According to the invention, the polymer cement mortar is injected into the connecting hole, and after the outer wall decoration heat preservation plate is adhered to the upper wall, the strength of the polymer cement mortar injected into the hole is rapidly improved, the strength is increased with the lapse of time, the anchoring strength is finally reached, and the invention is safe and reliable.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the connecting piece is an expansion bolt.
Preferably, the mounting positions of the connecting pieces on the wall body correspond to the positions of the fixing kits arranged on the outer wall decoration heat-insulation board one by one.
Preferably, the binder is a cement-based material, and further preferably, the binder is polymer cement mortar.
As a preferable technical solution of the present invention, the mounting method further includes:
and adhering the outer wall decoration heat insulation boards to the wall body according to the installation method, and then coating a sealant on the abutted seam between two adjacent outer wall decoration heat insulation boards.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) according to the invention, the heat-insulating layer is made of the heat-insulating material with good heat-insulating and heat-insulating effects, and is arranged on the back surface of the decorative surface layer, so that a good buffer function is achieved, and the strength and the shock resistance of the decorative heat-insulating plate are improved;
(2) the fixing sleeve is arranged, so that the subsequent insulation board and the wall body can be firmly connected conveniently.
(3) According to the invention, the polymer cement mortar is injected into the connecting hole, after the outer wall decoration heat preservation plate is adhered to the upper wall, the strength of the polymer cement mortar injected into the hole is rapidly improved, the strength is increased along with the passage of time, and finally the anchoring strength is achieved.

The inside at least one deck enhancement layer 3 that is provided with of decorative cover 1, the external wall decoration heated board still include at least one run through heat preservation 2 and stretch into the inside fixed external member 4 of decorative cover 1, fixed external member 4 is used for forming the connecting hole.
The material adopted by the decorative surface layer 1 can be selected from concrete and/or cement mortar, and the thickness is 10-100 mm.
At least 1 layer of reinforcing layer 3 is arranged in the decorative surface layer 1, and the reinforcing layer 3 is a metal mesh and/or non-metal mesh cloth.
The heat-insulating layer 2 is made of a mixture of an inorganic heat-insulating material and a reinforcing material, wherein the inorganic heat-insulating material optionally comprises one or a combination of at least two of vitrified micro bubbles, expanded perlite, ceramsite, rock wool, foamed concrete or closed-cell perlite. The reinforcing material optionally comprises cement or resin. The thickness of the heat preservation layer 2 is 1-20 cm.
In another embodiment, the invention provides a preparation method of an external wall decoration insulation board, which comprises the following steps:
and (I) pouring slurry into the mould, and putting at least one fixing sleeve 4 into the slurry, wherein the fixing sleeve 4 is used for forming a connecting hole after the slurry is solidified. The slurry comprises concrete slurry and/or cement mortar, and the thickness of the slurry is 10-100 mm;
(II) keep away from fixed external member 4, lay enhancement layer 3 and heat preservation 2 in proper order on the thick liquids surface, the vibration mould makes 3 embedding thick liquids of enhancement layer, and fixed external member 4 can go deep into in the thick liquids simultaneously. Wherein, the enhancement layer 3 is paved with at least 1 layer, the enhancement layer optionally comprises a metal mesh and/or a non-metal mesh cloth, the heat insulation layer 2 adopts a mixture of an inorganic heat insulation material and a reinforcing material, specifically, the inorganic heat insulation material comprises one or a combination of at least two of vitrified micro bubbles, expanded perlite, ceramsite, rock wool, foamed concrete or closed-cell perlite, and the reinforcing material comprises cement and/or resin. The thickness of the heat-insulating layer 2 is 1-20 cm;
(III) curing until the slurry is cured and molded to obtain a decorative surface layer 1 formed by the slurry, sequentially polishing and hardening the decorative surface layer 1 to obtain the outer wall decorative insulation board, wherein the curing environment temperature is 5-60 ℃, and the curing environment relative humidity is more than 50%.
The hardening treatment process comprises the following steps:
coating, spraying or soaking a hardening agent aqueous solution on the surface of the solidified and molded decorative insulation board, and curing after finishing; and then coating, spraying or soaking a hardening agent on the surface of the solidified and molded decorative heat-insulation board, and curing after the curing is finished. The mass ratio of the hardening agent to the water in the hardening agent aqueous solution is (1-3) to (1-3); and curing the hardening agent aqueous solution for at least 0.5h after the hardening agent aqueous solution is arranged on the surface of the solidified decorative heat-insulation plate, and curing the hardening agent for at least 0.5h after the hardening agent is arranged on the surface of the solidified decorative heat-insulation plate.
In another embodiment, the present invention provides a method for installing an exterior wall decoration insulation board, where the method is shown in fig. 2 and includes:
(1) connecting pieces are pre-buried on a wall body 6, the connecting pieces can be expansion bolts 5, and the mounting positions of the connecting pieces on the wall body correspond to the positions of fixing kits 4 arranged on the outer wall decoration heat-insulation board one by one;
(2) coating adhesive mortar on the surface, which is adhered to the wall body 6, of the outer wall decoration heat insulation board, pouring adhesive into a connecting hole formed in the fixing sleeve 4, inserting a connecting piece into the connecting hole formed in the fixing sleeve 4, adhering the decoration heat insulation board to the upper wall, and finishing the installation of the outer wall decoration heat insulation board on the upper wall after the adhesive in the connecting hole formed in the fixing sleeve 4 is cured;
(3) and (3) closely adhering the outer wall decoration heat insulation boards to the wall body 6 according to the steps, and then coating a sealant on the abutted seam between two adjacent outer wall decoration heat insulation boards.

