Background
In the prior art, two methods, namely a chemical method and a mechanical method, are mainly adopted for polishing the contact of the electric heating tube. The chemical method comprises three modes of sulfuric acid, nitric acid and hydrochloric acid pickling, nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid pickling and alkaline boiling, and has the problems of high cost, large pollution and the like. The mechanical method is to remove the oxide skin in a manual mode, the removing method needs to be operated by special arrangement personnel, although the method has no requirement on the technical aspect, the defects are that the labor cost of enterprises is increased invisibly, the working pressure of workers is increased, and the uniformity of removing cannot be ensured when the manual mode is adopted for removing. This also causes uneven quality of the workpiece, which results in a failure to ensure product quality and a relatively low manual production efficiency.
Therefore, the patent specification with the publication number of CN109277915A discloses a polishing device and a polishing method for an electric heating tube contact, which comprises a polishing mechanism and a conveying mechanism which are connected with each other, wherein a column in the conveying mechanism is connected with a conveying belt through a bearing and a bearing seat connecting shaft, and a plurality of groups of double-hole structures are uniformly distributed on the conveying belt; two outer frames in the polishing mechanism are oppositely arranged on two sides of the conveyor belt in a [ ] shape, and the upper ends of the outer frames are connected with iron brushes through sliding blocks, so that the two opposite iron brushes in each group are matched with the double-hole structure on the conveyor belt.
The polishing equipment and the polishing method of the electric heating tube contact have the defects that firstly, two groups of steel brushes are used for polishing, and the direction of the first group of steel brushes is clockwise and anticlockwise; the second group of steel brushes turns to be anticlockwise and clockwise, the electrode tips to be polished respectively pass through the middle of the two groups of steel brushes, the steel brushes rotate at a high speed to polish the electrode tips, and different positions of oxide films on the surfaces of the electrode tips are subjected to different friction forces of the steel brushes, so that some oxide films cannot be removed, some of the oxide films are excessively polished, and the efficiency is very low; secondly, the mechanical volume is big, and the structure is more complicated, can not polish by the too little thin electrode tip of undersize, and the suitability is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the problems in the prior art and provides polishing equipment and a polishing method for an electric heating tube contact.
In order to achieve the technical purpose and achieve the technical effect, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the polishing equipment for the electric heating tube contact comprises a rack, wherein a rotating motor is fixed at the center of the rack, a tray is fixedly supported on an output shaft of the rotating motor, the tray is symmetrically and rotatably supported by taking the output shaft as a symmetric center, two supporting vertical shafts are fixed on the outer sides of shaft bodies of the supporting vertical shafts, an inner gear ring is fixed on the outer side of the rack, the two cylindrical gears are respectively meshed with an inner gear groove of the inner gear ring, a horizontal bevel gear is fixed at the top end of each supporting vertical shaft, vertical plates are symmetrically fixed on the tray, a driven transverse shaft is rotatably supported on the upper portion of each vertical plate, a vertical bevel gear meshed with the horizontal bevel gear is fixed at one end of the driven transverse shaft, and a polishing brush capable of being detached and replaced is fixed at the other end of the driven transverse shaft.

A polishing method for an electric heating tube contact comprises the following steps:
1) checking the polishing equipment and the power supply state, determining that no foreign object exists in the equipment, and turning on the power supply after all the equipment is normal;
2) inserting the contact of the electric heating tube into the upper hole of the equipment until the contact touches the polishing brush;
3) starting a rotating motor, driving a tray to rotate by the rotating motor, driving a cylindrical gear to rotate by the tray through a supporting vertical shaft, meshing the cylindrical gear with an inner gear ring and revolving along with an output shaft of the rotating motor, connecting a horizontal conical gear and the cylindrical gear through the supporting vertical shaft and revolving together, and meshing the horizontal conical gear with a vertical conical gear so as to enable the vertical conical gear to rotate, so that a grinding brush fixed on a driven horizontal shaft is used for grinding an electrothermal tube contact;
4) and after polishing, pulling out the contact of the electric heating tube.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the electric heating tube polishing device is scientific and reasonable in structural design, on one hand, the two polishing brushes revolve while rotating, and an oxidation film on the surface of the contact of the electric heating tube between the two polishing brushes is uniformly stressed, so that the roundness of the contact is favorably kept, the polishing effect is good, and the efficiency is higher; on the other hand, the whole volume of the equipment is small, the electric heating tube contact which is small in size can be polished, and the applicability is high.
