Abstract

A method for preparing toothpaste containing water and bioactive glass components comprises adding water-in-oil emulsion with stable solid particles to obtain toothpaste containing water and bioactive glass components. Since the water and bioactive glass in the toothpaste are separated by the oil prior to use, both are present at the same time. When the toothpaste is used, the water-in-oil emulsion in the toothpaste matrix with stable solid particles is broken under the actions of friction, extrusion and the like, so that the water wrapped in the water-in-oil emulsion is released, the water quantity in the oral cavity is increased, the mouthfeel of the toothpaste during use can be improved, and the reaction rate of bioactive glass in the toothpaste can be increased.

Description

Preparation method of toothpaste containing water and bioactive glass components
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily chemical products and hard oral tissue medical care, nursing and cleaning products, and particularly relates to a preparation method of toothpaste which contains water and bioactive glass components and is used for medical care and oral cleaning and nursing.
Background
The bioactive glass is made of SiO2、Na2O, CaO and P2O5And the like. After the bioactive glass is implanted into a human body, the surface composition and the structure of the bioactive glass change along with time to form a hydroxyapatite carbonate layer with bioactivity, a bonding interface is provided for the recovery and growth of bones and soft tissues, the bioactive glass can be used for bone replacement, repair and regeneration, and the bioactive glass does not cause cell damage, degradation products and infectious risks.
The bioactive glass is added into toothpaste, and has effects of promoting healing of oral ulcer wound, sealing dentinal tubule, and eliminating dentin anaphylaxis. The bioactive glass is added directly into the water-containing toothpaste, and the bioactive glass component in the toothpaste is reduced continuously during the storage period due to the easy reaction of the bioactive glass and water.
The water plays an important role in the toothpaste, and has a great influence on the foaming property, the stringiness, the cleaning value, the pH value, the rheological property, the mouthfeel and the like of the toothpaste besides the stability of the toothpaste is increased by combining with the hydrophilic colloid.
In order to reduce the effect of water on the degradation of bioactive glass, toothpaste containing bioactive glass can be prepared in an anhydrous formulation, i.e., using materials such as glycerin, polyethylene glycol, etc. as a base. The toothpaste can reduce the attenuation of bioactive glass components during storage, but because the toothpaste contains no moisture, the stability is poor, the mouthfeel is poor, the pH value fluctuates when the toothpaste is used, and the water is provided only by saliva, the reaction rate of the bioactive glass is low in limited tooth brushing time, so that the utilization rate of the bioactive glass and the quality of the toothpaste are directly reduced.
