A lifting support of a building electric hammer is disclosed, as shown in figures 1-4, and comprises a base 1, wheels 2, a support 3, a bearing seat 4, a rotating shaft 5, a gear 6, a swinging rod 7, a first pulley 8, a connecting plate 9, a guide rail 10, a guide block 11, a lifting rod 12, a rack 13, a first connecting block 14, a second pulley 15, a first guide sleeve 16, a pull wire 17, a pull ring 18 and a fixing device 19, wherein the wheels 2 playing a role of moving are arranged on the left side and the right side of the bottom of the base 1, the support 3 is fixedly connected on the right side of the top of the base 1, the bearing seat 4 is embedded on the upper portion of the support 3, the rotating shaft 5 is arranged in the bearing seat 4, the gear 6 capable of moving the rack 13 is fixed on the front side of the rotating shaft 5, the swinging rod 7 capable of rotating the gear 6 is arranged at the front end of the rotating shaft 5, two first pulleys 8 capable of guiding the pull wire 17 are respectively fixed on the, the connecting plate 9 is arranged on the upper part of the back side of the bracket 3, the connecting plate 9 is arranged on the upper side of the first pulley 8, the guide rail 10 is arranged on the left side of the top of the base 1, the upper part of the guide rail 10 is fixedly connected with the left part of the connecting plate 9, the guide rail 10 is in sliding fit with the guide block 11, the lifting rod 12 which can make the fixing device 19 move up and down is fixedly connected on the right side of the guide block 11, the rack 13 is arranged on the lower part of the right side of the lifting rod 12, the rack 13 is matched with the gear 6, the first connecting block 14 is fixed on the lower part of the back side of the lifting rod 12, the second pulley 15 is arranged on the right side of the bracket 3, the second pulley 15 is arranged on the lower side of the rotating shaft 5, the first guide sleeve 16 which can make the lifting rod 12 slide up and down is fixed on the front side of the connecting plate 9, the upper part of the lifting rod 12 passes through the first guide sleeve 16, the, a pull ring 18 is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the pull wire 17, and a fixing device 19 capable of limiting the position of an electric hammer body 20 is mounted on the top end of the lifting rod 12.
The fixing device 19 comprises an L-shaped placing plate 191, two spring plates 192 and a butterfly bolt 194, the bottom of the L-shaped placing plate 191 for placing the electric hammer body 20 is fixedly connected with the top end of the lifting rod 12, the two spring plates 192 are respectively fixedly connected with the front part and the rear part of the right side face in the L-shaped placing plate 191, the left part of each spring plate 192 is provided with a threaded hole 193, and the butterfly bolt 194 for fixing is arranged between the front threaded hole 193 and the rear threaded hole 193.
The receiving device further comprises a guide sleeve 21, a first inserting rod 22, a second guide sleeve 23, a first spring 24, a receiving plate 25, a second connecting block 27 and a hollow cylinder 28, wherein the guide sleeve 21 is fixedly connected to the right side face of the L-shaped placing plate 191, the first inserting rod 22 is arranged in the guide sleeve 21 in a sliding mode, the second guide sleeve 23 is sleeved on the upper portion of the first inserting rod 22 in a sliding mode, the first spring 24 is sleeved on the first inserting rod 22, the top end of the first spring 24 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the second guide sleeve 23, the bottom end of the first spring 24 is fixedly connected with the lower portion of the first inserting rod 22, the receiving plate 25 capable of collecting sundries is fixed to the top end of the first inserting rod 22, a through hole 26 is formed in the left portion of the receiving plate 25, the second connecting block 27 is arranged on the right side face of the second guide sleeve 23, the hollow cylinder 28 capable of preventing sundries from falling down is arranged on the right side face of the second.
The first inserting rod 22 is provided with a nut 30 and a stop 31, an external thread 29 is arranged at the lower part of the first inserting rod 22, the nut 30 capable of fixing the first inserting rod 22 is arranged on the external thread 29, and the stop 31 for limiting is arranged at the lower part of the first inserting rod 22.
