adjusting the relative position between the cutting tool and the end surface of the roll to be cut before starting the cutting process does not exceed the tolerance; the size sensor measures the thermal expansion amount of the roller shaft after cutting as a preset parameter, and the roller shaft can conduct heat through the bearing and is transmitted to the bearing end cover;

after carrying out differential temperature heat treatment on the shoulder ring, placing the shoulder ring on a processed roller shaft;

before starting cutting machining, adjusting the relative position between the cutting tool and the end face of the roller to be cut to be not more than tolerance; collecting the thermal expansion amount of the cut roller shaft by using a size sensor and measuring the thermal expansion amount as a preset parameter, wherein the roller shaft can conduct heat through a bearing and is transmitted to a bearing end cover;
cutting the surface of the roller by a cutting tool, cooling the roller shaft by using a coolant after cutting to a preset size, and stopping when the thermal expansion amount of the roller shaft is cooled to a preset parameter; after carrying out differential temperature heat treatment on the shoulder ring, placing the shoulder ring on a processed roller shaft; the method is characterized in that:
