the longitudinal distance between the top support beam 21 and the bottom support beam 22 corresponding to the top support beam 21 in the projection in the horizontal plane is less than 50mm, the transverse distance is less than 50mm, and the vertical distance between the top support beam 21 and the bottom support beam 22 corresponding to the top support beam in the projection in the vertical plane is less than 50 mm.
Specifically, there is a deviation between the top beam 11 and the corresponding bottom beam 12 of the top frame of the net cage frame, that is, there is a deviation in the longitudinal direction, the transverse direction and the vertical direction, so that the top support beam 21 is fixedly connected to the top beam 11, and the bottom support beam 22 is fixedly connected to the bottom beam 12, so as to allow the top support beam 21 and the bottom support beam 22 to be within the preset deviation range.
The predetermined deviation range further includes an angular twist deformation of the top support beam 21 and the bottom support beam 22 corresponding thereto of less than 50mm in the longitudinal direction and an angular twist deformation of the top support beam 21 and the bottom support beam 22 corresponding thereto of less than 50mm in the lateral direction.
Further, before step S6, the method further includes:
providing a plurality of connecting pipes 23 and sleeves 24, sleeving the sleeves 24 on the connecting pipes 23, dividing two adjacent bottom supporting beams 22 into a group by taking the longitudinal central point of the bottom beam 12 as a starting point, and connecting and fixing the bottom supporting beams 22 in the same group through the connecting pipes 23. In this embodiment, the length of the connecting pipe 23 is a predetermined longitudinal distance between the two bottom support beams 22.
Specifically, the sleeve 24 is firstly sleeved on the connecting pipe 23, then the two ends of the connecting pipe 23 are respectively welded with the two bottom support beams 22, and then the bottom support beams 22 are pre-connected with the bottom beam 12 and controlled within a first deviation range.

The connection tubes 23 are connected between the bottom support beams 22, labeled 0 and 1, 2 and 3, 4 and 5, … …, n-1 and n.
Further included after step S7 is:
the position of the sleeve 24 on the connecting pipe 23 is determined by taking the longitudinal center point between the two top support beams 21 corresponding to the bottom support beams 22 at the two ends of the connecting pipe 23 as a reference, and the sleeve 24 is limited and fixed at the position.
The function of the sleeve 24 is to reduce wear between the rope and the connecting tube 23. The position of the sleeve 24 prevents the sleeve 24 from sliding in the length direction of the connection tube 23, and thus prevents the rope from shifting on the sleeve 24 when moving.
Referring to fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the sleeve 24 is limited by a limiting member 25. The two ends of the limiting piece 25 are abutted to the periphery of the sleeve 24, and the limiting piece 25 is connected with the connecting pipe 23 in a welding manner, so that the sleeve 24 is limited.
Further, the four top beams 11 of the top frame can be simultaneously installed on the top support beams 21, and then the four bottom support beams 22 on the four bottom beams 12 of the top frame installation underframe can be simultaneously installed on the bottom support beams 22 on the four bottom beams 12, so that the time is saved, and the construction period is shortened.
According to the technical scheme, the invention has the advantages and positive effects that:
the installation method of the netting tool comprises the steps of installing the top support beam, then installing the bottom support beam and then controlling the position deviation between the bottom support beam and the top support beam corresponding to the bottom support beam. When the top supporting beam is installed, the deviation between the actual sleeving position of the top supporting beam and the first preset position is controlled within a first deviation range, and the deviation between the actual fixing position of the top supporting beam and the first preset position is controlled within a second deviation range. When the bottom support beam is installed, the deviation between the actual pre-connection position of the bottom support beam and the second preset position is controlled within a first deviation range, the deviation between the actual fixing position of the bottom support beam and the second preset position is controlled within a second deviation range, and meanwhile, the position deviation between the bottom support beam and the top support beam corresponding to the bottom support beam is controlled within a preset deviation range. According to the installation method, the precision is effectively guaranteed through precision control before and after fixation, and the installation quality of the netting tool is further guaranteed. Meanwhile, the precision control means of the installation method can quickly meet the precision requirement, so that the installation efficiency is improved.

Claims (10)