Of course, it is not necessary for any one product that embodies the invention to achieve all of the above advantages simultaneously.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1-4, the present embodiment is a polishing apparatus for an electric heating tube contact, including a frame 1, a rotating motor 2 fixed at the center of the frame 1, a tray 3 fixed on an output shaft of the rotating motor 2, two supporting vertical shafts 4 symmetrically supported on the tray 3 by taking the output shaft as a symmetric center, and a cylindrical gear 5 fixed on the outer side of the shaft body of the supporting vertical shafts 4. An inner gear ring 6 is fixed on the outer side of the tray 3 of the frame 1, and the two cylindrical gears 5 are respectively meshed with an inner tooth groove of the inner gear ring 6. A horizontal bevel gear 7 is fixed at the top end of the supporting vertical shaft 4, vertical plates 11 are symmetrically fixed on the tray 3, and a driven horizontal shaft 9 is rotatably supported at the upper parts of the vertical plates 11. One end of the driven transverse shaft 9 is fixed with a vertical bevel gear 8 meshed with the horizontal bevel gear 7, and the horizontal bevel gear 7 and the vertical bevel gear 8 form a right-angle steering gear set. The other end of the driven transverse shaft 9 is fixed with a polishing brush 10 which can be detached and replaced, a gap which is convenient for the electric heating tube contact to be inserted along the vertical direction is reserved between the two polishing brushes 10, and the polishing brushes 10 are steel brushes.
In this embodiment, the supporting bearing for supporting the vertical shaft 4 to rotate is disposed in the tray 3. A positioning bearing which is convenient for the driven transverse shaft 9 to rotate is arranged in the vertical plate 11. A transverse plate 12 is vertically fixed on the outer side of the vertical plate 11, and a guide bearing convenient for supporting the vertical shaft 4 to rotate is arranged in the transverse plate 12.
In this embodiment, the tray 3, the vertical plate 11, and the horizontal plate 12 are made of stainless steel and fixed by welding.
In this embodiment, the polishing brush 10 is fixed to the driven horizontal shaft 9 by a screw or a snap, and can be replaced quickly when worn due to an excessively long service life.
In this embodiment, a dust container 13 for collecting grinding dust is fixed to the outer side of the tray 3. The chip containing box 13 includes a box body 131, a drawer box 132 and a mounting plate 133, the drawer box 132 is slidably connected to the box body 131, and the lower end of the box body 131 is fixed to the tray 3 through the mounting plate 133. The box 131 is in a shape of a Chinese character 'tu', two sides of the protruding upper portion of the box are provided with through holes 134 matched with the driven cross shaft 9, and the top end of the upper portion is provided with a material hole 135 convenient for taking the contact of the discharge heating tube.
The embodiment also provides a polishing method of the electric heating tube contact, which comprises the following steps:
1) checking the polishing equipment and the power supply state, determining that no foreign object exists in the equipment, and turning on the power supply after all the equipment is normal;
2) inserting the contact of the electric heating tube into the upper hole of the equipment until the contact touches the polishing brush 10;
3) starting a rotating motor, driving a tray 3 to rotate by a rotating motor 2, driving a cylindrical gear 5 to rotate by the tray 3 through a supporting vertical shaft 4, meshing the cylindrical gear 5 with an inner gear ring 6 and revolving along with an output shaft of the rotating motor 2, connecting a horizontal conical gear 7 with the cylindrical gear 5 through the supporting vertical shaft 4 and revolving together, and meshing the horizontal conical gear 7 with a vertical conical gear 8 so as to enable the vertical conical gear 8 to rotate, so that a grinding brush 10 fixed on a driven horizontal shaft 9 is used for grinding the electric heating tube contact;
4) and after polishing, pulling out the contact of the electric heating tube.
One specific application of this embodiment is: the structure design of the embodiment is scientific and reasonable, on one hand, the two grinding brushes 10 revolve while rotating, and the oxide film on the surface of the electric heating tube contact between the two grinding brushes 10 is uniformly stressed, so that the roundness of the contact is favorably kept, the grinding effect is good, and the efficiency is higher; on the other hand, the whole volume of the equipment is small, the electric heating tube contact which is small in size can be polished, and the applicability is high. All parts of the whole equipment are detachable, standard parts are adopted, and any part can be easily replaced by finding the corresponding standard part when worn or lost, so that the repair difficulty is reduced.
