本发明属于卫生用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体及其制备工艺。
背景技术
吸水芯体的用途广泛,目前,市面上销售的卫生用品,如卫生巾或纸尿裤的吸水芯体通常是由绒毛浆或无纺布构成,为了提高吸水芯体的吸收性能,人们研发了在吸水芯体中增加了高分子吸水层,由于这种吸水芯体非常密实,液体的吸收与液体的扩散非常缓慢,如果短时间内不能将液体吸收,会给使用者带来不适及麻烦,不能满足使用者需要其能在短时间内吸收大量液体的要求。
中国专利CN209392255U公开了一种卫生用品吸水芯体,所述的吸水芯体包括上层无纺布,中间层无纺布和下层无尘纸,所述上层无纺布与中间层无纺布之间通过粘结剂粘合,中间层无纺布与下层无尘纸之间通过粘结剂粘合;所述中间层无纺布的上部渗透有第一高分子吸水树脂,下部渗透有第二高分子吸水树脂,第一高分子吸水树脂的粒径大于第二高分子吸水树脂的粒径,且第一高分子吸水树脂的吸水性能弱于第二高分子吸水树脂的吸水性能。
上述公开的卫生用品吸水芯体中,上层无纺布,中间层无纺布和下层无尘纸之间都是通过粘结剂粘结的,粘结剂烘干后会形成一层膜,从而阻挡水分下渗,导致下渗速度慢,水分停留在上层无纺布表面,影响皮肤健康。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体及其制备工艺,渗透效果好、吸水效率高,使皮肤表面保持干爽,大幅度减少红屁股,过敏和微生物滋生等问题。
为了达到目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:
本发明涉及一种无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体,其包括上层ES化纤层、中间高分子吸水树脂层和下层木浆ES化纤混合层,所述的上层ES化纤层与下层木浆ES化纤混合层将中间高分子吸水树脂层包裹在中间,上层ES化纤层与下层木浆ES化纤混合层之间通过热处理成型为一体式结构。
优选地,所述的中间高分子吸水树脂层中的高分子吸水树脂的粒径为100~300mesh。
优选地,所述的上层ES化纤层的克重为20~60g/m2,下层木浆ES化纤混合层的克重为50~200g/m2,中间高分子吸水树脂层中高分子吸水树脂的用量为100~400g/m2
优选地,所述的下层木浆ES化纤混合层的厚度大于上层ES化纤层的厚度。
优选地,所述的高分子吸水树脂层包括第一高分子吸水树脂和第二高分子吸水树脂,所述的第一高分子吸水树脂渗透在上层ES化纤层的下表面,第二高分子吸水树脂渗透在下层木浆ES化纤混合层的上表面。

(1)将木浆ES化纤混合层铺设在工作台上,木浆ES化纤混合层下方设有抽风机及振动器,在木浆ES化纤混合层的上侧面均匀喷洒高分子吸水树脂;
(2)在抽风机及振动器的作用下,高分子吸水树脂渗入木浆ES化纤混合层内;
(3)在抽风机的作用下,将ES化纤层铺设木浆ES化纤混合层的上方;
(4)进行加热处理,使ES化纤层和木浆ES化纤混合层上的ES纤维互相接着,形成成型体,冷却后收卷、分切,即可得到无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体。
优选地,步骤(4)中,加热处理的温度为100~150℃。
一种无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体的制备工艺,其包括以下步骤:
(1)将ES化纤层和木浆ES化纤混合层铺设在工作台上,ES化纤层和木浆ES化纤混合层下方设有抽风机及振动器,在ES化纤层上侧面均匀喷洒第一高分子吸水树脂,在木浆ES化纤混合层的上侧面均匀喷洒第二高分子吸水树脂;
(2)在抽风机及振动器的作用下,第一高分子吸水树脂渗入ES化纤层内,第二高分子吸水树脂渗入木浆ES化纤混合层内;
(3)将ES化纤层的上侧面翻转朝下,在抽风机的作用下,将ES化纤层铺设在木浆ES化纤混合层的上方;
(4)进行加热处理,使ES化纤层和木浆ES化纤混合层上的ES纤维互相接着,形成成型体,冷却后收卷、分切,即可得到无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体。
优选地,步骤(4)中,加热处理的温度为100~150℃。
采用本发明提供的技术方案,与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明中的ES化纤层和浆ES化纤混合层之间通过热处理便可形成不用粘合剂的成型体,相比于采用粘结剂粘结的情况,液体下渗速度快,从而最大程度地保证了上层的干爽,同时制作更加环保卫生。
2、本发明由于中间没有采用粘结剂,能使液体可以快速从ES化纤层下渗到下层木浆ES化纤混合层,在下渗过程中,在中间高分子吸水树脂层进行吸收;在液体渗透过程中一直存在扩散效果,在到达下层的木浆ES化纤混合层后完全扩散,渗透到木浆ES化纤混合层的液体还会从吸水芯体的两端逆向渗透到中间的高分子吸水树脂层,这样可以使水分快速吸收,提高吸水芯体的吸收效率。
