The circulating anti-freezing device provided by the invention is additionally provided with a set of externally arranged and flexibly used circulating anti-freezing device for an external water cooling area. The cooling system of the extra-high voltage direct current transmission converter valve is a main system for ensuring the stable operation of the converter valve of core equipment of the converter station, is an important component of the converter station, and has the characteristics of complex structure, severe operation environment and various fault types.
In the prior art, researches on a cooling system of a direct current transmission converter valve mainly focus on optimizing the system structure, improving the automation degree and reducing the volume of a heat exchanger or the volume of the whole system. The technical research on preventing the direct current transmission converter valve cooling system from freezing in winter is few.
However, the direct current transmission converter valve cooling system mostly adopts original anti-freezing equipment in northern areas, and in winter, in order to prevent a cooling medium (pure water or a mixture of water and ethylene glycol) in an external cooling pipeline of the direct current transmission converter valve cooling system from freezing to damage the pipeline, an anti-freezing shed is built in an external cooling area of the valve, and the anti-freezing shed is arranged and has the defects of immobility, high cost, poor anti-freezing effect and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present invention to provide an external circulating antifreeze apparatus that addresses at least some of the deficiencies of the prior art.
A further object of the present invention is to provide a circulating antifreeze apparatus which is flexible in movement, low in cost and excellent in antifreeze effect.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide an intelligently controlled circulating freeze protection system.

a moving member for supporting and moving the circulating freeze-proofing device;

The circulating water assembly 200 includes a water storage tank and a water inlet member 220 and a water outlet member 230 communicating with the water storage tank 210. The water storage tank 210 is fixed on the moving member, and a heater is arranged on the side wall of the water storage tank to heat circulating water, and the water inlet member 220 and the water outlet member 230 are respectively communicated with the water inlet end and the water outlet end of the direct current transmission converter valve cooling system to form a heating circulating water path. The control member 300 is installed on the moving member to control circulation of the circulating water and opening and closing of the heater.
Specifically, the heater includes a plurality of heaters, each of which is uniformly distributed on the sidewall of the water storage tank 210; the plurality of heaters are controlled in groups. If the circulating water temperature of the water storage tank 210 is low, the control part 300 controls the heater to be started; and controlling the heater to stop heating if the temperature is high. The heaters are controlled in groups, the number of the heaters to be put into the water storage tank 210 is controlled according to the outlet water temperature, the heaters are mutually standby, and the service life of the heaters is prolonged according to the principle of putting into the water storage tank firstly and putting back secondly. The function can realize the automatic control of the heater, namely, the heater is automatically started when the circulating water temperature of the water storage tank 210 is lower than a preset low fixed value, and the heater is automatically stopped when the circulating water temperature of the water storage tank 210 is higher than a set high fixed value, so that the circulating water temperature of the water storage tank 210 can be ensured to be always in a preset temperature range through the function.
The water inlet part 220 includes a water inlet pipe 221 and a water inlet filter 222. The water inlet pipe 221 is communicated with the water storage tank 210 and is used for introducing anti-freezing circulating water into the water storage tank 210 through the water inlet pipe 221; the water inlet filter 222 is disposed on the water inlet pipe 221, and is used for filtering the impurities in the circulating water to prevent the water quality of the water storage tank 210 from being affected. If the water quality of the water storage tank 210 is affected, the operating efficiency of the heater is necessarily affected.
Similarly, the water outlet member 230 includes a water outlet pipe 231 and a water storage filter. The water outlet pipe 231 is communicated with the water storage tank 210, the heating circulating water in the water storage tank 210 enters an external water cooling area of the valve external cooling air cooler through the water outlet pipe 231, and the water outlet filter 232 is arranged on the water outlet pipe 231 and used for further filtering impurities of the circulating water and improving the quality of the circulating water.
Specifically, the water inlet filter 222 and the water outlet filter 232 are both Y-type filters. The Y-shaped filter has the characteristics of advanced structure, small resistance, convenient pollution discharge and the like.
In order to increase the circulating power for the circulating water, the water outlet member 230 further includes a circulating pump 233, and the circulating pump 233 is installed on the water outlet pipe 231 to provide the circulating power to the circulating freeze-preventing device.
