At present, two methods of ventilation dust discharge and spray dust reduction are mainly applied to underground dust suppression measures. Practice shows that the requirement of on-site dust removal cannot be met by only ventilating and discharging dust. In addition, the water mist generated by the common spray dust-settling device has large particles and small specific surface area, and the hydrophobicity of coal dust causes that the dust suppression rate is limited, especially for respiratory dust. In recent years, dry mist dust suppression technology has been applied to underground mines due to its excellent atomization effect and small droplet size. However, common dry fog dust suppression equipment is bulky, has numerous pipe valves, and requires an external power source. This not only makes its running cost increase, and the installation, remove and maintain the degree of difficulty height moreover, this greatly reduced spraying dust device in the result of use in the pit, restricted its in the pit widely used.

The waterway pipe group uses underground pressurized water as a water source and a power source; the waterway main pipe and the waterway branch pipe are connected by a T-shaped quick joint B, the diameter of the waterway main pipe is 12mm, and the diameter of the waterway branch pipe is 8 mm; the outlet of the branch pipe of the waterway is connected with an L-shaped quick joint, and the other end of the L-shaped quick joint is connected with the water source inlet on the side surface of the spray head; in order to deal with environments such as stope blasting and the like, the water channel pipe group is made of a high-temperature and high-pressure resistant PU pipe.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention utilizes the underground compressed air system as a power source, designs the generating device corresponding to the dry fog according to the underground conventional compressed air pressure value, effectively solves the problem of insufficient power of the dry fog dust suppression equipment under the well while ensuring the atomization effect, and greatly reduces the use cost. The T-shaped quick joint A313 and the T-shaped quick joint B323 are T-shaped variable-diameter tee joints, and the diameter of each joint is 12mm and 8 mm; the L-shaped quick connector 324 uses a right-angle two-way connector, and the diameters of the two connectors are both 8 mm.
The main gas circuit pipe 311 and the branch gas circuit pipe 312 are high-pressure PU pipes, the diameter of the main gas circuit pipe 311 is 12mm, and the diameter of the branch gas circuit pipe 312 is 8 mm.
The waterway main pipe 321 and the waterway branch pipe 322 are high-pressure PU pipes, the diameter of the waterway main pipe 321 is 12mm, and the diameter of the waterway branch pipe 322 is 8 mm.
In actual use, the device is first assembled on the ground: (1) the spray head 2 and the pipe system 3 are assembled. Opening a valve of a high-precision gas and water shared type filtering device, filtering impurities with the particle size larger than 8mm from gas and water in a compressed air and compressed water pipe through the filtering device, and introducing the gas and the water into a pipeline system 3; as shown in fig. 4, the filtered gas and water enter the spray head 2 through the pipeline system 3 to be mixed, and finally are atomized by the spray head to form dry mist, so that the dry mist dust-settling effect is achieved.
