2. The core stock according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises broke stock, the bleached chemithermomechanical pulp and the broke stock being at least 85% by mass of the core stock.
3. The core layer slurry according to claim 2, characterized in that the bleached chemithermomechanical pulp and the broke pulp are present in a mass ratio of 85-95% of the core layer slurry.
4. The core layer pulp of claim 1, comprising a broke pulp, a bleached sulfate hardwood pulp, and a bleached sulfate softwood pulp, wherein the bleached chemithermomechanical pulp comprises 65% to 85% by mass of the core layer pulp; the mass ratio of the damaged paper pulp to the core layer pulp is 10-30%; the bleached sulfate hardwood pulp accounts for 0-10% of the mass ratio of the core layer pulp; the bleached sulfate softwood pulp accounts for 0-3% of the mass ratio of the core layer pulp.
5. The core layer slurry according to claim 1, further comprising a core layer enhancing chemical, wherein the core layer enhancing chemical is cationic starch, and the cationic starch is added in an amount of 10 to 20 kg/ton of slurry.
6. A method for producing a base paper, characterized in that the method comprises:
providing a top layer slurry, a bottom layer slurry and the core layer slurry of any one of claims 1-5;
adding rosin glue and aluminum sulfate solution into the surface layer slurry, the bottom layer slurry and the core layer slurry respectively to carry out internal sizing;
and respectively conveying the surface layer slurry, the bottom layer slurry and the core layer slurry to a surface net, a bottom net and a core net for papermaking, squeezing and drying to obtain the base paper.
7. The method of claim 6,
3-7 kg/ton pulp (calculated by absolute dry weight) of the rosin size is added into the core layer pulp; adding 10-20 kg/ton pulp (calculated by absolute dry weight) of the aluminum sulfate solution into the core layer pulp;
3-7 kg/ton of size (calculated by absolute dry weight) of the rosin size is added into the surface layer size; adding 0-10 kg/ton pulp (calculated by absolute dry weight) of the aluminum sulfate solution into the surface layer pulp;
3-7 kg/ton pulp (calculated by absolute dry weight) of the rosin size is added into the bottom layer pulp; 0-10 kg/ton pulp (calculated as absolute dry weight) of the aluminium sulphate solution is added to the bottom layer pulp.
8. A method for producing paperboard, said method comprising:
providing a base paper and a sizing material, wherein the base paper is prepared by the preparation method of any one of claims 6-7;
coating sizing materials on the surface of the base paper for surface sizing;
and drying and calendering the base paper after surface sizing is finished to obtain the paperboard.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the applying size to the surface of the base paper for surface sizing comprises:
coating the sizing material on the first surface of the base paper, wherein the coating weight is 3g/m2-4.5g/m2, and the solid content of sizing accounts for 16% -24%, so as to form a first surface layer;
coating the sizing material on the second surface of the base paper, wherein the coating weight is 3g/m2-4.5g/m2, and the solid content of sizing accounts for 16% -24%, so as to form a second surface layer;
wherein the first surface and the second surface are opposite.
10. A paperboard, characterized in that it is produced by the process according to any one of claims 8-9.
11. A paperboard according to claim 10, wherein said paperboard comprises a first side and a second side, and said first side and said second side are opposite to each other; wherein,
the surface water absorption capacity of the first face and the second face is 40g/m2-120g/m2 per minute.
12. A paper making machine, characterized in that it is used for producing a paperboard according to any one of claims 10-11.
