First embodiment
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method of processing an incoming call request according to a first embodiment. Referring to fig. 1, the method for processing an incoming call request of the present embodiment includes the following steps:
step 110, when an incoming call request is received, displaying a preset operation key on an incoming call interface, wherein the preset operation key is positioned in a fingerprint acquisition area;
step 120, collecting fingerprint information in the fingerprint collecting area according to the operation received by the preset operation key;
step 130, matching the collected fingerprint information with preset fingerprint information to identify the fingerprint information;
and 140, processing the incoming call request according to the identification result of the fingerprint information.
When the terminal receives a call request, displaying a corresponding call interface, wherein the call interface is used for displaying call information and operation keys, the call information comprises a call number, a contact name and/or a call number attribution place, the operation keys comprise keys such as an answer key and a refusal key, the preset operation keys are at least one of the operation keys, and in the embodiment, the preset operation keys are the answer key or the refusal key.
In practical implementation, the preset operation key may be a default operation key of the system, for example, an answer key, so that identity verification can be performed when an incoming call is answered, and the incoming call is prevented from being answered by others at will. The operation key may be a click key for a click operation or a slide key for a slide operation, and is not limited thereto.
The preset operation key is displayed at a designated position or an adjustable position of the incoming call interface, wherein the designated position is a default fixed position, and the adjustable position is a position which can be selected to be displayed according to user setting or a position which is randomly displayed, so as to ensure that fingerprint information can be acquired, and the designated position or the adjustable position is positioned in a fingerprint acquisition area.
The fingerprint collection area is the collection area of fingerprint module, and fingerprint module is the fingerprint identification module of integration in the terminal inside, for example is the fingerprint module under the screen, and fingerprint module sets up in screen glass's below, mainly utilizes penetrating technologies such as ultrasonic wave, optics, can pierce through various different materials to gather the fingerprint information of screen top. In actual implementation, the fingerprint module is in a dormant or activated state according to the working state of the terminal, so that the fingerprint module can be activated at a proper time according to design requirements to collect fingerprint information, for example, the fingerprint module is activated when an incoming call request is received, or the fingerprint module is activated after a preset operation key is displayed, or the fingerprint module is activated when an operation signal of the preset operation key is received, wherein the operation signal of the preset operation key comprises a touch signal.
After the fingerprint module is activated, if the position of the user's finger is within the fingerprint collection area, for example, pressing or scraping a specific area of the screen surface, the fingerprint module may collect fingerprint information of the user's finger. Therefore, the preset operation keys are displayed at the designated positions or the adjustable positions, and the positions are located in the fingerprint collecting area, so that when a user operates the preset operation keys, the positions of fingers of the user can accurately fall into the fingerprint collecting area, the purpose of collecting fingerprint information of the fingers of the user when the user operates the preset operation keys is achieved, user identity verification can be completed when the user operates the preset operation keys, and the actions of identity recognition and answering can be completed in one step under the condition that the user is not aware of the user. It will be appreciated that the position for displaying the preset operating key is an area of a specific shape, and therefore, the designated position or the adjustable position is located within the fingerprint acquisition area, which means that the designated position or the adjustable position overlaps with the fingerprint acquisition area, and the fingerprint acquisition area is greater than or equal to the area of the designated position or the adjustable position.
In this embodiment, step 140 processes the incoming call request according to the recognition result of the fingerprint information, including the following steps:
if the fingerprint information is not matched with the preset fingerprint information, not responding to the incoming call request;
and if the fingerprint information is matched with the preset fingerprint information, responding to the incoming call request.
The preset fingerprint information is the fingerprint information which is input and stored in advance by the user, and the preset fingerprint information can be one, two or more. When the fingerprint information does not match with the preset fingerprint information, the identity verification is not passed, the incoming call request is not responded, namely, the action corresponding to the function of the preset operation key is not executed, for example, the incoming call is not answered or not refused. When the fingerprint information is matched with the preset fingerprint information, the identity verification is passed, and the incoming call request is responded, namely, the action corresponding to the function of the preset operation key is executed, such as receiving the incoming call or refusing to receive the incoming call.