pouring concrete slurry into a mould, and putting a fixing sleeve 4 into the slurry, wherein the fixing sleeve 4 is used for forming a connecting hole after the concrete slurry is cured, and the thickness of the concrete slurry is 10 mm;
(II) keep away from fixed external member 4, lay enhancement layer 3 and heat preservation 2 in proper order on the concrete slurry surface, the vibration mould makes 3 imbeds concrete slurry in the enhancement layer, and fixed external member 4 can go deep into in the concrete slurry simultaneously. Wherein, 1 layer of the reinforcing layer 3 is laid, the reinforcing layer 3 is a metal mesh, the heat insulation layer 2 adopts a mixture of vitrified micro bubbles and cement as a heat insulation material, and the thickness of the heat insulation layer 2 is 1 cm;
(III) curing until the concrete slurry is cured and molded to obtain a decorative surface layer 1 formed by the concrete slurry, and sequentially polishing and hardening the decorative surface layer 1 to obtain the outer wall decorative insulation board, wherein the curing environment temperature is 5 ℃, and the curing environment relative humidity is 100%.
The hardening treatment process comprises the following steps:
coating, spraying or soaking a hardening agent aqueous solution on the surface of the solidified and molded decorative insulation board, and curing after finishing; and then coating, spraying or soaking a hardening agent on the surface of the solidified and molded decorative heat-insulation board, and curing after the curing is finished. The mass ratio of the hardener to water in the hardener aqueous solution is 1: 1; and curing the hardening agent aqueous solution for 0.5h after the hardening agent aqueous solution is arranged on the surface of the solidified decorative heat-insulation plate, and curing the hardening agent for 0.5h after the hardening agent is arranged on the surface of the solidified decorative heat-insulation plate.
Example 3

pouring cement mortar into the mould, and putting two fixing external members 4 into the cement mortar, wherein the fixing external members 4 are used for forming connecting holes after the cement mortar is solidified, and the thickness of the cement mortar is 30 mm;
(II) keep away from fixed external member 4, lay enhancement layer 3 and heat preservation 2 in proper order on the cement mortar surface, the vibration mould makes 3 embedding cement mortars of enhancement layer, and fixed external member 4 can go deep into in the cement mortar simultaneously. Wherein, 1 layer of the reinforcing layer 3 is laid, the reinforcing layer 3 is non-metal mesh cloth, the heat-insulating layer 2 is made of a mixture of expanded perlite and resin, and the thickness of the heat-insulating layer 2 is 3 cm;
(III) curing until cement mortar is cured and molded to obtain a decorative surface layer 1 formed by the cement mortar, and sequentially polishing and hardening the decorative surface layer 1 to obtain the outer wall decorative heat-insulating plate, wherein the curing environment temperature is 15 ℃, and the curing environment relative humidity is 90%.
The hardening treatment process comprises the following steps:
coating, spraying or soaking a hardening agent aqueous solution on the surface of the solidified and molded decorative insulation board, and curing after finishing; and then coating, spraying or soaking a hardening agent on the surface of the solidified and molded decorative heat-insulation board, and curing after the curing is finished. The mass ratio of the hardener to water in the hardener aqueous solution is 1: 2; and curing the hardening agent aqueous solution for 5 hours after the hardening agent aqueous solution is arranged on the surface of the solidified decorative heat-insulation plate, and curing the hardening agent for 5 hours after the hardening agent is arranged on the surface of the solidified decorative heat-insulation plate.

