Test for rust inhibitive Property
Test samples: the water-soluble silicon steel sheet varnishes obtained in examples 1 to 22 were used as test samples 1 to 22, and the water-soluble silicon steel sheet varnishes obtained in comparative examples 1 to 3 were used as control samples 1 to 3.
The test method comprises the following steps: the test samples 1-22 and the comparison samples 1-3 are respectively made into 10 standard samples according to the relevant standards in GB/T1771-1991 'determination of neutral salt spray resistance of colored paint and varnish', the 10 standard samples are respectively tested and tested according to the method in the standard, one standard sample in each group of samples is taken out every 24 hours, whether the surface of the test plate is rusted or not is checked, and the time when each group of samples are rusted is recorded.
And (3) test results: the test results of the test samples 1 to 22 and the control samples 1 to 3 are shown in Table 2. As can be seen from Table 2, the water-soluble chitosan and the inorganic powder are added to the water-soluble silicon steel sheet varnish to provide a good rust-proof effect in the use process, as compared with the test results of the test samples 1 to 8 and the comparison samples 1 to 3. The comparison of the test results of the test samples 1-8 and the comparison samples 9-17 can obtain that the water-soluble resin, the inorganic powder and the auxiliary agent disclosed by the invention can maintain good antirust effect of the water-soluble silicon steel sheet paint in the using process. The test results of the test samples 1-8 and the control samples 18-20 are compared to obtain the quaternary ammonium salt and the water-soluble chitosan, so that the quaternary ammonium salt and the water-soluble chitosan are mixed to play a good compounding effect, and the antirust capacity of the water-soluble silicon steel sheet paint can be improved.
