The stirring system 6 rotates in a counterclockwise way, and can guide the stirred raw materials out of the discharge port 9 through the stirring teeth 62 while stirring, and then directly feed the raw materials into the vacuum extruder for molding by the conveyor. The invention integrates the feeding, coal control and refined double-roller crushing device 5 and the stirring system 6, so that the raw materials can directly enter the vacuum extruder to realize extrusion molding after being fed, refined and stirred, and the integral design of a plurality of processing devices greatly reduces the floor area occupied by equipment installation, greatly reduces the production cost, reduces the equipment investment cost by 35 percent, reduces the energy consumption by more than 30 percent, and shortens the production process flow.