Example 8
The embodiment provides a preparation method of the external wall decoration insulation board of embodiment 7, and the preparation method includes:
pouring concrete slurry into a mould, and putting three fixing sleeve pieces 4 into the concrete slurry, wherein the fixing sleeve pieces 4 are used for forming a connecting hole after the concrete slurry is cured, and the thickness of the concrete slurry is 50 mm;
(II) keep away from fixed external member 4, lay two-layer enhancement layer 3 and heat preservation 2 on the concrete slurry surface in proper order, the vibration mould makes 3 imbeds concrete slurry in the enhancement layer, and fixed external member 4 can go deep into in the concrete slurry simultaneously. Wherein, the reinforcing layer 3 is a metal mesh, the heat-insulating layer 2 is a mixture of ceramsite and cement, and the thickness of the heat-insulating layer 2 is 5 cm;
(III) curing until the concrete slurry is cured and molded to obtain a decorative surface layer 1 formed by the concrete slurry, and sequentially polishing and hardening the decorative surface layer 1 to obtain the outer wall decorative heat-insulating plate, wherein the curing environment temperature is 25 ℃, and the curing environment relative humidity is 80%.
The hardening treatment process comprises the following steps:
coating, spraying or soaking a hardening agent aqueous solution on the surface of the solidified and molded decorative insulation board, and curing after finishing; and then coating, spraying or soaking a hardening agent on the surface of the solidified and molded decorative heat-insulation board, and curing after the curing is finished. The mass ratio of the hardener to water in the hardener aqueous solution is 1: 3; and curing the hardening agent aqueous solution for 10 hours after the hardening agent aqueous solution is arranged on the surface of the solidified decorative heat-insulation plate, and curing the hardening agent for 10 hours after the hardening agent is arranged on the surface of the solidified decorative heat-insulation plate.
Example 9
The embodiment provides an installation method of the external wall decoration insulation board in embodiment 7, and the installation method includes:

(II) avoid fixed external member 4, lay two-layer enhancement layer 3 and heat preservation 2 on the cement mortar surface in proper order, the vibration mould makes 3 embedding cement mortars of enhancement layer, and fixed external member 4 can go deep into in the cement mortar simultaneously. The reinforced layer 3 is made of nonmetal gridding cloth, the heat-insulating layer 2 is made of a mixture of rock wool and resin, and the thickness of the heat-insulating layer 2 is 10 cm;
(III) curing until cement mortar is cured and molded to obtain a decorative surface layer 1 formed by the cement mortar, and sequentially polishing and hardening the decorative surface layer 1 to obtain the outer wall decorative heat-insulating plate, wherein the curing environment temperature is 35 ℃, and the curing environment relative humidity is 70%.
The hardening treatment process comprises the following steps:
coating, spraying or soaking a hardening agent aqueous solution on the surface of the solidified and molded decorative insulation board, and curing after finishing; and then coating, spraying or soaking a hardening agent on the surface of the solidified and molded decorative heat-insulation board, and curing after the curing is finished. The mass ratio of the hardener to water in the hardener aqueous solution is 2: 1; and curing the hardening agent aqueous solution for 15 hours after the hardening agent aqueous solution is arranged on the surface of the solidified decorative heat-insulation plate, and curing the hardening agent for 15 hours after the hardening agent is arranged on the surface of the solidified decorative heat-insulation plate.