In an embodiment, after the incoming call request is not responded, the display of the incoming call interface is maintained, so that the user can perform the processing operation of the incoming call request again, and meanwhile, if the incoming call is set to ring currently, the ringing state is still maintained.
In one embodiment, after responding to the incoming call request, the fingerprint information input interface is displayed directly or after a preset time interval, so as to prompt the user to input the fingerprint information, if the input fingerprint information is received, the input fingerprint information is matched with the preset fingerprint information, and if the matching is successful, the current incoming call is kept. After the incoming call request is responded, an interface for prompting the user to input fingerprint information is displayed in the current call interface at a set time interval, for example, the control terminal vibrates and displays a flickering fingerprint pattern, the user is prompted to press at the fingerprint pattern to collect the fingerprint information, the preset time interval is 10 minutes, and the fingerprint pattern is displayed in a fingerprint collection area. Otherwise, if the input fingerprint information is not received or the input fingerprint information is not matched, ending the current incoming call. Therefore, when the user performs long-time call, whether the current caller is changed or in a normal call state can be confirmed through a fingerprint verification mode, and then the current incoming call is processed according to a verification result, so that the call safety is more effectively protected.
In the method for processing an incoming call request according to the embodiment, when the incoming call request is received, a preset operation key is displayed on an incoming call interface, wherein the preset operation key is located in a fingerprint acquisition area, fingerprint information is acquired in the fingerprint acquisition area according to the operation received by the preset operation key, the acquired fingerprint information is matched with the preset fingerprint information to identify the fingerprint information, and then the incoming call request is processed according to the identification result of the fingerprint information. By the method, fingerprint identification can be performed while a user operates the preset operation key, so that the incoming call request processing efficiency is improved while identity verification is realized. In addition, after the incoming call request is not responded, the display of the incoming call interface is kept, so that the user can process the incoming call request again, the user is prevented from missing the incoming call, and the accuracy of the incoming call request processing is improved.
Second embodiment
Fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating a method of processing an incoming call request according to a second embodiment. Referring to fig. 2, the method for processing an incoming call request according to the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the method further includes the following steps:
step 210, after not responding to the incoming call request, accumulating the times of matching the collected fingerprint information with preset fingerprint information;
step 220, if the number of times of matching reaches the preset number of times, displaying a verification interface and acquiring verification information;
step 230, the incoming call request is processed according to the verification result of the verification information.
Optionally, in step 220, if the number of times of matching reaches the preset number of times, an authentication mode selection interface may be displayed first, and the input authentication information may be obtained according to the selected authentication mode in the authentication mode selection interface.
When the accumulated times of matching the acquired fingerprint information with the preset fingerprint information reach the preset times, for example, 3 times, a verification mode selection interface is displayed, and an optional verification mode is provided in the verification mode selection interface, wherein the verification mode comprises fingerprint verification and/or password verification, face verification and the like.
If the selected verification mode is fingerprint verification, fingerprint information is continuously collected for identification, if the identification is passed, an incoming call request is responded, and if the identification is not passed, a verification interface or a verification mode selection interface is displayed again.
If the selected verification mode is password verification, displaying a password input page and receiving the input password, wherein the password can be a preset fingerprint password, a digital password or a gesture password, and the like, if the input password is correct, responding to an incoming call request, otherwise, displaying a verification interface or a verification mode selection interface again.
In actual implementation, in order to ensure information security, after the user selects password verification, the number of password errors is started to be accumulated to judge whether the number of password errors reaches the set number, for example, whether the number of password errors reaches three times, and if the number of password errors reaches the set number, the verification process is ended, and the incoming call request is not processed any more.
According to the method for processing the incoming call request, after the incoming call request is not responded, the times of matching the collected fingerprint information with the preset fingerprint information are accumulated, when the times reach the preset times, a verification mode selection interface is displayed, the input verification information is obtained according to the verification mode selected in the verification mode selection interface, and then the incoming call request is processed according to the verification result of the verification information. In this way, since the duration of the incoming call request is generally shorter, the rest of verification modes are used as the identification certificates in the fingerprint identification state, the effect of effectively protecting information can be still achieved within the duration of the incoming call request, and the user can be ensured to normally process the incoming call request when the fingerprint identification fails.