3、本发明采用粒径大小不同的高分子吸水树脂,上侧的高分子吸水树脂粒径大,下侧的高分子吸水树脂粒径小,所以上侧的高分子吸水树脂之间的间隙大,液体可以迅速下渗。同时由于上侧的高分子吸水树脂相对较弱,液体在下渗时,其上部分的高分子吸水树脂不至于迅速膨胀而封闭颗粒之间的间隙,这样也方便液体下渗,使得上层ES化纤层保持干爽状态,这样人体在穿戴时会更加舒适。

如图1所示,本实施例涉及一种无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体,其包括上层ES化纤层1、中间高分子吸水树脂层2和下层木浆ES化纤混合层3,所述的上层ES化纤层1与下层木浆ES化纤混合层3将中间高分子吸水树脂层2包裹在中间,上层ES化纤层1与下层木浆ES化纤混合层3之间通过热处理成型为一体式结构。
所述的下层木浆ES化纤混合层3的厚度大于上层ES化纤层1的厚度。所述的中间高分子吸水树脂层2中的高分子吸水树脂的粒径为100mesh。所述的上层ES化纤层1的克重为30g/m2,下层木浆ES化纤混合层3的克重为90g/m2,中间高分子吸水树脂层2中高分子吸水树脂的用量为250g/m2

(4)进行加热处理,使ES化纤层和木浆ES化纤混合层上的ES纤维互相接着,形成成型体,冷却后收卷、分切,即可得到无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体。
步骤(4)中,加热处理的温度为120℃。
如图3所示,在所述无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体上层ES化纤层1中间的上方,倾倒80ml的测试溶液,测试溶液会快速往下渗透、并且向四周扩散,上层ES化纤层1的绝大部分会一直保持干爽,测试溶液在中间高分子吸水树脂层2被吸收,渗透到下层木浆ES化纤混合层3的测试溶液开始逆向渗透到中间高分子吸水树脂层2被吸收。
根据中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T28004-2011纸尿裤(片、垫)中滑渗量的测量方法,将本无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体制作成婴儿纸尿片作为试样,将试样置于倾斜度为(30±2)°的斜板上,使用面朝上,分别距试样内无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体的中心点两端取100mm作为测试区域,量取50ml测试溶液,使测试溶液自由流道试样的表面,并沿着斜面流动,经多次实验,最终测得滑渗量为11.6ml,低于国家标准的20ml。
根据中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T28004-2011纸尿裤(片、垫)中回渗量的测量方法,将本无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体制作成中号婴儿纸尿裤作为试样,将60ml的测试溶液通过漏斗自由流到试样中心的表面,5分钟时,再次用漏斗注入同量的测试溶液,10分钟时,将直径为100mm的若干层滤纸放到试样的表面,同时将标准压块压在滤纸上,加压1分钟时移除标准压块,以此测量方式多次试验,最终测得试样的平均回渗量为5.7g,低于国家标准的10g。
根据中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T28004-2011纸尿裤(片、垫)中渗漏量的测量方法,将本无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体制作成成人纸尿裤作为试样,将试样平铺在水平台面上,用分液漏斗量取80ml测试溶液,在30秒内匀速倒入试样中心位置,5分钟后,未观察到试样四周有液体渗出。
实施例2
如图2所示,本实施例涉及一种无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体,其包括上层ES化纤层1、中间高分子吸水树脂层2和下层木浆ES化纤混合层3,所述的上层ES化纤层1与下层木浆ES化纤混合层3将中间高分子吸水树脂层2包裹在中间,上层ES化纤层1与下层木浆ES化纤混合层3之间通过热处理成型为一体式结构。
所述的下层木浆ES化纤混合层3的厚度大于上层ES化纤层1的厚度。所述的上层ES化纤层1的克重为30g/m2,下层木浆ES化纤混合层3的克重为90g/m2
所述的高分子吸水树脂层2包括第一高分子吸水树脂21和第二高分子吸水树脂22,所述的第一高分子吸水树脂21渗透在上层ES化纤层1的下表面,第二高分子吸水树脂22渗透在下层木浆ES化纤混合层3的上表面。
所述第一高分吸水树脂21的粒径为200mesh,第二高分子吸水树脂的粒径为100mesh;第一高分子吸水树脂的吸水倍率为100倍,第二高分子吸水树脂的吸水倍率为200倍;第一高分子吸水树脂的用量为100g/m2,第二高分子吸水树脂的用量为100g/m2
