When the return water temperature in the second pipeline 102 is less than 42 ℃, the central heating control system enables the new heat supply network system to enter a working mode that the heat pump heat supply unit independently supplies heat to a new heating user side, and in the working mode that the heat pump heat supply unit independently supplies heat to the new heating user side, the twelfth electric control valve 212, the thirteenth electric control valve 213, the second electric control valve 302, the eleventh control valve 211, the sixth control valve 206, the seventh control valve 207, the ninth control valve 209, the eighth control valve 208, the tenth control valve 210, the third control valve 203 and the heat supply network circulating pump 10 are in an operating state, and the cooling device 19 and the other electric control valves are in a closed state.

A nearly zero energy consumption heat supply unit total heat recovery system comprises a heat source system, a heat supply network system and a central heat supply control system, wherein the heat source system comprises a boiler, a dust remover, an induced draft fan, a desulfurizing tower, a chimney and a steam turbine, the boiler, the dust remover, the induced draft fan, the desulfurizing tower and the chimney are sequentially connected in series through flue gas pipelines, the steam inlet end of the steam turbine is connected with the steam outlet end of the boiler through a first steam pipeline, the heat supply network system comprises a primary heat supply network system, the primary heat supply network system comprises a heat supply network heater, a primary heating user end, a first plate heat exchanger and a heat supply network circulating pump, the steam outlet end of the steam turbine is connected with the heat supply network heater through a second steam pipeline, an eighteenth control valve is connected on the second steam pipeline in series, and the central heat supply control system can control the operation of the eighteenth, the outlet of the heat supply network heater is connected with the high-temperature water inlet of the first plate heat exchanger through a first pipeline, the high-temperature water outlet of the first plate heat exchanger is connected with the inlet of the heat supply network circulating pump through a second pipeline, the outlet of the heat supply network circulating pump is connected with the inlet of the heat supply network heater through a third pipeline, the first plate heat exchanger continuously supplies heat to an original heating user end, and the heat supply network heater is characterized in that a desulfurization slurry heat exchanger is connected on the third pipeline in series, the high-temperature water inlet of the desulfurization slurry heat exchanger is connected with the slurry outlet of the desulfurization tower through a first slurry pipeline, the high-temperature water outlet of the desulfurization slurry heat exchanger is connected with the spray device in the desulfurization tower through a second slurry pipeline, a slurry circulating pump is connected on the first slurry pipeline in series, and a second control valve is connected on the second pipeline in series, the heat supply network system further comprises a new heat supply network system, the new heat supply network system comprises a second plate heat exchanger, a heat pump heat supply unit, a new heat supply network heat supply control pipeline and a new heating user side, the heat pump heat supply unit comprises a compressor, a condenser, a throttle valve and an evaporator, and the central heat supply control system can enable the new heat supply network system to enter a new heating user side heat supply working mode in which the second plate heat exchanger and the heat pump heat supply unit share the same direction or a new heating user side heat supply working mode in which the heat pump heat supply unit independently supplies heat to the new heating user side through controlling the operation modes of the second control valve and the new heat supply network heat supply control pipeline.

The total heat recovery system of a heat supply unit with near zero energy consumption as claimed in claim 1, wherein the new heat supply network heat supply control pipeline comprises a fourth pipeline, a fifth pipeline, a sixth pipeline, a seventh pipeline, an eighth pipeline, a ninth pipeline, a tenth pipeline, an eleventh pipeline, a twelfth pipeline, a thirteenth pipeline, a fourteenth pipeline, a fifteenth pipeline, a sixteenth pipeline, a seventeenth pipeline, a fourth control valve, a fifth control valve, a sixth control valve, a seventh control valve, an eighth control valve, a ninth control valve, a tenth control valve, an eleventh control valve, a twelfth control valve, a thirteenth control valve and a fourteenth control valve, the connection between the fourth pipeline and the second pipeline is located between the first plate heat exchanger and the second control valve, and the high temperature water inlet and the high temperature water outlet of the second plate heat exchanger are communicated with the fourth pipeline through the sixth pipeline and the seventh pipeline respectively, a sixth control valve is connected in series with the fourth pipeline between the sixth pipeline and the seventh pipeline, the sixth control valve is connected in series with the sixth pipeline, the fifth control valve is connected in series with the seventh pipeline, a high-temperature water inlet and a high-temperature water outlet of the evaporator are communicated with the fourth pipeline through the eighth pipeline and the ninth pipeline respectively, a ninth control valve is connected in series with the fourth pipeline between the eighth pipeline and the ninth pipeline, the seventh control valve is connected in series with the eighth pipeline, an eighth control valve is connected in series with the ninth pipeline, the tail end of the fourth pipeline is communicated with the second pipeline through the fifth pipeline, a tenth control valve is connected in series with the fifth pipeline, and a low-temperature water inlet and a low-temperature water outlet of the evaporator are connected with a high-temperature water outlet and a high-temperature water inlet of the condenser through the eleventh pipeline and the tenth pipeline respectively, the compressor is connected in series to the tenth pipeline, the throttle valve is connected in series to the eleventh pipeline, the fourteenth pipeline and the seventeenth pipeline are respectively arranged on the low-temperature water inlet and the low-temperature water outlet of the condenser, the thirteenth pipeline and the sixteenth pipeline are respectively arranged on the low-temperature water inlet and the low-temperature water outlet of the second plate heat exchanger, the fifteenth pipeline is arranged on the hot water inlet of the new heating user side, the twelfth pipeline is arranged on the hot water outlet of the new heating user side, the fourteenth pipeline and the thirteenth pipeline are communicated with the twelfth pipeline in a parallel connection manner, the seventeenth pipeline and the sixteenth pipeline are communicated with the fifteenth pipeline in a parallel connection manner, and an eleventh control valve are sequentially connected in series to the seventeenth pipeline, the sixteenth pipeline, the fifteenth pipeline and the twelfth pipeline, A fourteenth control valve, a twelfth control valve and a thirteenth control valve, the central heating control system may control operations of the compressor, the fourth control valve, the fifth control valve, the sixth control valve, the seventh control valve, the eighth control valve, the ninth control valve, the tenth control valve, the eleventh control valve, the twelfth control valve, the thirteenth control valve and the fourteenth control valve.

The system as claimed in claim 4, wherein a first control valve is connected in series with the third pipeline between the heat supply network heater and the desulfurization slurry heat exchanger, a third control valve is connected in series with the second pipeline between the second control valve and the heat supply network circulating pump, the system further comprises a cooling device, the water inlet end of the cooling device is connected with the third pipeline through a nineteenth pipeline, the water outlet end of the cooling device is connected with the second pipeline through a twentieth pipeline, the connection point of the nineteenth pipeline and the third pipeline is located between the first control valve and the desulfurization slurry heat exchanger, the connection point of the twentieth pipeline and the second pipeline is located between the third control valve and the heat supply network circulating pump, and a fifteenth control valve is connected in series with the nineteenth pipeline, and a sixteenth control valve is connected on the twentieth pipeline in series, and the central heating control system can control the operation of the first control valve, the third control valve, the fifteenth control valve, the sixteenth control valve and the cooling device.
