Referring to fig. 3, the collision impeller 45 includes a base plate 451 and a collision blade 452.
The chassis 451 is disc-shaped, the center of the circle of the chassis 451 is overlapped with the center of the driving frame 44, so that the chassis 451 and the driving frame 44 are coaxially fixed, and the outer edge of the chassis 451 is overlapped with the end of the driving frame 44, so that the chassis 451 can rotate clockwise and counterclockwise along with the driving frame 44.
The collision blade 452 is provided in four pieces, the four collision blades 452 extend toward the outer circumference of the base plate 451 along the center of the base plate 451, and the four collision blades 452 are uniformly arranged on the base plate 451 along the circumferential direction of the base plate 451 so that the capsule can collide with the collision blades 452 by the reciprocating rotation of the base plate 451 after falling onto the base plate 451.
The surface of the base plate 451 is provided with a circle of inclined surface 4511 extending obliquely downwards along the radius direction of the base plate 451, so that the base plate 451 is in a circular truncated cone shape, and when the capsule collides with the collision blade 452, the capsule slides down along the inclined surface 4511, thereby ensuring smooth collection of the capsule.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, a circle of cylindrical protection covers 46 extending vertically and upwardly are arranged at the outer edges of three ends of the bottom frame 41, the upper end edges of the protection covers 46 extend to the outer edges of three ends of the driving frame 44, the upper end edges of the protection covers 46 are flush with the lower end surface of the bottom plate 451, and the protection covers 46 can cover the left swing cylinder 42 and the right swing cylinder 43 so as to prevent the qualified capsule from contacting the left swing cylinder 42 or the right swing cylinder 43 and being polluted when falling along the inclined surface 4511 of the bottom plate 451, thereby ensuring the cleanness of the capsule.
The collision blades 452 are elastic pieces and are attached to the inclined surface 4511 of the chassis 451, one end of each collision blade 452 is hinged to the center of the chassis 451, one end of each collision blade 452, which is close to the periphery of the chassis 451, is hinged to the upper end edge of the protective cover 46, and the distance between the center of the chassis 451 and the hinged point of the collision blades 452 and the protective cover 46 is smaller than the length of the collision blade 452, so that the collision blades 452 are always in a bent state and bend left and right along with the back-and-forth rotation of the chassis 451, the collision degree of the capsule and the collision blades 452 is further enhanced, the capsule is more fully collided, and the thorough shaking and falling of the medicinal powder are further realized.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, a circle of material collecting baffle 5 is disposed on the inner wall of the polishing barrel 31 above the bottom plate 451, the lower end of the material collecting baffle 5 extends obliquely towards the center of the bottom plate 451, and when a qualified capsule collides with the collision wall 212, the capsule can fall to the center of the bottom plate 451 along the material collecting baffle 5, so as to prevent the capsule from falling from the periphery of the bottom plate 451 and being unable to collide with the collision blade 452, and thus the capsule is fully collided.
The lower extreme of baffle 5 that gathers materials is along being connected with the dustproof baffle 6 that the chassis 451 top was arranged in to the round, the lower extreme of dustproof baffle 6 extends and with polishing barrel 31's inner wall slope, after the capsule collided with collision blade 452, the powder that is shaken down can rise along air cylinder 21, set up dustproof baffle 6 in the below of baffle 5 that gathers materials, just can avoid powder to rise to the contained angle department of baffle 5 that gathers materials and polishing barrel 31 inner wall and form and pile up, thereby guarantee the clearance degree of powder.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: when the device is used, the capsules in the feeding pipe 11 move into the air separation cylinder 21 at an accelerated speed due to the air exhaust action of the axial flow fan 12 and collide with the collision wall 212 of the inner wall of the air separation cylinder 21, so that the medicinal powder attached to the surfaces of the capsules is shaken off, then the qualified capsules meeting the loading requirement fall to the center of a circle of the base plate 451 along the material collection baffle 5, under the alternate telescopic action of the three left swing cylinders 42 and the three right swing cylinders 43, the base plate 451 rotates clockwise and anticlockwise back and forth, further the capsules collide with collision blades 452 on the base plate 451 back and forth, so that the residual medicinal powder on the surfaces of the capsules is sufficiently shaken off, then the clean capsules fall into the material collection hopper 33 along the inclined surface 4511 to be collected, and the medicinal powder cannot be brushed on the surfaces of the capsules without the medicinal powder due to no adoption of a brush, so that the medicinal powder on the surfaces of the capsules is sufficiently; in the air separation cylinder 21, due to the action of the negative pressure airflow, unqualified capsules, medicinal powder, broken capsules and empty capsules which are smaller than the filling amount requirement can ascend along the air separation cylinder 21 and finally enter the waste capsule cavity 222 in the waste removal cylinder 22 for storage, and the air outlet amount of the air separation cylinder 21 is adjusted to determine that qualified capsules which meet the filling amount requirement are not absorbed, so that the capsules, empty shells, fragments and capsules separated by caps and lower than the filling amount requirement can be completely discharged, and the purposes of checking the filling amount and removing the waste capsules are achieved.
