According to the invention, after the plug or the charger inserted into the socket loses impact force, the four plate springs arranged among the seat plate 9, the universal joint middle frame 8 and the universal joint inner frame 7 firstly drive the seat plate 9, the universal joint middle frame 8 and the universal joint inner frame 7 to swing flat, then the wiring unit 6 is manually pulled to slide and reset to the center of the universal joint inner frame 7, in the resetting process of the wiring unit 6, the trigger cone 19 arranged on the wiring unit 6 extrudes the trigger post 18 to slide into the conical clamping groove 23 formed on the trigger cone 19, in the sliding process, the trigger post 18 drives the four first connecting rods 21 to slide, the four first connecting rods 21 slide to drive the four first racks 22 to slide, the four first racks 22 slide to drive the four gears 26 to rotate, the four gears 26 rotate to drive the four second racks 25 to slide to reset, the four second racks 25 reset to drive the four second connecting rods 28 to reset, the return springs 27 mounted on the four second links 28 are simultaneously returned; the four second connecting rods 28 reset to drive the four limiting plates 29 to reset, the seat plate 9, the universal joint middle frame 8 and the universal joint inner frame 7 are clamped, when the sliding is completely reset to the center of the universal joint inner frame 7, the triggering column 18 also just slides to the middle position of the conical clamping groove 23 formed in the triggering cone 19, at the moment, the four limiting plates 29 are also just reset, and the seat body 3 is limited again.
