As can be seen from the above analysis, the system provided in the embodiment of the present invention organizes the information resource database into the public resource database and the switching resource database by each organization, and based on this, respectively creates the public resource core metadata and the switching service core metadata, and sends the public resource core metadata and the switching service core metadata to the information center. The information center completes the registration, the verification and the warehousing of the directory based on the received data, and forms the establishment of an information resource directory system comprising a public resource directory and an exchange service directory.
The system relates to information interaction of a plurality of organizations and information centers. Each organization can be regarded as different committees, and the method can be adopted when data are not shared among the committees, the data architecture is not clear, and an inventory system is needed.
The information resource directory system can be seamlessly connected with the sharing exchange platform, the information resource directory system manages government affair data resources accessed in a given range in a full life cycle, issues a uniform resource sharing directory, receives data sharing exchange application service, and is seamlessly connected with the sharing exchange system, application, approval and implementation of sharing data can be completed through the configuration of the directory system, and the appeal of sharing data is supported together.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a block diagram of a core metadata creating module in the information resource directory system creating system according to the embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the core metadata creation module 42 includes:
a first obtaining unit 421, configured to obtain first characteristic information of the public resource database;
a second obtaining unit 422, configured to obtain second characteristic information of the exchange resource database;
a first creating unit 423 for creating common resource core metadata based on the first feature information;
a second creating unit 424, configured to create switching service core metadata based on the second feature information. :
1) acquiring first characteristic information of a public resource database;
2) acquiring second characteristic information of the exchange resource database;
3) creating common resource core metadata based on the first characteristic information;
4) exchange service core metadata is created based on the second characteristic information.
In short, the method of obtaining the characteristic information is adopted to obtain the core metadata of the public resource and the core metadata of the exchange service.
Also, in a preferred embodiment, the switching service core metadata may be generated by: and performing service encapsulation on the resource data based on the information resource data which is currently cataloged to generate the core metadata of the exchange service.
Further, in the above system for creating an information resource directory system, the public resource core metadata and the switching service core metadata are established according to given criteria, including defining data objects, field lengths, attributes, and whether the fields are sharable. The given standard can be a national standard, an industry standard and the like, and is selected according to actual conditions. The invention is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a block diagram of an information resource directory system creation system according to another embodiment of the present invention, including:
an obtaining module 60, configured to obtain a public resource database and an exchange resource database corresponding to a given organization based on an information resource database of the organization;
and a core metadata creating module 62, configured to create the public resource core metadata and the switching service core metadata respectively based on the public resource database and the switching resource database, and send the public resource core metadata and the switching service core metadata to the information center.
The creating module 64 of the information resource directory system is used for the information center to manage the metadata based on the public resource core metadata and the exchange service core metadata, complete the registration, the examination and the warehousing of the directory, and form the creation of the information resource directory system comprising the public resource directory and the exchange service directory;
and the grading module 66 is used for creating a catalog grading management system based on the information resource catalog system.
The data exchange and the information resource catalog are integrated, so the information resource catalog must be adapted to the data exchange sub-platform, hierarchical authorization management is adopted, and after authorization, departments can independently maintain the catalogs.
It should be noted that the principle of the information resource directory system creation system and the principle of the information resource directory system creation method in the embodiment of the present invention are similar, and the related points are referred to each other. The present invention will not be described herein.
Referring now to FIG. 7, a schematic diagram of an electronic device 60 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present disclosure is shown. The electronic device shown in fig. 6 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 7, the electronic device 70 may include a processing means (e.g., a central processing unit, a graphics processor, etc.) 701 that may perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)702 or a program loaded from a storage means 708 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 703. In the RAM 703, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus 70 are also stored. The processing device 701, the ROM 702, the RAM 703, the input device 706, and the output device 707 are connected to each other via a bus 704. An input/output (I/O) interface 705 is also connected to bus 704.
In particular, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such embodiments, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication means 709, or may be installed from the storage means 708, or may be installed from the ROM 702. The computer program, when executed by the processing device 701, performs the above-described functions defined in the methods of the embodiments of the present disclosure. In the description herein, references to the description of the term "one embodiment," "some embodiments," "an example," "a specific example," or "some examples," etc., mean that a particular feature, structure, material, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment or example is included in at least one embodiment or example of the invention. In this specification, the schematic representations of the terms used above do not necessarily refer to the same embodiment or example. Furthermore, the particular features, structures, materials, or characteristics described may be combined in any suitable manner in any one or more embodiments or examples.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described above, it is understood that the above embodiments are exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the present invention, and that variations, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made to the above embodiments by those of ordinary skill in the art within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An information resource directory system creating method is used for data sharing and exchange among different organizations, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step S1, based on the information resource base of the given organization, obtaining the public resource database and the exchange resource database corresponding to the organization;
step S2, respectively creating public resource core metadata and exchange service core metadata based on the public resource database and the exchange resource database, and sending the public resource core metadata and the exchange service core metadata to an information center;
and step S3, the information center manages metadata based on the public resource core metadata and the exchange service core metadata, completes the registration, the examination and the warehousing of the directory, and forms the establishment of an information resource directory system comprising a public resource directory and an exchange service directory.
2. The method for creating an information resource directory system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said step S2 includes the steps of:
acquiring first characteristic information of the public resource database;
acquiring second characteristic information of the exchange resource database;
creating common resource core metadata based on the first characteristic information;
creating switching service core metadata based on the second characteristic information.
3. The information resource directory hierarchy creation method as set forth in claim 2,
the switching service core metadata is generated as follows:
and performing service encapsulation on the resource data based on the information resource data which is currently cataloged to generate the core metadata of the exchange service.
4. The information resource directory hierarchy creation method of claim 3,
the common resource core metadata and the switching service core metadata are established according to given standards, including defining data objects, field lengths, attributes, and whether the fields are sharable.
5. The method for creating the information resource directory system as claimed in claim 4, wherein after the step S3, the method further comprises:
and step S4, creating a directory hierarchical management system based on the information resource directory system.
6. An information resource directory system creation system for sharing and exchanging data between different organizations, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a public resource database and an exchange resource database corresponding to a given organization based on an information resource database of the organization;
the core metadata creating module is used for respectively creating public resource core metadata and exchange service core metadata based on the public resource database and the exchange resource database and sending the public resource core metadata and the exchange service core metadata to an information center;
and the creating module of the information resource directory system is used for the information center to manage the metadata based on the public resource core metadata and the exchange service core metadata, complete the registration, the verification and the warehousing of the directory and form the creation of the information resource directory system comprising the public resource directory and the exchange service directory.
7. The information resource directory hierarchy creation system of claim 6, wherein the core metadata creation module comprises:
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring first characteristic information of the public resource database;
a second obtaining unit, configured to obtain second feature information of the exchange resource database;
a first creating unit configured to create common resource core metadata based on the first feature information;
and the second creating unit is used for creating the exchange service core metadata based on the second characteristic information.
8. The information resource directory hierarchy creation system of claim 7,
the switching service core metadata is generated as follows:
based on the information resource data which is currently cataloged, performing service encapsulation on the resource data to generate exchange service core metadata; and
the common resource core metadata and the switching service core metadata are established according to given standards, including defining data objects, field lengths, attributes, and whether the fields are sharable.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
at least one processing device; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processing device; wherein,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processing device to enable the at least one processing device to perform the information resource directory architecture creation method of any one of the preceding claims 1 to 5.
10. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions for enabling the at least one processing device to perform the information resource directory hierarchy creation method of any one of the preceding claims 1 to 5.
