(1) preparing an emulsion: accurately weighing 25 parts of waterborne alkyd resin, adding the waterborne alkyd resin into a dispersion machine, starting stirring, controlling the stirring speed to be 500-600 r/min, and controlling the temperature of a reaction solution to be not higher than 60 ℃; adding 0.5 part of drier under stirring, uniformly stirring, adding 8 parts of deionized water I, and emulsifying for 20min to obtain emulsion;
(2) preparing color paste: adding 5.4 parts of deionized water II into a toning tank, controlling the stirring speed to be 500-600 r/min, adding 0.2 part of defoaming agent, 1.0 part of dispersing agent and 12 parts of titanium dioxide into the toning tank one by one under stirring, precipitating 12 parts of barium sulfate and dispersing 6 parts of anti-rust pigment uniformly, then grinding by a grinding machine, controlling the grinding temperature to be below 40 ℃, and grinding until the fineness is less than 30 mu m to obtain color paste;
(3) and (2) controlling the stirring speed to be 500-600 r/min, adding the color paste prepared in the step (2) into the emulsion prepared in the step (1) under stirring, then adding 0.5 part of flash rust inhibitor, 0.2 part of adhesion promoter, 3 parts of film-forming assistant, 0.5 part of antifreezing agent and 0.3 part of thickening agent one by one, and uniformly stirring to obtain the water-based alkyd paint.
The aqueous coating materials of example 1, example 2, example 3 and comparative example 1 were tested and the test results are shown in the following table 1:

According to the detection result, the quick-drying water-based alkyd paint for the steel structure has good salt spray resistance, and a paint film has flexibility and hardness after being completely dried. And the surface drying speed and the actual drying speed are greatly improved, so that the popularization and the large-scale application of the water-based paint in the steel structure market are realized.
Although the present invention has been described in detail by way of preferred embodiments, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various equivalent modifications or substitutions can be made on the embodiments of the present invention by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and these modifications or substitutions are within the scope of the present invention/any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
Claims (10)
1. The quick-drying water-based alkyd paint for the steel structure is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of water-based alkyd resin, 20-40 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 0.1-0.3 part of defoaming agent, 0.1-0.8 part of thickening agent, 0.1-1.0 part of flash rust inhibitor, 0.1-0.3 part of adhesion promoter, 1-5 parts of film-forming assistant, 10-15 parts of titanium dioxide, 10-15 parts of precipitated barium sulfate, 0.5-3.0 parts of dispersing agent, 0.3-1.0 part of anti-freezing agent, 3-8 parts of anti-rust pigment, 0.1-1.0 part of drier, 5-20 parts of deionized water I, 0-30 parts of deionized water II and 0.1-1.1 part of pH regulator.
2. The quick-drying water-based alkyd paint for steel structures according to claim 1, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 25 parts of water-based alkyd resin, 25 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 0.2 part of defoaming agent, 0.3 part of thickening agent, 0.5 part of anti-flash rust agent, 0.2 part of adhesion promoter, 3 parts of film-forming assistant, 12 parts of titanium dioxide, 12 parts of precipitated barium sulfate, 1.0 part of dispersing agent, 0.5 part of anti-freezing agent, 6 parts of anti-rust pigment, 0.5 part of drier, 10 parts of deionized water I, 3.3 parts of deionized water II and 0.5 part of pH regulator.
3. The quick-drying water-based alkyd paint for steel structures of claim 1, wherein the water-based alkyd resin has a pH of 7.0-9.0 and a type of Dekomei 5806.
4. The quick-drying water-based alkyd paint for steel structures according to claim 1, wherein the styrene-acrylic emulsion is model JL-16C.
5. The quick-drying waterborne alkyd paint for steel structures of claim 1, wherein the defoamer is a high performance silicone defoamer, model 810 digao.
6. The quick-drying waterborne alkyd paint for steel structures of claim 1, wherein the thickener is a polyurethane thickener having the type hamming 299.
7. The quick-drying aqueous alkyd paint for steel structures according to claim 1, wherein the dispersant is byk 190.
8. The quick-drying water-based alkyd paint for steel structures according to claim 1, wherein the adhesion promoter is Dynasylan GLYMO.
9. The quick-drying waterborne alkyd paint for steel structures of claim 1, wherein the coalescent is butyl cellosolve;
further preferably, the titanium dioxide is rutile type titanium dioxide;
further preferably, the precipitated barium sulfate is barium python sulfate;
further preferably, the anti-rust pigment is Haibo ZPA;
further preferably, the pH regulator is one of N, N-dimethylethanolamine or diethanolamine;
further preferably, the antifreezing agent is n-propyl dow acetate;
further preferably, the flash rust inhibitor is hamming FA 179;
further preferably, the drier is OMG 123.
10. The preparation method of the quick-drying water-based alkyd paint for the steel structure is characterized by comprising the following specific preparation steps:
(1) preparing an emulsion: accurately weighing the water-based alkyd resin, adding the water-based alkyd resin into a dispersion machine, starting stirring, controlling the stirring speed to be 500-600 r/min, and controlling the temperature of a reaction solution to be not higher than 60 ℃; adding a drier and a pH regulator while stirring, regulating the pH of a reaction solution to be 8-9, uniformly stirring, adding deionized water I for emulsification for 20min, adding a styrene-acrylic emulsion while stirring, and stirring until the reaction solution is transparent to obtain a compound emulsion;
(2) preparing color paste: adding deionized water II into a toning tank, controlling the stirring speed to be 500-600 r/min, adding a defoaming agent, a dispersing agent and titanium dioxide into the toning tank one by one under stirring, precipitating barium sulfate and uniformly dispersing an anti-rust pigment, then grinding by a grinding machine, controlling the grinding temperature to be below 40 ℃, and grinding until the fineness is less than 30 mu m to obtain color paste;
(3) and (2) controlling the stirring speed to be 500-600 r/min, adding the color paste prepared in the step (2) into the compound emulsion prepared in the step (1) under stirring, adding the anti-flash rust agent, the adhesion promoter, the film forming assistant, the antifreezing agent and the thickening agent one by one, and uniformly stirring to obtain the quick-drying water-based alkyd paint for the steel structure.
