Abstract
The invention discloses a double-spindle-type spindle box body which comprises an installation vertical plate, a horizontal support body, a buckle and a plurality of reinforcing ribs, wherein the installation vertical plate is provided with an installation end face and a supporting end face corresponding to the installation end face; the supporting end face is connected with the upper end face of the horizontal supporting body into an integral structure; the upper end surface of the horizontal support body is provided with a first support platform and a second support platform which are symmetrical along the horizontal direction; a first main shaft mounting hole is formed in the first supporting platform, and a second main shaft mounting hole which is symmetrical to the first main shaft mounting hole is formed in the second supporting platform; the buckle is fixed in the center of the mounting end face; the reinforcing rib is arranged between the supporting end face and the upper end face of the horizontal supporting body, and the reinforcing rib, the supporting end face and the upper end face of the horizontal supporting body are connected into an integral structure. Background
The main spindle box in the existing numerical control machine tool is one of important parts forming the machine tool, and comprises a main spindle assembly, a reversing mechanism, a transmission mechanism, a braking device, an operating mechanism, a lubricating device and the like, and the main spindle box mainly plays a role in supporting and rotating the main spindle to realize the functions of starting, braking, speed changing, reversing and the like of the main spindle. Therefore, the structural reasonableness of the headstock is one of the important conditions for ensuring the precision stability, durability and rigidity of the whole machine tool. And the main spindle box body provides the overall supporting function for the mechanism.
However, most of the existing spindle box bodies only have one spindle station, and a plurality of spindles cannot be simultaneously supported to process a plurality of parts, so that the production efficiency is greatly influenced.
Therefore, it is an urgent need to solve the above-mentioned problems by those skilled in the art to provide a double spindle type headstock with improved efficiency.

the upper end surface of the horizontal support body is provided with a first support platform and a second support platform which are symmetrical along the horizontal direction; a first main shaft mounting hole is formed in the first supporting platform, and a second main shaft mounting hole which is symmetrical to the first main shaft mounting hole is formed in the second supporting platform;
the buckle is fixed in the center of the mounting end face;
the plurality of reinforcing ribs are arranged between the supporting end face and the upper end face of the horizontal supporting body, and the reinforcing ribs, the supporting end face and the upper end face of the horizontal supporting body are connected into an integral structure.
Furthermore, a plurality of lightening holes are formed in the horizontal support body.

the upper end surface of the horizontal support body is provided with a first support platform and a second support platform which are symmetrical along the horizontal direction; a first main shaft mounting hole is formed in the first supporting platform, and a second main shaft mounting hole which is symmetrical to the first main shaft mounting hole is formed in the second supporting platform;
the buckle is fixed in the center of the mounting end face;
the plurality of reinforcing ribs are arranged between the supporting end face and the upper end face of the horizontal supporting body, and the reinforcing ribs, the supporting end face and the upper end face of the horizontal supporting body are connected into an integral structure.

4. A double spindle headstock housing according to claim 1 wherein the horizontal support is 900mm in length, 877mm in width and 245mm in height.
5. A double spindle head housing according to claim 1, wherein the first spindle mounting hole and the second spindle mounting hole are spaced by 600 mm.
