the cutting knives protrude out of the cutting platform at intervals, one end of each cutting knife protruding out of the cutting platform is provided with a tip, and the cutting edge of each cutting knife extends to the middle part or the other end of each cutting knife from the tip on one side of the cutting knife;
and the driving mechanism is arranged on one side of the knife back of the cutting knife and used for pulling the flame-retardant rubber sheet to move on the cutting platform along the cutting direction of the cutting knife in a reverse direction so as to utilize the cutting knife to cut the flame-retardant rubber sheet into a plurality of fire extinguishing strips.
2. The fire extinguishing bar cutting device of claim 1, wherein the drive mechanism comprises:
the driving wheel is axially parallel to the arrangement direction of the cutting knives, two ends of the driving wheel are rotatably connected with the cutting platform, and one end of the driving wheel is coaxially provided with a first belt wheel;
the driven wheel is arranged in parallel with the driving wheel, and a gap for pressing the flame-retardant rubber sheet and allowing the flame-retardant rubber sheet to pass is arranged between the driven wheel and the driving wheel; both ends are rotatably connected with the cutting platform;
the output end of the driving motor is provided with a second belt wheel coplanar with the first belt wheel;
a drive belt for connecting the first pulley and the second pulley.
3. The fire extinguishing bar cutting device of claim 2, wherein the top of the circumferential surface of the drive wheel is coplanar with the bearing surface of the cutting deck.
4. The fire extinguishing bar cutting device of claim 2, wherein the driven wheel is provided at both ends thereof with an adjustment mechanism for adjusting a distance between the driven wheel and the driving wheel.
5. The fire extinguishing bar cutting device of claim 4, wherein the adjustment structure comprises:
the adjusting blocks are arranged at two ends of the driven wheel, are rotatably connected with the driven wheel, and are internally provided with through holes vertical to the bearing surface of the cutting platform;
the adjusting rod is arranged in the through hole and is connected with the adjusting block through a threaded structure; one end of the cutting platform is rotatably connected with the cutting platform, and the other end of the cutting platform is provided with a limiting block for limiting the adjusting block.
6. The fire extinguishing strip cutting device of claim 2, wherein the surfaces of the driving wheel and the driven wheel are provided with anti-slip lines.
7. The fire extinguishing bar cutting device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a stopper is provided between each adjacent two of the cutters for limiting a distance between the adjacent two cutters; the stop block is detachably connected with the cutting platform.
8. The fire extinguishing strip cutting device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a pressure bar for pressing the flame retardant rubber sheet against the bearing surface of the cutting platform is provided above the cutting platform, the pressure bar being arranged parallel to the bearing surface of the cutting platform.
9. The fire extinguishing strip cutting device of claim 8, wherein one end of the pressure bar is hinged to the cutting platform and the other end is provided with a hook that is hooked to the cutting platform.
10. The fire extinguishing strip cutting device of claim 8, wherein the spacing between the pressure bar and the bearing surface of the cutting platform is greater than the thickness of the flame retardant rubber sheet.