The embodiment provides a preparation method of the exterior wall decoration insulation board of embodiment 13, and the preparation method includes:
pouring concrete slurry into a mould, and putting five fixing sleeve pieces 4 into the slurry, wherein the fixing sleeve pieces 4 are used for forming a connecting hole after the concrete slurry is cured, and the thickness of the concrete slurry is 90 mm;
(II) keep away from fixed external member 4, lay three-layer enhancement layer 3 and heat preservation 2 in proper order on the concrete slurry surface, the vibration mould makes 3 imbeds concrete slurry in the enhancement layer, and fixed external member 4 can go deep into in the concrete slurry simultaneously. The three reinforcing layers 3 are sequentially composed of non-metal mesh cloth, metal meshes and non-metal mesh cloth from top to bottom, the heat insulation layer 2 is made of a mixture of foamed concrete and cement, and the thickness of the heat insulation layer 2 is 15 cm;
(III) curing until the concrete slurry is cured and molded to obtain a decorative surface layer 1 formed by the concrete slurry, sequentially polishing and hardening the decorative surface layer 1 to obtain the outer wall decorative heat-insulating plate, wherein the curing environment temperature is 45 ℃, and the curing environment relative humidity is 60%.
The hardening treatment process comprises the following steps:
coating, spraying or soaking a hardening agent aqueous solution on the surface of the solidified and molded decorative insulation board, and curing after finishing; and then coating, spraying or soaking a hardening agent on the surface of the solidified and molded decorative heat-insulation board, and curing after the curing is finished. The mass ratio of the hardener to the water in the hardener aqueous solution is 2: 3; and curing the hardening agent aqueous solution for 20 hours after the hardening agent aqueous solution is arranged on the surface of the solidified decorative heat-insulation plate, and curing the hardening agent for 20 hours after the hardening agent is arranged on the surface of the solidified decorative heat-insulation plate.
Example 15
The embodiment provides an installation method of the external wall decoration insulation board of the embodiment 13, and the installation method comprises the following steps:

(III) curing until cement mortar is cured and molded to obtain a decorative surface layer 1 formed by the cement mortar, and sequentially polishing and hardening the decorative surface layer 1 to obtain the outer wall decorative heat-insulating plate, wherein the curing environment temperature is 60 ℃, and the curing environment relative humidity is 50%.
The hardening treatment process comprises the following steps:
coating, spraying or soaking a hardening agent aqueous solution on the surface of the solidified and molded decorative insulation board, and curing after finishing; and then coating, spraying or soaking a hardening agent on the surface of the solidified and molded decorative heat-insulation board, and curing after the curing is finished. The mass ratio of the hardener to water in the hardener aqueous solution is 3: 2; and curing the hardening agent aqueous solution for 24 hours after the hardening agent aqueous solution is arranged on the surface of the solidified decorative heat-insulation plate, and curing the hardening agent for 24 hours after the hardening agent is arranged on the surface of the solidified decorative heat-insulation plate.
Example 18
The embodiment provides an installation method of the external wall decoration insulation board of the embodiment 16, and the installation method comprises the following steps:
(1) connecting pieces are pre-buried on a wall body 6, the connecting pieces can be expansion bolts 5, and the mounting positions of the connecting pieces on the wall body correspond to the positions of fixing kits 4 arranged on the outer wall decoration heat-insulation board one by one;
(2) coating adhesive mortar on the surface, which is bonded with the wall body 6, of the prepared outer wall decoration heat-insulation board, pouring adhesive into a connecting hole formed in the fixing sleeve 4, inserting a connecting piece into the connecting hole formed in the fixing sleeve 4, adhering the decoration heat-insulation board to the upper wall, and finishing the installation of the outer wall decoration heat-insulation board after the adhesive in the connecting hole formed in the fixing sleeve 4 is cured;
(3) and (3) closely adhering the outer wall decoration heat insulation boards to the wall body 6 according to the steps, and then coating a sealant on the abutted seam between two adjacent outer wall decoration heat insulation boards.

