further, in the method for detecting filth blockage of a filter screen in the embodiment of the present invention, if the current wind resistance value f is less than or equal to the preset wind resistance value, it is determined that filth blockage occurs in the filter screen, and the method specifically includes: if the current wind resistance value f is less than or equal to the first preset wind resistance value f1And is greater than the second preset wind resistance value f2Determining that the filter screen is slightly filthy blocked; if the current wind resistance value f is less than or equal to a second preset wind resistance value f2And is greater than the third preset wind resistance value f3Determining that the filter screen is seriously filthy-blocked; if the current wind resistance value f is less than or equal to the third preset wind resistance value f3Determining that the filter screen is completely dirty and blocked, wherein a second preset wind resistance value f2Is less than the first preset wind resistance value f1And is greater than the third preset wind resistance value f3As shown in fig. 2. The storage module in the controller is further used for storing a first preset wind resistance value f1A second predetermined wind resistance value f2And a third predetermined wind resistance value f3. The smaller the wind resistance value is, the more serious the filth blockage degree of the filter screen at the air inlet of the air treatment equipment is, and the filth blockage degree of the filter screen is divided into three filth blockage grades of light filth blockage, heavy filth blockage and complete filth blockage, so that the air treatment equipment can be usedThe degree of filth blockage of the filter screen can be clearly known by a user on the basis of determining the filth blockage of the filter screen.
Of course, the filth blockage degree of the filter screen can also be divided into four grades, for example, light filth blockage, medium filth blockage, heavy filth blockage and complete filth blockage, and at this time, the range of the wind resistance value between the wind resistance value corresponding to the light filth blockage of the filter screen and the wind resistance value corresponding to the complete filth blockage of the filter screen only needs to be divided into four parts. The grade division of the filth blockage degree of the filter screen is specifically divided into a plurality of filth blockage grades, and no specific limitation is imposed on the grade division.
Further, according to the method for detecting filth blockage of the filter screen, an air deflector is arranged at an air outlet of the air treatment device, and before comparing the current wind resistance value with the preset wind resistance value, the method further includes: pre-establishing a first relation corresponding table between the filth blockage degree of the filter screen and a preset wind resistance value when the fan is at a preset rotating speed and the air deflector is in a static state; a second relation corresponding table between the filth blockage degree of the filter screen and the preset wind resistance value is established in advance when the fan is at the preset rotating speed and the air deflector is in a swing state; acquiring the rotating speed of a fan; judging whether the air deflector is in a static state or in a swinging state, and if the air deflector is in the static state, searching a corresponding preset wind resistance value in a first relation corresponding table according to the current rotating speed of the fan; if the air deflector is in a swinging state, the corresponding preset wind resistance value is searched in the second relation corresponding table according to the current rotating speed of the fan. The storage module in the controller is further used for storing the first relation table and the second relation table.
The controller obtains the rotating speed of the fan, then obtains the current state of the air deflector, and knows whether the current air deflector is in a static state or in a swinging state, wherein the static state of the air deflector refers to the initial position of the air deflector after the air conditioner is started, and can also be the position of the air deflector when a user manually adjusts the air deflector to any position. The swing state is the state of the air deflector when the user realizes the up-and-down swing or the left-and-right swing of the air deflector through the air swing function key on the air conditioner remote controller. The remote controller sends out a wind swinging instruction, and the controller indicates that the current air deflector is in a swinging state after receiving the wind swinging instruction; on the contrary, if the controller does not receive the air swinging instruction during the filth blockage detection of the filter screen, the current air deflector is in a static state.
Optionally, the air processing device further includes a position sensor, the position sensor is mounted on the air deflector and connected to the controller, and is used for detecting a current state of the air deflector, the position sensor sends detected position information of the air deflector to the controller, and the controller determines whether to search a wind resistance value corresponding to the rotation speed in the first relation table or the second relation table according to the position information, so as to quickly know a current filth blockage condition of the filter screen.
It should be noted that: because the air deflector is in a static state and a swinging state to influence the air output of the air conditioner, in order to more clearly and accurately know the current filth blockage condition of the filter screen, the invention establishes a first relation corresponding table when the air deflector is in the static state and a second relation corresponding table when the air deflector is in the swinging state in advance.