上述无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)将ES化纤层和木浆ES化纤混合层铺设在工作台上,ES化纤层和木浆ES化纤混合层下方设有抽风机及振动器,在ES化纤层上侧面均匀喷洒第一高分子吸水树脂,在木浆ES化纤混合层的上侧面均匀喷洒第二高分子吸水树脂;
(2)在抽风机及振动器的作用下,第一高分子吸水树脂渗入ES化纤层内,第二高分子吸水树脂渗入木浆ES化纤混合层内;
(3)将ES化纤层的上侧面翻转朝下,在抽风机的作用下,将ES化纤层铺设在木浆ES化纤混合层的上方;
(4)进行加热处理,使ES化纤层和木浆ES化纤混合层上的ES纤维互相接着,形成成型体,冷却后收卷、分切,即可得到无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体。
步骤(4)中,加热处理的温度为120℃。
如图3所示,在所述无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体上层ES化纤层1中间的上方,倾倒80ml的测试溶液,测试溶液会快速往下渗透、并且向四周扩散,上层ES化纤层1的绝大部分会一直保持干爽,测试溶液在中间高分子吸水树脂层2被吸收,渗透到下层木浆ES化纤混合层3的测试溶液开始逆向渗透到中间高分子吸水树脂层2被吸收。

根据中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T28004-2011纸尿裤(片、垫)中回渗量的测量方法,将本无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体制作成中号婴儿纸尿裤作为试样,将60ml的测试溶液通过漏斗自由流到试样中心的表面,5分钟时,再次用漏斗注入同量的测试溶液,10分钟时,将直径为100mm的若干层滤纸放到试样的表面,同时将标准压块压在滤纸上,加压1分钟时移除标准压块,以此测量方式多次试验,最终测得试样的平均回渗量为4.9g,低于国家标准的10g。

对比例1
本对比例1将实施例1中的上层ES化纤层替换成木浆纤维层,木浆纤维层与中间高分子吸水树脂层和下层木浆ES化纤混合层之间通过热熔胶粘结在一起制成与实施例1中厚度相同的对比例1吸水芯体。
取尺寸均为16*16cm的对比例1吸水芯体和实施例1中的无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体作为试验对象。如图4所示,在相同条件下,在水平放置的对比例1吸水芯体和无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体的中心点的上方,在30s内均速倾倒80ml的测试溶液,观察测试溶液在对比例1吸水芯体和无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体上表面(即上层)的扩散情况。在对比例1吸水芯体中,测试溶液倾倒后,液体下渗较慢,大部分向外扩散,在第15s测试溶液尚未倒完,即已完全扩散到上表面距离中心点8cm的位置(即芯体边沿)。而在无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体中,测试溶液倾倒后,液体迅速下渗,上层液体在第30s仅扩散到上表面距离中心点3.6cm的位置,并基本保持在上表面不再向外扩散,芯体上表面其它位置保持干爽,液体基本上被中间层和下层吸收。
对比例2
本对比例2取将实施例1中相同结构的吸水芯体材料,上层ES化纤层、中间高分子吸水树脂层和下层木浆ES化纤混合层之间通过热熔胶粘结制成与实施例1中厚度相同的吸水芯体。
取尺寸均为16*16cm的对比例2吸水芯体和实施例1中的无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体作为试验对象。如图4所示,在相同条件下,在水平放置的实施例2吸水芯体和无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体的中心点的上方,在30s内均速倾倒80ml的测试溶液,观察测试溶液在对比例2吸水芯体和无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体上表面(即上层)的扩散情况。在对比例2吸水芯体中,测试溶液倾倒后,液体下渗较慢,大部分向外扩散,在第15s测试溶液尚未倒完,即已完全扩散到上表面距离中心点8cm的位置(即芯体边沿)。而在无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体中,测试溶液倾倒后,液体迅速下渗,在第30s仅扩散到上表面距离中心点3.6cm的位置,并基本保持在上表面不再向外扩散,芯体上表面其它位置保持干爽,液体基本上被中间层和下层吸收。