Third embodiment
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method of processing an incoming call request according to a third embodiment. Referring to fig. 3, the method for processing an incoming call request in this embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that after the incoming call interface displays the preset operation key, the method further includes the following steps:
step 310, accumulating the duration of the incoming call request before stopping the incoming call request;
step 320, judging whether the duration of the incoming call request reaches a preset duration;
step 330, if the duration of the incoming call request does not reach the preset duration, identifying the acquired fingerprint information according to the first preset fingerprint information; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
step 340, if the duration of the incoming call request reaches the preset duration, displaying an information switching key on the incoming call interface;
step 350, after receiving the operation signal of the information switching key, identifying the acquired fingerprint information according to the second preset fingerprint information.
The duration of the incoming call request is also equal to the unanswered duration of the incoming call or the refused duration of the incoming call, the first preset fingerprint information and the second preset fingerprint information are fingerprint information which are input and stored in advance by a user, and the incoming call request can be processed by another user which is authorized in advance by the owner when the owner cannot immediately process the incoming call request, and the first preset fingerprint information and the second preset fingerprint information are fingerprints of different users, in general, the first preset fingerprint information is the fingerprint information of the owner user, and the second preset fingerprint information is the fingerprint information of other authorized users.
In actual implementation, when the user performs an operation of storing preset fingerprint information, fingerprint information priority selection is provided for the user, the owner can set the priority of the own fingerprint information to be the highest, so that the own fingerprint information is stored as first preset fingerprint information, and for personnel capable of authorizing incoming call request processing, the priority of the corresponding fingerprint information is set after the priority of the fingerprint information of the owner, so that the fingerprint information of the personnel authorized to process the incoming call request is stored as second preset fingerprint information. The first preset fingerprint information is not limited to one, for example, may be fingerprint information of different fingers of the owner, and the second preset fingerprint information is not limited to one, for example, may be fingerprint information of different fingers of the same person or fingerprint information of different persons.
After the information switching key is displayed on the incoming call interface, the fact that the incoming call request processing can be carried out by specific personnel except the owner is indicated, and the preset fingerprint information can be switched only by operating the information switching key. Otherwise, if the owner is currently operating but not successfully identified for a special reason, the owner can choose not to operate the information switching key, so that the owner can still continue to process the incoming call request.
In another embodiment, after the preset operation key is displayed on the incoming call interface, the incoming call replacing instruction sent by the specified terminal can be received in a waiting mode, and when the incoming call replacing instruction sent by the specified terminal is received, the incoming call request is responded. The terminal is a terminal which establishes a trust relationship with a terminal which receives a call request currently through a designated operation in advance, the terminal which receives the call request currently can establish a trust relationship with other terminals by storing terminal identifiers of the designated terminal, and the call answering command can be a special verification code sent by the designated terminal, a short message in a designated format, a Bluetooth connection request of the designated terminal, and the like, and can contain the terminal identifiers of the designated terminal. In actual implementation, after the preset operation key is displayed on the incoming call interface, and after fingerprint verification fails for a certain number of times or an incoming call lasts for a certain duration, an authorized answering substituting mode is entered, and then an incoming call answering substituting instruction sent by a designated terminal is waited for being received. Therefore, when the user cannot answer the call or cannot answer the call accurately under special conditions, the trusted party can answer the call instead, so that important calls are prevented from being missed under special conditions.
According to the method for processing the incoming call request, the duration of the incoming call request is accumulated before the incoming call request is stopped, if the duration of the incoming call request does not reach the preset duration, the acquired fingerprint information is identified according to the first preset fingerprint information, and/or if the duration of the incoming call request reaches the preset duration, the information switching key is displayed on an incoming call interface, and after an operation signal of the information switching key is received, the acquired fingerprint information is identified according to the second preset fingerprint information. In this way, when the owner cannot immediately process the incoming call request, the owner can process the incoming call request by another user authorized in advance, so that important incoming calls can be prevented from being missed.