The embodiments of the present invention are preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited by these embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the invention are covered by the protection scope of the invention.
Claims (8)
1. A capsule cleaning and polishing machine is characterized in that: the air separation machine comprises a rack (1) and a feeding pipe (11) arranged on the rack (1), wherein an axial flow fan (12) communicated with an inlet of the feeding pipe (11) is arranged on the rack (1), and an air separation mechanism (2) and a polishing mechanism (3) are arranged on the rack (1);
the winnowing mechanism (2) comprises a winnowing barrel (21) and a waste removing barrel (22), the winnowing barrel (21) is vertically arranged and is communicated with a feeding pipe (11), an impact wall (212) is arranged on the inner wall of the winnowing barrel (21), the impact wall (212) is just opposite to an outlet of the feeding pipe (11), the waste removing barrel (22) is vertically arranged and is communicated with an upper port of the winnowing barrel (21), a lower port of the waste removing barrel (22) is sealed, a lower end cavity of the waste removing barrel is a waste bag cavity (222), and an upper port of the waste removing barrel (22) is communicated with an air outlet pipe (23) with an exhaust fan (231);
the polishing mechanism (3) comprises a polishing barrel (31) and a material receiving hopper (33), the polishing barrel (31) is communicated with a lower port of the winnowing barrel (21), a collision component (4) arranged below an outlet of the feeding pipe (11) is arranged in the polishing barrel (31), and the material receiving hopper (33) is installed on the rack (1) and arranged below a discharge port of the polishing barrel (31).
2. The capsule cleaning and polishing machine of claim 1, wherein: the collision assembly (4) comprises a bottom frame (41), a left swing cylinder (42), a right swing cylinder (43), a driving frame (44) and a collision impeller (45);
the outer edge of the bottom frame (41) is provided with three end heads which are uniformly arranged along the edge of the bottom frame (41), and each end head is provided with a support rod (411) connected with the inner wall of the polishing barrel (31);
the number of the left swing cylinders (42) and the number of the right swing cylinders (43) are three, every two of the three left swing cylinders (42) and the three right swing cylinders (43) are in a group and are respectively hinged to three ends of the bottom frame (41), and piston rods of the three left swing cylinders (42) and piston rods of the three right swing cylinders (43) are alternately telescopic;
the driving frame (44) is matched with the bottom frame (41) and is arranged in parallel with the bottom frame (41), and piston rods of a left swing cylinder (42) on each end head of the bottom frame (41) and a right swing cylinder (43) on the end head adjacent to the end head in the clockwise direction are hinged to the same end head on the driving frame (44);
the collision impeller (45) comprises a base plate (451) and a plurality of collision blades (452), wherein the base plate (451) is arranged on the driving frame (44), the plurality of collision blades (452) extend to the periphery of the base plate (451) along the center of the base plate (451) and are uniformly arranged on the base plate (451).
3. The capsule cleaning and polishing machine of claim 2, wherein: and the outer edge of the bottom frame (41) is provided with a protective cover (46) which vertically extends upwards to the outer edge of the driving frame (44).

The capsule cleaning and polishing machine of claim 3, wherein: the collision blade (452) is an elastic piece, one end of the collision blade (452) is hinged to the center of the chassis (451), one end of the collision blade (452) close to the periphery of the chassis (451) is hinged to the upper end edge of the protection cover (46), and the distance between the center of the chassis (451) and the hinged point of the collision blade (452) and the protection cover (46) is smaller than the length of the collision blade (452).
5. The capsule cleaning and polishing machine of claim 2, wherein: the surface of the chassis (451) is provided with a circle of inclined surfaces (4511) which extend obliquely downwards along the radius direction of the chassis (451).
6. The capsule cleaning and polishing machine of claim 2, wherein: the inner wall of the polishing barrel (31) is provided with a ring of material collecting baffle plates (5) which are arranged above the base plate (451) and extend towards the center of the base plate (451) in an inclined way.
7. The capsule cleaning and polishing machine of claim 6, wherein: the lower end of the aggregate baffle (5) is connected with a circle of dustproof baffles (6) which are arranged above the chassis (451) and extend towards the inner wall of the polishing barrel (31) in an inclined way.
8. The capsule cleaning and polishing machine of claim 1, wherein: and an access window (311) is arranged on the wall of the polishing barrel (31).