1. The installation method of the netting tool is used for installing the netting tool on a net cage frame, and is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
providing a plurality of top supporting beams for hanging the tops of netting, wherein the top supporting beams are provided with through holes so as to be sleeved on the periphery of a top beam of the net cage frame;
sleeving a plurality of top supporting beams on the top beams of the net cage frame, and enabling the deviation between the actual sleeving position of the top supporting beams and a first preset position to be within a first deviation range;
welding and fixing the top support beam on the top beam, and enabling the deviation of the actual fixing position of the top support beam and the first preset position to be within a second deviation range;
providing a plurality of bottom support beams for supporting the bottom of the netting;
pre-connecting a plurality of bottom support beams to bottom beams of the net cage frame, and enabling the deviation between the actual pre-connection position and the second preset position of the bottom support beams to be within the first deviation range;
and welding and fixing the bottom support beam on the bottom beam, enabling the deviation between the actual fixing position of the bottom support beam and the second preset position to be within a second deviation range, and simultaneously controlling the position deviation between the bottom support beam and the top support beam corresponding to the bottom support beam to be within a preset deviation range.
2. The installation method of the netting tool of claim 1, wherein the first preset position meets the following condition:
the top supporting beams are arranged towards two ends by taking the center of the top beam in the length direction as a starting point, and the distance between every two adjacent top supporting beams is a first preset longitudinal interval; the distance between the top support beam positioned at one end of the top beam and the upright column positioned at the other end of the top beam is a first preset longitudinal length; the distance between the transverse preset point on the top supporting beam and the transverse central point of the top beam is a first preset transverse distance; the distance between the vertical preset point on the top supporting beam and the vertical central point of the top beam is a first preset vertical distance.
3. The installation method of the netting tool of claim 1, wherein the second preset position satisfies the following condition:
the bottom supporting beams are arranged towards the two ends by taking the center of the bottom beam in the length direction as a starting point, and the distance between every two adjacent bottom supporting beams is a second preset longitudinal interval; the distance between the bottom support beam positioned at one end of the bottom beam and the upright column positioned at the other end of the bottom beam is a second preset longitudinal length; the distance between the transverse preset point on the bottom supporting beam and the transverse central point of the bottom beam is a second preset transverse distance; and the distance between the vertical preset point on the bottom supporting beam and the caisson deck baseline of the net cage is a second preset vertical distance.
4. The installation method of a netting tool according to claim 1, wherein the second deviation range is larger than the first deviation range;
the first deviation comprises a first longitudinal spacing deviation, a first longitudinal length deviation, a first lateral deviation and a first vertical deviation;
the second deviation includes a second longitudinal spacing deviation, a second longitudinal length deviation, a second lateral deviation, and a second vertical deviation.
5. The installation method of a netting tool according to claim 4, wherein the first longitudinal interval deviation is ± 5mm, the first longitudinal length deviation is ± 5mm, the first transverse deviation is ± 5mm, and the first vertical deviation is ± 3 mm;
the second longitudinal interval deviation is +/-10 mm, the second longitudinal length deviation is +/-10 mm, the second transverse deviation is +/-10 mm, and the second vertical deviation is +/-5 mm.
6. The method for installing a netting tool according to claim 1, wherein in the step of sleeving the top support beams on the top beam of the net cage frame and keeping the deviation between the actual sleeving position of the top support beams and a first preset position within a first deviation range: two symmetrical points are selected on the side beam of the via hole and are polished, so that the top support beam meets the precision control requirement.

The netting tool mounting method according to claim 1, wherein in the step of welding and fixing the top support beam to the top beam, and keeping the deviation between the actual fixing position of the top support beam and the first preset position within a second deviation range, the top support beam is controlled to have a distortion in a transverse direction of less than 10mm, and the top support beam has a distortion in a longitudinal direction of less than 10 mm;
and in the step of welding and fixing the bottom support beam on the bottom beam, the torsion deformation of the bottom support beam in the transverse direction is controlled to be less than 10mm, and the torsion deformation of the top support beam in the longitudinal direction is controlled to be less than 10 mm.
8. The installation method of the netting tool according to claim 1, wherein the preset deviation range meets the following conditions:
the longitudinal distance between the top support beam and the bottom support beam corresponding to the top support beam in the projection in the horizontal plane is less than 50mm, the transverse distance is less than 50mm, and the vertical distance between the top support beam and the bottom support beam corresponding to the top support beam in the projection in the vertical plane is less than 50 mm.
9. The method of installing a netting tool of claim 1, wherein the step of pre-attaching a plurality of bottom support beams to the bottom beams of the cage frame further comprises, prior to the step of pre-attaching the bottom support beams to the bottom beams of the cage frame:
providing a plurality of connecting pipes and sleeves, sleeving the sleeves on the connecting pipes, dividing two adjacent bottom supporting beams into a group by taking a longitudinal central point of the bottom beam as a starting point, and connecting and fixing the bottom supporting beams in the same group through the connecting pipes;
after the step of welding and fixing the bottom support beam on the bottom beam and controlling the position deviation between the bottom support beam and the top support beam corresponding to the bottom support beam within a preset deviation range, the method further comprises the following steps:
and determining the position of the sleeve on the connecting pipe by taking the longitudinal central point between the two top supporting beams corresponding to the bottom supporting beams at the two ends of the connecting pipe as a reference, and limiting and fixing the sleeve at the position.
10. The netting tool mounting method of claim 9, wherein the step of dividing two adjacent bottom support beams into a group from a longitudinal center point of the bottom beam, and connecting and fixing the bottom support beams of the same group through the connecting pipe includes polishing at least two symmetrical points on an end surface of each bottom support beam, so that the two bottom support beams can meet the requirement that the precision is within the first deviation range.
