抹液,涂抹液的制备为,将3~5重量份电气石、10~20重量份杨木粉、10~20重量份负载锌纳米碳纤维、5~10重量份大漆和1~3重量份聚乙二醇继续加热至50~60℃搅拌均匀得到涂抹液。在丝线表面涂抹涂抹液,以提高其韧性,并提高其发射远红外线和产生负离子的能力。
进一步的,步骤S4中,每平方米的布料需要25~35个半径为10cm的单晶硅颗粒在40~60℃下发射的远红外线。
进一步的,电纺丝的挤出温度为40~50℃,挤出速度为0.4mL/h~0.6mL/h,电压为25~30kV。
提高了其产生远红外线的能力,并使产品具有抗菌功能。其中,第一涂抹液中的组分为单晶硅和大漆,其目的在于通过添加少量的单晶硅,以延长产品产生远红外线的时间。
本发明中涉及的杨木浆的制备为:将杨树去皮后,打成浆料状,并过100目得到杨木浆。
本发明中涉及的竹炭纤维浆的制备为:将竹炭纤维打成浆料状,并过100目得到竹炭纤浆。
具体实施例
实施例1
可同时释放远红外线和负离子的布料,如图1所示,布料包括由外到内依次设置的保护层1、主体层2和颗粒层3;主体层由以下组分按以下重量份制备而成:环氧树脂5份、明胶4份、杨木浆10份、壳聚糖10份、聚丙酰胺2份、竹炭纤维浆5份和羟基化线形大分子引发剂1份;保护层中由以下组分按以下重量份制备而成:单晶硅粉末0.4份和大漆6份;多个半径为2mm的竹炭纤维颗粒充满相邻的主体层2之间形成颗粒层3。
实施例2
可同时释放远红外线和负离子的布料,如图1所示,布料包括由外到内依次设置的保护层1、主体层2和颗粒层3;主体层主要由以下组分按以下重量份制备而成:环氧树脂2份、明胶5份、杨木浆15份、壳聚糖7份、聚丙酰胺3份、竹炭纤维浆7份和羟基化线形大分子引发剂0.7份;保护层中包含有主要由以下组分按以下重量份制备而成:单晶硅粉末0.6份和大漆7份;多个半径为1mm的竹炭纤维颗粒充满相邻的主体层2之间形成颗粒层3。
实施例3
可同时释放远红外线和负离子的布料,如图1所示,布料包括由外到内依次设置的保护层1、主体层2和颗粒层3;主体层主要由以下组分按以下重量份制备而成:环氧树脂3份、明胶2份、杨木浆19份、壳聚糖8份、聚丙酰胺1份、竹炭纤维浆10份和羟基化线形大分子引发剂0.8份;保护层中包含有主要由以下组分按以下重量份制备而成:单晶硅粉末0.3份和大漆9份;多个半径为1.5mm的竹炭纤维颗粒充满相邻的主体层2之间形成颗粒层3。
实施例4
实施例1中的布料的制备方法为:
S1原料液制备
S11主体物料液的制备:
将实施例1中相应重量份的环氧树脂、明胶、杨木浆、纤维素、壳聚糖、聚丙酰胺、竹炭纤维浆和羟基化线形大分子引发剂混合均匀后,在41℃下反应3小时后得到主体物料液;
S12保护层液的准备:将实施例1中相应重量份的单晶硅粉末和大漆分别加热到50℃之后搅拌混合均匀得到保护层液;
S2静电纺丝:将主体物料液经过静电纺丝机得到丝线;电纺丝的挤出温度为40℃,挤出速度为0.5mL/h,电压为28kV。
S3纺织成品:将所得到的丝线编织成主体层,并在颗粒层上下面分别固定有主体层,并在主体层的外表面上均匀涂抹保护层液,并干燥后得到保护层和主体层相同厚度的布料。
S4将布料经过置于单晶硅发射的远红外线中密闭连续处理2小时后,每平方米的布料需要30个半径为10cm的单晶硅颗粒在50℃下发射的远红外线。
实施例5
实施例2中布料的制备方法为:
S1原料液制备
S11主体物料液的制备:
将实施例2中相应重量份的环氧树脂、明胶、杨木浆、纤维素、壳聚糖、聚丙酰胺、竹炭纤维浆和羟基化线形大分子引发剂混合均匀后,在46℃下反应5小时后得到主体物料液;
S12保护层液的准备:将实施例2中相应重量份的单晶硅粉末和大漆分别加热到40℃之后搅拌混合均匀得到保护层液;
S2静电纺丝:将主体物料液经过静电纺丝机得到丝线;电纺丝的挤出温度为46℃,挤出速度为0.6mL/h,电压为26kV。
S3纺织成品:将所得到的丝线编织成主体层,并在颗粒层上下面分别固定有主体层,并在主体层的外表面上均匀涂抹保护层液,并干燥后得到保护层和主体层相同厚度的布料。
S4将布料经过置于单晶硅发射的远红外线中密闭连续处理3小时,每平方米的布料需要35个半径为10cm的单晶硅颗粒在42℃下发射的远红外线。
实施例6
实施例3中的布料的制备方法为:
S1原料液制备
S11主体物料液的制备:
将实施例3中相应重量份的环氧树脂、明胶、杨木浆、纤维素、壳聚糖、聚丙酰胺、竹炭纤维浆和羟基化线形大分子引发剂混合均匀后,在50℃下反应2小时后得到主体物料液;
S12保护层液的准备:将实施例3中相应重量份的单晶硅粉末和大漆分别加热到60℃之后搅拌混合均匀得到保护层液;
S2静电纺丝:将主体物料液经过静电纺丝机得到丝线;电纺丝的挤出温度为50℃,挤出速度为0.4mL/h,电压为30kV。
S3纺织成品:将所得到的丝线编织成主体层,并在颗粒层上下面分别固定有主体层,并在主体层的外表面上均匀涂抹保护层液,并干燥后得到保护层和主体层相同厚度的布料。
S4将布料经过置于单晶硅发射的远红外线中密闭连续处理4小时后,每平方米的布料需要26个半径为10cm的单晶硅颗粒在60℃下发射的远红外线。
实施例7
其它同实施例6,不同点在于,步骤S2中所得到的丝线表面涂抹涂抹液,涂抹液的制备为,将4重量份电气石、20重量份杨木粉、11重量份负载锌纳米碳纤维、7重量份大漆和3重量份聚乙二醇继续加热至50℃搅拌均匀得到涂抹液。
实施例8
其它同实施例6,不同点在于,步骤S2中所得到的丝线表面涂抹涂抹液,涂抹液的制备为,将3重量份电气石、15重量份杨木粉、15重量份负载锌纳米碳纤维、6重量份大漆和2重量份聚乙二醇继续加热至55℃搅拌均匀得到涂抹液。
实施例9
其它同实施例6,不同点在于,步骤S2中所得到的丝线表面涂抹涂抹液,涂抹液的制备为,将5重量份电气石、11重量份杨木粉20重量份负载锌纳米碳纤维、10重量份大漆和1重量份聚乙二醇继续加热至50~60℃搅拌均匀得到涂抹液。

