The common products all use pure cotton yarns, and the air permeability and the health care performance of the products are not as good as those of the products of the invention according to plain weave or twill weave.
The effect of the textile fabrics prepared in examples 1-4 was verified:
(1) radiation protection performance measurement, sound test method: after the sound equipment is interfered by a mobile phone signal, nourishing sound is easy to appear, which is a result brought by radiation, after the prepared binchotan fiber fabric wraps the mobile phone, a call is made at a position 5cm away from the sound equipment, and the sound equipment does not have nourishing radiation interference sound, so that the binchotan fiber fabric has a good radiation protection function; the product prepared by the implementation 2-4 is used for wrapping a mobile phone and then making a call, and a delicate sound is generated, which indicates that the radiation protection capability of the common fabric is poor.
(2) Air purification experiment: after the product prepared in the embodiment 1 of the invention is placed in a haze environment for 3 hours, a layer of dust is on the surface of the product, which shows that the product prepared in the invention has the function of adsorbing dust in the air; after the products prepared in the embodiments 2 to 4 of the invention are placed in a haze environment for 3 hours, the surfaces of the products have no dust, which shows that the binchotan fiber fabric has better dust collection effect compared with the common fabric, and can effectively purify air.
(3) And (3) testing far infrared functions: after the body was covered with the product prepared in example 1 in the sun in summer, the sun did not tan the skin even in hot seasons, indicating that the product can prevent the penetration of ultraviolet rays; in the same environment, sunlight can penetrate through the fabric, so that the skin becomes red and black after sweating, and comparison shows that the binchotan fiber fabric has a good ultraviolet resistance function.
(4) Softness and breathability test
At present, in the prior art, no exact test method exists on national standards related to softness and air permeability indexes of fabrics. The invention adopts the following experimental method: the softness and the air permeability of the product are related to the change degree of the height of the product under the compression of an external force, so that the novel prepared long carbon fiber fabric and the traditional common pure cotton fabric are folded into 5.5cm and 1kg of height under the external force, the height of the novel fabric is compressed to 2.5cm, the height of the common fabric is compressed to 3.7cm, and the air permeability and the softness of the novel prepared long carbon fiber fabric are about 30% higher than those of the common fabric.
