6. The counterweight device of claim 4 wherein said locking means comprises: the locking bolt, the electric cylinder, the anti-jumping compression spring, the manual push rod and the electric push rod are arranged;
the locking bolt is used for being inserted into a locking hole in the locking beam under the action of the manual push rod or the electric push rod, and the electric cylinder is used for driving the electric push rod.
7. The counterweight device of claim 3 wherein said counterweight is in plurality and is fixedly connected to said connecting plate by fasteners.
8. The counterweight device of claim 7 wherein said counterweight assembly further comprises: unhooking prevention;
the anti-drop hook is arranged on two sides of the bottom of the balancing weight.
9. The counterweight device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising: a cross stabilizer;
the cross stabilizer is used for connecting the two rails arranged on the two sides of the railway engineering vehicle.
10. A railroad work vehicle, comprising: a counterweight according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
