The aqueous gloss oil for the high-tolerance aluminum product prepared by the invention is an aqueous baking varnish system, is safe and environment-friendly, has no abnormality after 1000 hours of neutral salt spray, does not pulverize or yellow after 2000 hours of xenon lamp aging, and has smooth and flat coating on the aluminum product with incomplete degreasing and good adhesive force. The water-based gloss oil is used for the continuous coating production of aluminum coils, is used in the field of high decoration, and has wide application prospect.
