step three, sleeving the rubber ring 12 on the flip plug 8, then rotatably connecting the flip plug 8 to the inner wall of the sunken drainage groove 3 through a rotating shaft 9, and simultaneously installing a rope 10 at the edge of the flip plug 8 vertical to the rotating shaft 9;
fourthly, forming holes in the waterproof coiled material layer 19, installing a plurality of planting water tanks 2 with openings at the upper ends and hollow interiors in the waterproof coiled material layer 19, aligning the floor drain panel installation seats 4 of the planting water tanks 2 with the holes, inserting the lower ends of the floor drain panel installation seats 4 into the holes, clamping the rubber gaskets 17 in the corresponding positions in the drain pipes 5, and then connecting the drain pipes 5 to the floor drain panel installation seats 4 in a threaded mode;
step five, a waterproof coil material layer 19 is laid on the inner wall of the planting water tank 2;
sixthly, mounting the other end of the rope 10 on the floating block 6; then placing the floating block 6 in the planting water tank 2, filling soil and nutrient components in the planting holes 7, then planting plants in the planting holes 7, and watering;
and seventhly, cleaning, supplementing water, killing insects and fertilizing at regular intervals.

A roof greening plant planting and cultivating device comprises a plurality of planting water tanks (2) arranged on a roof base surface (1), wherein floor drain panel mounting seats (4) with sunken drainage tanks (3) are fixedly arranged at the bottoms of the planting water tanks (2), and drainage pipes (5) are arranged below the floor drain panel mounting seats (4), and the roof greening plant planting and cultivating device is characterized in that floating blocks (6) are arranged in the planting water tanks (2), a plurality of planting holes (7) for planting greening plants are formed in the floating blocks (6), and soil layers are filled in the planting holes (7);
the end, close to the planting water tank (2), of the sunken drainage tank (3) is provided with a flip plug (8) for opening and closing a drainage pipe (5), the flip plug (8) is provided with a rotating shaft (9) along the diameter direction of the flip plug (8), the middle of the rotating shaft (9) is fixed to the flip plug (8), two ends of the rotating shaft (9) protrude out of the flip plug (8) and are rotatably connected to the inner wall of the sunken drainage tank (3), the flip plug (8) is abutted to the inner wall of the sunken drainage tank (3), a rope (10) is fixedly arranged on the edge, far away from the rotating shaft (9), of the flip plug (8), and the other end of the rope (10) is fixedly arranged on the floating block (6); and a torsion spring (11) used for sealing and covering the flip plug (8) on the inner wall of the sunken drainage groove (3) is arranged on the rotating shaft (9).

The roof greening plant planting and cultivating device as claimed in claim 1, wherein an annular clamping groove is formed in the circumferential side wall of the flip cover plug (8), an elastic rubber ring (12) is sleeved in the annular clamping groove, and the rubber ring (12) protrudes out of the annular clamping groove at the side far away from the annular clamping groove and abuts against the inner wall of the sunken drainage groove (3).

A roof greening plant planting and cultivating device as claimed in claim 2, wherein a baffle plate with a protrusion (13) in the center is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the sunken drainage groove (3), a drainage outlet (14) is formed in the center of the protrusion (13), the drainage outlet (14) is communicated with the drainage pipe (5), and the protrusion (13) is positioned below the rotating shaft (9).

A roof greening plant growing and cultivating device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the flip plug (8) is provided with an elastic arc (15) on the side close to the sink drain (3), the center of the elastic arc (15) is fixed on the flip plug (8), the two ends of the elastic arc (15) are bent towards the sink drain (3), and the horizontal height of the two ends of the elastic arc (15) is lower than the horizontal height of the protrusion (13) in the covering state of the flip plug (8).

A roof greening plant growing and cultivating device as claimed in claim 7, characterised in that said through holes (18) are arranged along the height direction of the floating block (6) and the diameter of said through holes (18) decreases from large to small from one end near the sink drain channel (3) to the other end.
9. A roof greening plant cultivation device according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one waterproof roll layer (19) is laid between the planting groove and the roof base (1).
10. A method for roof greening construction by using the roof greening plant cultivating device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
cleaning dust and impurities of a roof base surface (1), and repairing cracks or gaps of the roof base surface (1) by using waterborne polyurethane, wherein the thickness of a water-washed polyurethane coating is required to be more than or equal to 20 cm;
secondly, after the waterborne polyurethane coating is dried, at least one waterproof coil layer (19) is laid on the roof base surface (1);
sleeving the rubber ring (12) on the flip plug (8), then rotatably connecting the flip plug (8) to the inner wall of the sunken drainage tank (3) through a rotating shaft (9), and simultaneously installing a rope (10) at the edge of the flip plug (8) vertical to the rotating shaft (9);
fourthly, forming holes in the waterproof coiled material layer (19), installing a plurality of planting water tanks (2) with openings at the upper ends and hollow interiors in the waterproof coiled material layer (19), aligning the floor drain panel installation seats (4) of the planting water tanks (2) with the holes, inserting the lower ends of the floor drain panel installation seats (4) into the holes, clamping the rubber gaskets (17) in the corresponding positions in the drain pipes (5), and then connecting the drain pipes (5) on the floor drain panel installation seats (4) in a threaded mode;
fifthly, a waterproof coil layer (19) is laid on the inner wall of the planting water tank (2);
sixthly, mounting the other end of the rope (10) on the floating block (6); then placing the floating block (6) in a planting water tank (2), filling soil and nutrient components in the planting hole (7), then planting plants in the planting hole (7), and watering;
and seventhly, cleaning, supplementing water, killing insects and fertilizing at regular intervals.
