The opening and closing of the channel between the upper cylinder barrel and the hopper are realized in the rotating process of the rotary valve body, so that when the piston moves, concrete in the hopper directly flows downwards to cause friction between the piston and materials.

Then the injection machine starts to work, a rotary valve body of the rotary valve structure opens a channel between an upper cylinder barrel and a hopper, materials enter the upper cylinder barrel from the hopper, the rotary valve body closes the channel between the cylinder barrel and the hopper at the moment, an upper material pushing piston moves towards one side of an upper box body to move the materials back to the upper box body, a lower sealing piston is in a sealing state between a lower box body and a lower cylinder barrel at the moment, and the materials enter the lower cylinder barrel from the upper box body; after the material enters the lower cylinder barrel, the upper sealing piston returns to the position between the upper cylinder barrel and the upper box body for sealing, and the lower material pushing piston pushes the material to the lower box body; the materials fall to a conical distributor above the rotor through a lower box body and are uniformly distributed in each material cavity of the rotor; the air inlet supplies air, and the air outlet supplies air to send the material in the rotor material cavity to the discharge gate to realize concrete continuous conveying and guniting.
When the concrete spraying all-in-one machine works, the lower hydraulic cylinder pushes the lower sealing piston to move towards one side of the lower cylinder barrel, the lower sealing piston moves to a position between the lower cylinder barrel and the lower box body for sealing, meanwhile, the exhaust rod on the lower feeding piston is pushed down to open the exhaust piston, and the exhaust device is opened; and then the lower hydraulic cylinder drives the lower material pushing piston to move reversely, so that the materials are pushed to the lower box body, meanwhile, the exhaust rod is far away from the exhaust piston, and the exhaust device is closed. In addition, when the concrete spraying all-in-one machine works, at least one sealing piston of the upper sealing piston and the lower sealing piston is in a sealing position.

the hopper of the pulp shooting machine is fixedly connected above the upper cylinder mechanism, the lower cylinder mechanism is fixedly connected below the upper cylinder mechanism, and the rotor mechanism is fixedly arranged below the lower box body of the lower cylinder mechanism; the upper cylinder mechanism and the lower cylinder mechanism only act on one of the pistons during working, and at least one sealing piston is positioned at a sealing position; the feeding machine is used for stirring and feeding through the main spiral.