The guide rail structure is characterized by further comprising a second inserting rod 33, a backing plate 34 and a second spring 35, the inserting groove 32 is formed in the left side of the top of the base 1, the inserting groove 32 is located on the right side of the guide rail 10, the second inserting rod 33 is arranged in the inserting groove 32 in a sliding mode, the backing plate 34 playing a supporting role is arranged at the top of the second inserting rod 33, the second inserting rod 33 is connected with the backing plate 34 in a welding connection mode, the second spring 35 playing a buffering role is wound on the second inserting rod 33, the bottom end of the second spring 35 is fixedly connected with the top of the base 1, the top end of the second spring 35 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the backing plate 34, and the top end of the second spring 35 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the backing plate 34 and the second spring 35.
When the electric hammer is used, a user fixes and limits the electric hammer body 20 through the fixing device 19, then the user pulls the pull ring 18 downwards, the pull ring 18 moves downwards to enable the first connecting block 14 to move upwards through the pull wire 17, the first connecting block 14 moves upwards to drive the lifting rod 12 to move upwards, the lifting rod 12 moves upwards to drive the rack 13 to move upwards to be meshed with the gear 6, then the user holds the swing rod 7 to enable the rotating shaft 5 to rotate clockwise, the rotating shaft 5 rotates clockwise to drive the gear 6 to rotate clockwise, the gear 6 rotates clockwise to enable the rack 13 to move upwards, after the rack 13 moves upwards to drive the lifting rod 12 to move upwards to a proper position, the user starts the electric hammer body 20 to punch holes, after the punching is completed, the electric hammer body 20 is closed, the user loosens the swing rod 7 and moves the pull ring 18 upwards slowly, and the lifting rod 12 can move downwards under the action of the gravity of the electric hammer body 20, after the lifting rod 12 moves downwards and resets, the user loosens the pull ring 18, the lifting rod 12 can be guided by the up-and-down movement of the guide rail 10 and the guide block 11, and then the user can release the fixation of the electric hammer body 20 through the fixing device 19 and take out the electric hammer body, so that the user can punch conveniently, the safety can be improved, and the labor intensity of the user can be reduced.
When the electric hammer body 20 needs to be fixed, a user rotates the butterfly bolt 194 to move out of the threaded hole 193 on the rear side, so that the front and rear elastic sheets 192 can be released from being fixed, then the user places the electric hammer body 20 on the L-shaped placing plate 191 between the front and rear elastic sheets 192, then the user rotates the butterfly bolt 194 to screw into the threaded hole 193 on the rear side, so that the front and rear elastic sheets 192 can be used for fixing the electric hammer body 20, the situation that the electric hammer body 20 shakes to obstruct punching can be prevented, when the fixing of the electric hammer body 20 needs to be released, the user rotates the butterfly bolt 194 to move out of the threaded hole 193 on the rear side, then the user takes the electric hammer body 20 down, and the butterfly bolt 194 is screwed into the threaded hole 193 on the rear side.
When needs punch, the user inserts first inserted bar 22 in uide bushing 21, can support second guide pin bushing 23 through first spring 24, can prevent through hollow cylinder 28 that the debris that produces from scattering everywhere when punching, can collect the debris that produces through dash receiver 25 when punching, so can prevent that debris from scattering everywhere and dropping on user's eyes, cause the injury for the user.
When the position of hollow cylinder 28 needs to be fixed, the user rotates nut 30 and upwards moves to contact with the bottom of guide sleeve 21, and can fix first inserted bar 22 through cooperating with dog 31, so the vibrations that produce when can prevent that electric hammer body 20 from punching make first inserted bar 22 reciprocate, thereby can convenience of customers punches, and can collect the debris that the punching produced.
The second spring 35 can prevent the lifting rod 12 from being damaged due to collision between the lifting rod 12 and the backing plate 34 when the lifting rod moves downwards rapidly, and the lifting rod 12 can be supported by the cooperation of the second inserting rod 33 and the backing plate 34, so that the lifting rod can be used conveniently by a user.
