Abstract
The application relates to a dealer client data management method, a dealer client data management device, a computer device and a storage medium, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring basic operation data of a dealer; carrying out multi-dimensional credit worthiness assessment on the dealer according to the basic operation data of the dealer; acquiring an account opening application request sent by the dealer; pushing the account opening application request to an OA for approval; and acquiring an approval result returned by the OA, and updating the state of the corresponding dealer according to the returned approval result. The invention provides a whole set of management flow and service implementation scheme of channel dealer clients, carries out multi-dimensional evaluation on dealer credit worthiness during account opening, judges whether account opening is possible according to evaluation results, can provide system data support for rapidly realizing client management requirements of subsequent services, and realizes improvement of service efficiency and archiving of key data.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to a dealer customer data management method, apparatus, computer device, and storage medium.
Background
At present, with the development of computer technology, data management by using computers has been applied in more and more extensive fields. Data management is the process of efficiently collecting, storing, processing, and applying data using computer hardware and software techniques. The method aims to fully and effectively play the role of data, and the key for realizing effective management of the data is data organization.
However, in the prior art, for the dealer customer data, there is no complete management flow and service implementation scheme for the channel dealer customer, and the relationship of the channel customer hierarchy can be very intuitively summarized. and acquiring an approval result returned by the OA, updating the state of the corresponding dealer according to the returned approval result, and setting the order of the corresponding dealer in a frozen state.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises:
acquiring a change order making request sent by the dealer;
pushing the change order making request to an OA for approval;
and acquiring an approval result returned by the OA, and updating the state of the corresponding dealer according to the returned approval result and the corresponding change content in the request.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, there is provided a dealer customer data management method, the method comprising:
step 102, acquiring basic operation data of a dealer;
104, performing multi-dimensional credit worthiness assessment on the dealer according to the basic operation data of the dealer;
step 108, pushing the account opening application request to OA for approval;
and step 110, acquiring the approval result returned by the OA, and updating the state of the corresponding dealer according to the returned approval result.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, there is provided a dealer customer data management method that can be applied to a CRM (customer relationship management) system for dealer account opening. Firstly, acquiring basic operation data of a dealer, maintaining the basic operation data of the dealer, wherein the specific basic operation data comprises storage conditions, administrative management conditions, business capacity, business operation capacity and the like of the dealer, and performing multi-dimensional credit worthiness assessment according to the data dealer. Then, acquiring a new account opening application sent by a dealer; after receiving the account opening application, the CRM sends the account opening application to the OA for approval, and specifically, whether the dealer can perform account opening can be judged according to the result of the multidimensional credit worthiness assessment. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, there is provided a dealer customer data management method, after the step of performing multidimensional credit worthiness assessment on a dealer according to basic operation data of the dealer, the method further comprises:
step 202, acquiring a request for a user application sent by a dealer;
step 204, pushing the request of the user application to OA for approval;
and step 206, acquiring the approval result returned by the OA, updating the state of the corresponding dealer according to the returned approval result, and setting the order of the corresponding dealer in a frozen state.
Specifically, the present embodiment provides a dealer customer data management method, which can be applied to a CRM system for a dealer's customs, and specifically includes the following steps:

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, there is provided a dealer customer data management apparatus 500 including:
a first obtaining module 501, configured to obtain basic operation data of a dealer;
a credit worthiness assessment module 502, configured to perform multidimensional credit worthiness assessment on the dealer according to the basic operation data of the dealer;
a second obtaining module 503, configured to obtain an account opening application request sent by the dealer;
a request pushing module 504, configured to push the account opening application request to the OA for approval;
and a return updating module 505, configured to obtain an approval result returned by the OA, and update a state of the corresponding dealer according to the returned approval result.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, there is provided a dealer customer data management apparatus 500, further comprising a customer request module 506 for:
acquiring a related user application request sent by the dealer;
pushing the user-related application request to an OA for approval;
and acquiring an approval result returned by the OA, updating the state of the corresponding dealer according to the returned approval result, and setting the order of the corresponding dealer in a frozen state.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, there is provided a dealer customer data management apparatus 500, further comprising a change request module 507 for:
acquiring a change order making request sent by the dealer;
pushing the change order making request to an OA for approval;
and acquiring an approval result returned by the OA, and updating the state of the corresponding dealer according to the returned approval result and the corresponding change content in the request.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8, there is provided a dealer customer data management apparatus 500, further comprising a contract application module 508 for:
acquiring contract information of the dealer and creating a corresponding contract application form;
pushing the contract application form to OA for approval;
and acquiring an approval result returned by the OA, and updating the contract state information corresponding to the dealer according to the returned approval result.
For specific limitations of the dealer customer data management apparatus, reference may be made to the above limitations of the dealer customer data management method, which will not be described herein again.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, the internal structure of which may be as shown in FIG. 9. The computer apparatus includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a device bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The nonvolatile storage medium stores an operating device, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation device in the nonvolatile storage medium and the execution of the computer program. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a dealer customer data management method.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 9 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of the above method embodiments when executing the computer program.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the above respective method embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. acquiring a related user application request sent by the dealer;

and acquiring an approval result returned by the OA, updating the state of the corresponding dealer according to the returned approval result, and setting the order of the corresponding dealer in a frozen state.
3. The dealer customer data management method of claim 1, the method further comprising:
acquiring a change order making request sent by the dealer;
pushing the change order making request to an OA for approval;
and acquiring an approval result returned by the OA, and updating the state of the corresponding dealer according to the returned approval result and the corresponding change content in the request.
4. The dealer customer data management method of claim 1, the method further comprising:

pushing the contract application form to OA for approval;
and acquiring an approval result returned by the OA, and updating the contract state information corresponding to the dealer according to the returned approval result.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 4 are implemented when the computer program is executed by the processor.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