In the motor control design stage, a first relation corresponding table between the filth blockage degree of the filter screen and the preset wind resistance value is obtained through a touch test when the fan is at a preset rotating speed and the air deflector is in a static state, and is shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 first relationship correspondence table
Figure BDA0002385723530000071
In the motor control design stage, a second relation corresponding table between the filth blockage degree of the filter screen and the preset wind resistance value is obtained through a touch test when the fan is at the preset rotating speed and the air deflector is in a swing state, as shown in table 2.
TABLE 2 second relationship correspondence table
Figure BDA0002385723530000081
It should be noted that: in order to increase the first predetermined wind resistance value f1A second predetermined wind resistance value f2And a third predetermined wind resistance value f3The accuracy of the method ensures that the filth blockage detection precision of the filter screen is higher, and the first preset wind resistance value f in the method is1A second predetermined wind resistance value f2And a third predetermined wind resistance value f3All are mean values obtained after multiple tests.
The value range of the rotating speed of the fan is 350-1000 rpm, and the value range is determined according to the specific configuration of the air conditioner. The value of the rotating speed n can be a preset rotating speed value or a preset rotating speed range, and similarly, the first preset wind resistance value f1A second predetermined wind resistance value f2And a third predetermined wind resistance value f3The wind resistance value can be preset, and the wind resistance threshold value can also be preset. For example, if the air deflector is in a static state and the rotation speed of the fan is n1~n2In between, the first preset wind resistance threshold is f11~f21If the air deflector is in a swinging state and the rotating speed of the fan is n1~n2If the first preset wind resistance threshold value is f'11~f'21
Based on the embodiment, if the wind shield is in the static state and the rotating speed of the fan is n according to the judgment1~n2Judging that the current wind resistance value is between the first preset wind resistance threshold value, and indicating that the filter screen is slightly dirty and blocked; and judging that the current wind resistance value exceeds the threshold range of the first preset wind resistance threshold value, and indicating that the filter screen is not lightly dirty and blocked.
Further, the method for detecting filth blockage of the filter screen further comprises a processing step after the detecting step, wherein the processing step specifically comprises: if the filter screen is in a mild filth blockage state or a severe filth blockage state, controlling to send prompt information to remind a user to clean the filter screen; and if the filter screen is judged to be in a complete dirty and blocked state, the control module sends out prompt information and controls the air treatment equipment to enter a shutdown protection mode. If the filter screen is in a light filth blockage state or a severe filth blockage state, the refrigerating or heating effect of the air conditioner is deteriorated, but the air conditioner can normally operate, prompt information is sent by control, a user only needs to be reminded that the filter screen needs to be cleaned, and the user selects whether to clean the filter screen. If the filter screen is judged to be in a complete dirty and blocked state, the control unit sends prompt information and controls the air treatment equipment to enter a shutdown protection mode, so that the temperature of the heat exchanger is prevented from being continuously reduced in a refrigeration mode of the air conditioner; in the heating mode, the temperature of the heat exchanger is continuously increased, so that the damage to the heat exchanger and other devices in the air conditioner caused by the continuous decrease or increase of the temperature can be avoided.
Further, if judge and obtain that the filter screen is in mild filth stifled state, then control sends tip information, reminds the user to wash the filter screen, specifically includes: if the filter screen is in a mild filth blockage state, displaying mild filth blockage prompt information; if the filter screen is in the severe filth blockage state through judgment, severe filth blockage prompt information is displayed, the mild filth blockage prompt information or the severe filth blockage prompt information is displayed through a display screen of the air conditioner indoor unit, a user is reminded of cleaning the air conditioner filter screen in time, the current wind resistance value is improved, so that the wind resistance caused by filth blockage of the filter screen is increased, the refrigerating or heating effect of the air conditioner is improved, the reduction of the energy consumption of air treatment equipment due to idling of a fan is avoided, bacteria can be prevented from breeding on the filter screen, and the air quality in a room and the use comfort of the air conditioner are improved.
Based on the embodiment, when the filter screen is slightly filthy blocked, the controller controls and displays the prompt information of the slight filthy blockage, and the display screen of the indoor unit of the air conditioner displays the characters of the slight filthy blockage or C; when the filter screen is severely blocked, the controller controls and displays severe filth blockage prompt information, and characters of severe filth blockage or CC are displayed on a display screen of the indoor unit of the air conditioner; when the filter screen is completely dirty and blocked, the controller controls and displays complete dirty and blocking prompt information, characters of 'complete dirty and blocking' or 'CCC' are displayed on a display screen of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, and the indoor unit enters a shutdown protection mode. And the storage module in the controller is also used for storing the display character patterns, and when the controller judges the filthy blockage degree of the filter screen, the display character patterns corresponding to the detected filthy blockage degree of the filter screen are searched in the storage module. Of course, other prompt messages may also be displayed, and the specific display content of the prompt message is not particularly limited in the present invention.
