Abstract
The invention relates to a method for folding protective clothing convenient for medical personnel to wear, belonging to the technical field of medical material storage and comprising the following steps: 1) folding the protective garment into a pant-like shape: opening the zipper of the protective suit, folding the coat and the sleeves in the back direction, rolling the upper half part of the protective suit in the same direction to wrap the coat and the sleeves to form a rolled upper half body, marking the surface of the upper half body, and 2) oppositely rolling the lower half part of the protective suit to form a rolled lower half body, so that the lower half body is positioned below the upper half body. The result shows that the time for correctly finding the opening of the trousers by adopting the scroll folding method and the time for finishing the wearing are obviously shorter than the time of the common folding method, and the P value of zero also indicates that the experimental result has significant difference from the hypothesis, and the hypothesis is not true; wherein the average time for correctly finding the time for wearing the trouser top is reduced by 34.24 seconds, and the efficiency is improved by nearly two times; the total time after wearing is averagely reduced by 40.32 seconds, and the efficiency is improved by 34.08 percent.
3. Wearing accuracy comparison
The observation in the operation process shows that: the trouser legs are dragged to the ground by 2 (8%) medical staff by using a scroll folding method and by 4 (16%) medical staff by using a common folding method, wherein 1 person wears the protective clothing in a reverse front-back direction in the wearing process.
The experiments show that the total time for wearing the protective suit by adopting the folding method can be saved by 40.32 seconds and about 0.7 minute compared with the existing folding method, 210000 minutes and about 3500 hours can be saved if the protective suit is worn for 2 times per day by 15 thousands of the existing medical staff in Hubei, and 1750 patients can be served if the protective suit is calculated according to the requirement of effective medical service for 2 hours per day for each patient, so that more expensive treatment time is provided for the medical staff, the treatment capacity is improved, and the protective suit helps to relieve the shortage of the medical staff and fight against the novel coronavirus pneumonia in the battle of winning and fighting.
The experiment also shows that the accuracy and the anti-pollution rate of the scroll type folding method are higher than those of the common folding method, the wearing time can be further reduced, the wearing efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the use is safer, and the infected risk is obviously reduced.
In addition, experiments also show that the scroll type folding method can improve the appearance recognition rate of the protective clothing, can be quickly and correctly worn according to the identification, and is easy to be accepted by medical staff.