at least one reinforcing layer is arranged on the surface and/or inside the decorative surface layer;
the outer wall decoration heat insulation board further comprises at least one fixing sleeve which penetrates through the heat insulation layer and extends into the interior of the decoration surface layer, and the fixing sleeve is used for forming a connecting hole.
2. The exterior wall decoration insulation board of claim 1, wherein the fixing sleeve is a metal or non-metal sleeve;
preferably, the section of the connecting hole formed by the fixing kit is any one of circular, rectangular, trapezoidal or triangular;
preferably, the size of the connecting hole formed by the fixing kit on the surface layer side is equal to or different from the size of the connecting hole formed by the fixing kit on the heat preservation layer side;
preferably, the size of the connecting hole formed by the fixing kit on the surface layer side is larger than the size of the connecting hole formed by the fixing kit on the heat preservation layer side.
3. The external wall decoration insulation board according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the material adopted by the decorative surface layer is concrete and/or cement mortar;
preferably, the thickness of the decorative surface layer is 10-100 mm;
preferably, the reinforcing layer is a metal mesh and/or a non-metal mesh cloth.
4. The exterior wall decoration insulation board according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the insulation material adopted by the insulation layer is an inorganic insulation material;
preferably, the heat-insulating layer is a mixture of an inorganic heat-insulating material and a reinforcing material;
preferably, the inorganic heat-insulating material comprises one or a combination of at least two of vitrified micro bubbles, expanded perlite, ceramsite, rock wool, foamed concrete or closed-cell perlite;
preferably, the reinforcing material comprises cement and/or resin;
preferably, the thickness of the heat-insulating layer is 1-20 cm.
5. The exterior wall decoration insulation board according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein at least one edge of the decorative surface layer of the exterior wall decoration insulation board is set to be a round angle;
preferably, four edges of the decorative surface layer of the external wall decorative heat-insulation board are all set to be round corners.
6. The preparation method of the external wall decoration insulation board according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the preparation method comprises the following steps:
pouring slurry into a mold, and putting at least one fixing sleeve into the slurry, wherein the fixing sleeve is used for forming a connecting hole after the slurry is solidified;
(II) avoiding the fixed external member, sequentially laying a reinforcing layer and a heat-insulating layer on the surface of the slurry, vibrating the mould to embed the reinforcing layer into the slurry, and meanwhile, enabling the fixed external member to go deep into the slurry;
and (III) curing the slurry until the slurry is cured and molded to obtain a decorative surface layer formed by the slurry, and sequentially polishing and hardening the decorative surface layer to obtain the external wall decorative heat-insulation board.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the slurry of step (I) comprises concrete slurry and/or cement mortar;
preferably, the thickness of the slurry is 10-100 mm;
preferably, the reinforcing layer in step (ii) comprises a metal mesh and/or a non-metal mesh cloth;
preferably, the heat insulation layer is made of inorganic heat insulation materials;
preferably, the heat-insulating layer is a mixture of an inorganic heat-insulating material and a reinforcing material;
preferably, the inorganic heat-insulating material comprises one or a combination of at least two of vitrified micro bubbles, expanded perlite, ceramsite, rock wool, foamed concrete or closed-cell perlite;
preferably, the reinforcing material comprises cement and/or resin;
preferably, the thickness of the heat-insulating layer is 1-20 cm;
preferably, the environment temperature for curing in the step (III) is 5-60 ℃;
preferably, the relative humidity of the environment for curing is more than 50%;
preferably, the hardening process comprises:
coating, spraying or soaking a hardening agent aqueous solution on the surface of the solidified and molded decorative insulation board, and curing after finishing; then coating, spraying or soaking a hardening agent on the surface of the solidified and molded decorative heat-insulation board, and curing after finishing;
preferably, the mass ratio of the hardening agent to the water in the hardening agent aqueous solution is (1-3) to (1-3);
preferably, after the hardening agent aqueous solution is arranged on the surface of the solidified and molded decorative heat-insulation board, maintaining is carried out for at least 0.5h, and further preferably for 0.5-24 h;
preferably, the curing agent is arranged on the surface of the solidified and molded decorative heat-insulation board and then cured for at least 0.5h, and further preferably 0.5-24 h.
8. An installation method of the external wall decoration insulation board according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the installation method comprises the following steps:

9. The method of claim 8, wherein the connecting member is an expansion bolt;
preferably, the mounting positions of the connecting pieces on the wall body correspond to the positions of the fixing kits arranged on the outer wall decoration heat-insulation board one by one;
preferably, the binder is a cement-based material, and further preferably, the binder is polymer cement mortar.
10. The method of mounting according to claim 8 or 9, further comprising:
and adhering the outer wall decoration heat insulation boards to the wall body according to the installation method, and then coating a sealant on the abutted seam between two adjacent outer wall decoration heat insulation boards.