Optionally, if judge and obtain that the filter screen is in mild filth stifled state, then control sends tip information, reminds the user to wash the filter screen, specifically includes: if the filter screen is in a mild filth blockage state, sending mild filth blockage prompt information; if the filter screen is judged to be in the severe filth blockage state, severe filth blockage prompt information is sent, the air treatment equipment further comprises a buzzer, the buzzer is electrically connected with the controller, the controller sends a control instruction corresponding to the mild filth blockage prompt information or the severe filth blockage prompt information, and the buzzer sends corresponding sound prompt after receiving the control instruction, so that a user can be reminded of the filth blockage condition of the filter screen more simply and conveniently.
Similarly, when the filter screen is slightly blocked, the controller controls the buzzer to send out a slight blockage prompt message, wherein the slight blockage prompt message is 'dripping, dripping … … dripping'; when the filter screen is severely blocked, the controller controls the buzzer to send out severe filth blockage prompting information, wherein the severe filth blockage prompting information is 'dripping, dripping … … dripping'; when the filter screen is in complete filth blockage, the controller controls the buzzer to send out complete filth blockage prompt information, wherein the complete filth blockage prompt information is 'dripping and … … dripping', and the filter screen enters a shutdown protection mode. And the storage module in the controller is also used for storing the ringing prompt sound, and when the controller judges that the filth blockage degree of the filter screen is obtained, the ringing prompt sound corresponding to the detected filth blockage degree of the filter screen is searched in the storage module. Of course, other sounding prompt sounds may be displayed, and the sound content of the sounding prompt sounds is not particularly limited in the present invention.
Of course, the prompt information may also remind the user in the form of an indicator light, or may be a combination of any two or three of the above prompt modes.
Referring to fig. 3, if it is determined that the filter screen is in a mild filth blockage state, a mild filth blockage prompt message is displayed, which specifically includes: if the filter screen is in a slight filth blockage state, recording the accumulated times i of the filter screen in the slight filth blockage state; if the accumulated time i is less than or equal to the preset accumulated time i', displaying mild visceral obstruction prompt information, and controlling to return to the detection step; and if the accumulated time i is greater than the preset accumulated time i', controlling to return to the detection step. The storage module in the controller is further configured to pre-store a preset accumulated number i'. The air treatment equipment further comprises a counter which is electrically connected with the controller, the counter is used for recording the accumulated times of slight filth blockage of the filter screen, and the user can be reminded only when the accumulated times are smaller than the preset times, so that the problem that the user experiences poor use experience due to multiple reminding can be avoided. The preset accumulated times can be 1 time, 2 times, 3 times and the like.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the method for detecting filth blockage of the filter screen further includes: if the filter screen is judged to be in the light filthy blockage state, displaying light filthy blockage prompt information and recording first running time t 'of the air treatment equipment'1When the first operation time t'1Is greater than or equal to a first preset running time T'1If so, controlling to return to the detection step; if the filter screen is judged to be in the severe filth blockage state, displaying severe filth blockage prompt information and recording second running time t 'of the air treatment equipment'2When the second operation time t'2Is greater than or equal to a second preset running time T'2Then, control returns to the detecting step, wherein the first preset running time T'1Greater than second preset running time T'2. The controller further comprises a timing module for recording the running time of the air conditioner, and the storage module in the controller is further used for storing a first preset running time T'1And a second preset run time T'2. When the filter screen is slightly dirty and blocked, the detection period is longer than that when the filter screen is severely dirty and blocked, and the process of accumulating time is used for the dirty and blocked of the air conditioner filter screen, so that the frequent dirty and blocked degree of the filter screen by the air treatment equipment can be avoided when the filter screen is slightly dirty and blocked, and the reduction of the energy consumption of the air treatment equipment is not facilitated. When the filter screen of the air conditioner is seriously clogged with filth, the filth is already blockedThe refrigeration or heating effect of the air treatment equipment is seriously influenced, the detection period is set to be shorter, the situations of filter screen filth blockage, missing detection and missing report of the air treatment equipment can be avoided when the filter screen is completely filth blocked, and therefore the reliability of filth blockage detection of the air conditioner filter screen is improved.