其它同实施例6,不同点在于,步骤S1中的杨木浆用相同重量份的竹炭纤维浆替换。
对比例2
其它同实施例6,不同点在于,步骤S1中的竹炭纤维浆用相同重量份的杨木浆替换。

其它同实施例9,不同点在于,将涂抹液用同样重量份的保护层液替换。

其它同实施例9,不同点在于,将保护层液用同样重量份的涂抹液替换。
对比例5
市场上普通的抗菌布料。
实验数据:以下的数据均是经过多次有效实验得到的平均值。
实验1:抑菌实验
将本实施例4-9和对比例1-5得到的布料在经过水洗0次时和100次时分别测定对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制率。

以上数据可得:本发明实施例4-9得到的布料具有较好的抗菌能力,显著强于市场上的普通抗菌布料的抗菌能力。
实验2:负离子浓度实验
将实施例4-9和对比例1-5的布料经过负离子浓度测试:首先在1min内测定室内环境中负离子浓度,然后将试样在该环境中静置2min再在1min内测定试样释放的负离子浓度(温度:20℃,相对湿度65%,使用升:COM3200PRO),洗涤次数:30次。测试结果如表2所示:

从表2数据得到:本发明实施例4-9的布料可以产生负离子,且通过添加杨木浆和竹炭纤维浆对于提高布料产生负离子的能力具有协同效应。本发明涂抹液和保护层液对于提高产生负离子的能力具有协同效应。
实验3:远红外线发射实验
将实施例4-9,对比例1-5得到的布料,按照纺织行业检验标准Fz/T64010-2000《远红外纺织品》,经过50次洗涤后,进行法向发射率检测,得到如表1所示的数据。

表3的数据得到:实施例7得到的布料具有最高的法向发射率。实施例9得到的布料可持续发射远红外线的发射能力最强。
杨木浆、竹炭纤维浆、保护层液和涂抹液可提高发射远红外线的能力,且彼此之间对于提高布料发射远红外能力具有协同效应。
以上,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (6)
1.一种可释放远红外线和负离子的布料,其特征在于,所述布料包括由外到内依次设置的保护层、主体层和颗粒层;
所述主体层主要由以下组分按以下重量份制备而成:环氧树脂2~5份、明胶2~5份、杨木浆10~20份、壳聚糖6~10份、聚丙酰胺1~3份、竹炭纤维浆5~10份和羟基化线形大分子引发剂0.6~1份;
所述保护层中包含有主要由以下组分按以下重量份制备而成:单晶硅粉末0.2~0.6份和大漆5~10份;
所述颗粒层由多个半径为1~2mm的竹炭纤维颗粒组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的可释放远红外线和负离子的布料的制备方法,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤:
S1原料液制备

将环氧树脂、明胶、杨木浆、纤维素、壳聚糖、聚丙酰胺、竹炭纤维浆和羟基化线形大分子引发剂混合均匀后,在40~50℃下反应2~5小时后得到主体物料液;
S12保护层液的准备
将单晶硅粉末和大漆分别加热到40~60℃之后搅拌混合均匀得到保护层液;
S2静电纺丝:将所得到的主体物料液经过静电纺丝机得到丝线;
S3纺织成品:将所得到的丝线编织成所述主体层,并在所述颗粒层上下面分别固定有主体层,并在所述主体层的外表面上均匀涂抹保护层液,并干燥后得到所述的布料。
3.如权利要求2所述的可释放远红外线和负离子的布料的制备方法,其特征在于,其还包括步骤S4,将步骤S3中的布料经过置于单晶硅发射的远红外线中密闭连续处理2小时以上。
4.如权利要求3所述的单晶硅应用于远红外保健养生布料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S4中,每平方米的布料需要25~35个半径为10cm的单晶硅颗粒在40~60℃下发射的远红外线。
5.如权利要求4所述的可释放远红外线和负离子的布料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中所得到的丝线表面涂抹涂抹液,所述的涂抹液的制备为,将3~5重量份电气石、10~20重量份杨木粉、10~20重量份负载锌纳米碳纤维、5~10重量份大漆和1~3重量份聚乙二醇继续加热至50~60℃搅拌均匀得到涂抹液。
6.如权利要求2所述的单晶硅应用于远红外保健养生布料的制备方法,其特征在于:电纺丝的挤出温度为40~50℃,挤出速度为0.4mL/h~0.6mL/h,电压为25~30kV。
