The movement among the middle plate, the universal joint middle frame and the seat plate and the relative movement between the guide rail and the arc-shaped sliding rod are realized during the operation of the universal joint. If interference occurs, the socket can continue to operate by elastically deforming the corresponding parts to adapt to the movement of the socket and the socket because the socket is made of plastic with certain elasticity.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent home safety socket comprises a base body, a protective cover and an electronic control unit, wherein the base body is provided with an angle hole and a waist round hole, and the base body is fixedly arranged in a socket mounting groove reserved on a wall surface through the angle hole and the waist round hole; the protective cover is arranged on the outer surface of the seat body in a buckling mode; the electronic control unit is fixedly arranged at the rear side of the seat body; the method is characterized in that: the seat body comprises a seat plate, a universal joint middle frame and a middle plate, wherein the seat plate and the universal joint middle frame are connected through two hinged resetting mechanisms which are distributed up and down; the middle plate is connected with the universal joint middle frame through two hinged reset mechanisms which are distributed left and right; the rear side of the seat body is also provided with a plate spring which plays a role in resetting the seat body after swinging; the wiring unit is arranged at the rear side of the middle plate; the middle plate is provided with a jack.

The smart home security socket according to claim 1, wherein: the four corners of the seat board are respectively provided with an angle hole, the middle position of the outer end surface of the seat board is provided with two waist round holes at the left and right sides, and the length directions of the two waist round holes are mutually vertical.

The smart home security socket according to claim 2, wherein: the left side and the right side of the inner frame surface of the seat plate are provided with first sliding inclined planes; second sliding inclined planes are arranged on the left side and the right side of the outer frame surface of the universal joint middle frame, and fourth sliding inclined planes are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the inner frame surface of the universal joint middle frame; the two second sliding inclined planes are matched with the two first sliding inclined planes; and third sliding inclined planes are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the outer frame surface of the middle plate, and the two third sliding inclined planes are matched with the two fourth sliding inclined planes.
4. The smart home security socket according to claim 3, wherein: the included angles between the first sliding inclined plane, the second sliding inclined plane, the third sliding inclined plane and the fourth sliding inclined plane and the respective plate surfaces are less than 45 degrees.

The smart home security socket according to claim 1, wherein: the hinge reset mechanism comprises a swing pin shaft, a guide rail, a second fixed support and a reset spring, wherein the swing pin shaft consists of a mounting rod and an arc-shaped sliding rod, and the mounting rod is positioned at the upper end of the arc-shaped sliding rod; the guide rail is provided with an arc-shaped sliding chute with an inward arc center, and two ends of the arc-shaped sliding chute are provided with symmetrically distributed rotating holes; the swing pin shaft is slidably arranged in an arc-shaped sliding groove formed in the guide rail through an arc-shaped sliding rod; one end of each of the two return springs is symmetrically arranged on the mounting rod at the upper end of the swing pin shaft; the arc-shaped sliding rod is formed by cutting off two sides of a cylinder; the arc radius of the cut-off two sides is the same as that of the arc chute; the radius of each cut cylindrical surface of the arc-shaped sliding rod is equal to the radius of the rotary hole;
for the hinged resetting mechanism arranged between the seat plate and the universal joint middle frame, the lower end of the swinging pin shaft of the hinged resetting mechanism is fixedly arranged on the universal joint middle frame through a second fixed support; the guide rail is fixedly arranged on the seat plate; the other ends of the two return springs are fixedly arranged on the end surface of the inner side of the seat plate;
for the hinged resetting mechanism arranged between the middle plate and the universal joint middle frame, the lower end of the swinging pin shaft of the hinged resetting mechanism is fixedly arranged on the middle plate through a second fixed support; the guide rail is fixedly arranged on the universal joint middle frame; the other ends of the two return springs are fixedly arranged on the end surface of the inner side of the middle frame of the universal joint.
6. The smart home security socket according to claim 5, wherein: the return spring is a tension spring.

The smart home security socket according to claim 5, wherein: two clamping grooves are formed in the middle of the two cambered surfaces of the arc-shaped groove formed in the guide rail, two protrusions are mounted on the arc-shaped sliding rod of the swing pin shaft, and the two protrusions on the swing pin shaft are matched with the two clamping grooves on the corresponding guide rail.

The smart home security socket according to claim 5, wherein: a second mounting sleeve is mounted on the mounting rod at the upper end of the swing pin shaft in an embedded mode, and one end of each of the two return springs is symmetrically mounted on the outer circular surface of the second mounting sleeve.

for the hinged resetting mechanism arranged between the middle plate and the universal joint middle frame, the two mounting columns are symmetrically arranged on the inner side end face of the universal joint middle frame through a first fixed support respectively, the two mounting columns are respectively provided with a first mounting sleeve in a nested mode, and the two resetting springs and one end, fixed to the inner side end face of the universal joint middle frame, of the two resetting springs are fixedly arranged on the two first mounting sleeves respectively.

The smart home security socket according to claim 1, wherein: two plate springs are diagonally arranged in the left-right direction of the seat plate and the universal joint middle frame, and two plate springs are diagonally arranged in the up-down direction of the middle plate and the universal joint middle frame.
