The clamp provided by the invention comprises a driving motor, two roller seats, a hydraulic vice and two rollers, and is suitable for the process of processing an annular workpiece by a numerical control milling machine. The hydraulic vice is positioned between the two roller seats, and the driving motor is fixed on one side of the roller seat and movably connected with the roller; the roller is arranged on the roller seat, the roller shaft of the roller is fixedly connected with the roller seat, the driving motor receives a starting command, and the driving motor drives the roller to rotate through gear transmission, so that the roller drives the annular workpiece to rotate by a specified angle, the processing of the annular workpiece is efficiently finished, and the working intensity of an operator is reduced; the device has simple structure, safety and reliability.

When the numerical control milling machine is used for processing an annular workpiece, the annular workpiece is rotated usually by manual operation, the quality of the processed product is low, the precision error is high, the controllability is poor when the lower limit precision is reached, the processing efficiency is low, one annular workpiece is processed in four hours, the requirement of a production task cannot be met, the labor intensity of an operator is high, and one operator can operate one machine.

s4: counting the total rotating angle of the annular workpiece by the numerical control machine tool, and repeating S1-S3 if the total rotating angle is smaller than 360 degrees; and if the total angle is greater than or equal to 360 degrees, finishing the processing of the annular workpiece, opening the hydraulic vice, and waiting for taking out the annular workpiece.
The invention has the following advantages:
1. the clamp automatically clamps and rotates the annular workpiece, so that the manual operation amount is reduced, and a plurality of machines can be operated by one person;
2. the driving motor is started and braked under the control of a numerical control machine tool program, so that the rotation precision of the annular workpiece is increased, and the machining precision of the machined workpiece is increased;

s3: milling one position of the annular workpiece 4, opening the hydraulic vice 1 after the hydraulic vice 1 receives a vice opening command of the numerical control machine tool, and loosening the workpiece; meanwhile, the driving motor 3 also receives a starting command, the driving motor 3 drives the roller 5 to rotate through gear transmission, and after the roller 5 drives the annular workpiece 4 to rotate for a specified angle, the driving motor 3 brakes, and the roller 5 stops rotating;
s4: counting the total rotating angle of the annular workpiece 4 by the numerical control machine tool, and repeating S1-S3 if the total rotating angle is smaller than 360 degrees; if the total angle is greater than or equal to 360 degrees, the annular workpiece 4 is processed, the hydraulic vice 1 is opened, and the annular workpiece 4 is waited to be taken out.
As shown in table 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, the economic results after using the milling fixture for processing the annular workpiece are as follows: the product is sold for 3800 pieces per year on average, so that the direct cost can be saved by accounting: 3800 =220400 yuan.