综合对比例1和对比例2,说明本发明无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯中测试溶液在吸水芯体下渗速度快、表面扩散速度慢。表明ES化纤层比木浆纤维层有更快的下渗效果,也表明用于粘结的粘结剂对测试溶液下渗有较大影响。
以上示意性的对本发明及其实施方式进行了描述,该描述没有限制性,附图中所示的也只是本发明的实施方案,实际的结构并不局限于此。所以本领域的普通技术人员受其启示,在不脱离本发明创造宗旨的情况下,不经创造性的设计出与该技术方案相似的结构方式及实施例,均应属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体,其特征在于,其包括上层ES化纤层、中间高分子吸水树脂层和下层木浆ES化纤混合层,所述的上层ES化纤层与下层木浆ES化纤混合层将中间高分子吸水树脂层包裹在中间,上层ES化纤层与下层木浆ES化纤混合层之间通过热处理成型为一体式结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体,其特征在于,所述的中间高分子吸水树脂层中的高分子吸水树脂的粒径为100~300mesh。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体,其特征在于,所述的上层ES化纤层的克重为20~60g/m2,下层木浆ES化纤混合层的克重为50~200g/m2,中间高分子吸水树脂层中高分子吸水树脂的用量为100~400g/m2
4.根据权利要求1所述的无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体,其特征在于,所述的下层木浆ES化纤混合层的厚度大于上层ES化纤层的厚度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体,其特征在于,所述的高分子吸水树脂层包括第一高分子吸水树脂和第二高分子吸水树脂,所述的第一高分子吸水树脂渗透在上层ES化纤层的下表面,第二高分子吸水树脂渗透在下层木浆ES化纤混合层的上表面。
6.根据权利要求5所述的无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体,其特征在于,所述第一高分吸水树脂的粒径为120~300mesh,第二高分子吸水树脂的粒径为100~120mesh;第一高分子吸水树脂的吸水倍率为50~180倍,第二高分子吸水树脂的吸水倍率为110~260倍;第一高分子吸水树脂的用量为50~200g/m2,第二高分子吸水树脂的用量为50~200g/m2
7.一种权利要求1所述的无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体的制备工艺,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤:
(1)将木浆ES化纤混合层铺设在工作台上,木浆ES化纤混合层下方设有抽风机及振动器,在木浆ES化纤混合层的上侧面均匀喷洒高分子吸水树脂;
(2)在抽风机及振动器的作用下,高分子吸水树脂渗入木浆ES化纤混合层内;
(3)在抽风机的作用下,将ES化纤层铺设在木浆ES化纤混合层的上方;
(4)进行加热处理,使ES化纤层和木浆ES化纤混合层上的ES纤维互相接着,形成成型体,冷却后收卷、分切,即可得到无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体。
8.根据权利要求7所述的无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,加热处理的温度为100~150℃。
9.一种权利要求5所述的无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体的制备工艺,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤:
(1)将ES化纤层和木浆ES化纤混合层铺设在工作台上,ES化纤层和木浆ES化纤混合层下方设有抽风机及振动器,在ES化纤层上侧面均匀喷洒第一高分子吸水树脂,在木浆ES化纤混合层的上侧面均匀喷洒第二高分子吸水树脂;
(2)在抽风机及振动器的作用下,第一高分子吸水树脂渗入ES化纤层内,第二高分子吸水树脂渗入木浆ES化纤混合层内;
(3)将ES化纤层的上侧面翻转朝下,在抽风机的作用下,将ES化纤层铺设在木浆ES化纤混合层的上方;
(4)进行加热处理,使ES化纤层和木浆ES化纤混合层上的ES纤维互相接着,形成成型体,冷却后收卷、分切,即可得到无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体。
10.根据权利要求9所述的无胶逆向吸收的吸水芯体的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤(5)中,加热处理的温度为100~150℃。
