Detailed Description
To the technical defect that the current no steel ring brassiere that provides exists among the background art, this paper has carried out the in-depth study to a clothes with cup that has clear sense and stereovision is proposed. The technical solution and the technical effects are described by taking the clothes as the bra as an example, and the clothes provided by the invention are not limited to the bra product and can be all other types of clothes with the characteristics, such as camisoles, jumpsuits and the like.
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood by those skilled in the art, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a garment with bra cups according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The present invention provides a garment with breast cups, comprising a main body including breast cup portions 10, a terrace portion 11 and a back portion 12. The cup portion 10 is used for covering breasts, the terrace portion 11 is mainly located at the outer edge of the cup portion 10, and the size of the terrace portion 11 can be determined according to different types of bras, and the terrace portion can be larger in width, higher in side ratio and the like. The specific size of the soil portion 11 is not particularly limited herein.
The back part 12 extends from the soil bench part 11 to the outside, after the bra is worn, the back part 12 is approximately positioned at the back of the human body, the back part 12 mainly serves to cover the trunk of the human body, and the back part 12 and the soil bench part 11 both provide supporting force for the cup parts 10 so that the cup parts 10 are not easy to slide after the bra is worn.
The cup parts 10, the soil bench parts 11 and the back parts 12 form an integrated lace structure through a weaving process, namely, the cup parts 10, the soil bench parts 11 and the back parts 12 in the clothes with the cups form an integrated structure through seamless connection.
The specific forms of the cup portions 10, the terrace portions 11 and the back portions 12 can be designed according to specific requirements, and different specific structures of the cup portions 10 are shown in fig. 2 to 3.
Also, the supporting strength of the soil bench portion 11 is greater than that of the cup portion 10 in the present invention. The different support strengths of the mound portion 11 and the cup portion 10 may be achieved by:
the first mode is as follows: the density of the yarn forming the soil portion 11 is greater than that of the yarn forming the cup portion 10; namely, the density of the yarn forming the soil platform part 11 is controlled to be larger in the weaving process so as to form a lace structure with high yarn density, and when the yarn density is higher, the supporting capability of the weave structure of the lace structure is larger. When the cup portion 10 is knitted, the yarn density is controlled to be relatively low so as to form a lace structure with low yarn density, and when the yarn density is relatively low, the support capability of the lace structure formed by knitting is relatively low.
The second way is that the texture of the soil platform part 11 is different from that of the cup part 10, i.e. the texture forming the soil platform part 11 is different from that forming the cup part 10, so as to form different support capacities of the two.
According to the clothes with the cups, the cup parts 10, the soil bench parts 11 and the back parts 12 are woven to form the integrated lace structure, the three parts are connected seamlessly and integrally formed, the wearing comfort is improved, the lace structure has the advantages of being clear and layered, different patterns can be woven according to different requirements, the structure is variable, and the requirements of different wearers on bras are met.
In addition, although the cup portions 10, the mound portions 11, and the back portion 12 are integrally knitted, different supporting strengths can be formed by a knitting process, and particularly, the main body can be better fixed to the human body and not easily slip by making the supporting capability of the mound portion 11 stronger than that of the cup portions 10.
Of course, in order to provide better attachment of the garment having the breast cups to the torso of the wearer and to provide better support for the breast cup portions 10, the support strength of the back portion 12 may be further increased over that of the breast cup portions 10. The different support capabilities of the back portion 12 and the cup portion 10 may be implemented as described above and will not be described in detail here.
The supporting capabilities of the soil table portion 11 and the back portion 12 are not limited, and may be the same or different.
The brassiere may further include a back strap portion 13, and the back strap portion 13 may be integrally formed with the cup portions 10, the terrace portions 11 and the back portion 12 through a knitting process. Of course, the strap portion 13 may be independent of the main body, and the strap portion may be separately formed and then connected to the main body.
In order to further increase the three-dimensional modeling effect of the bra cup portion 10, the following improvements are made.
In one embodiment, the inner side of the main body further has additional structures, which are provided at least at the inner side of the cup portion 10 of the main body. The additional structure may be provided only in the cup portion 10, or may be provided both inside the cup portion 10 and the back portion 12; of course, the additional structure may be provided at the inner sides of the cup portion 10, the mound portion 11, and the back portion 12 at the same time. Although the additional structures are not shown in the figures, it is obvious to those skilled in the art from the description herein that the technical solutions described herein do not present implementation obstacles.
In one embodiment, the attachment structure includes a lining and a filling material, the lining is joined to the cup portion 10 or other portion of the body, and an opening is formed in the lining or between the portions of the lining joined thereto so that the filling material is interposed between the lining and the body.
The specific joining position of the lining material and the main body can be determined according to the specific design position, and the specific embodiment of joining the lining material to the cup part 10 and the soil platform part 11 is given herein.
The filling material may be any conventional filling material as long as it can make the cup portion 10 stand out for a better function. The liner is typically a soft cloth material, since it is typically in direct contact with the wearer.
In the above embodiment, the lining may be joined to the cup portion 10 or the mound portion 11 of the main body through a heat-sealing or sewing process.
Of course, the additional structure may also be formed as an integral structure with the body by a weaving process. For example, the lining may be integrally formed with the cup portion 10, the mound portion 11, and the back portion 12 through a knitting process.
In the above embodiments, the material forming the soil bench portion 11 and the back portion 12 has a greater tension than the material forming the cup portion 10. The difference of the material tension can be realized by controlling the density or the texture of the yarns forming each part to be different, namely, the material tension is related to the density degree or the texture of the yarns.
Fig. 4-1 and 4-2 show an embodiment in which the garment having the cups is a camisole, wherein fig. 4-1 is a front view of the camisole and fig. 4-2 is a back view of the camisole. The camisole also has a shirt body 14 attached to the underside of the platform portion 11 and back portion 12. the shirt body 14 may also be integrally formed with the body by a knitting process, or of course may be formed separately and then attached by attachment to the integrally formed lower edge of the lace structure of the platform portion 11 and back portion 12.
An embodiment in which the garment with cups is a bodysuit is illustrated in figures 5-1 and 5-2, where figure 5-1 is a front view of the bodysuit and figure 5-2 is a back view of the bodysuit. Unlike camisoles, in which the coveralls are attached to the underside of the soil platform portion 11 and the back portion 12, the coveralls 15 are constructed as described in the prior art. Similarly, the connecting body 15 may be integrally formed with the main body or may be separately formed and then connected to the main body.
The clothes with the cups provided by the invention are described in detail above. The principles and embodiments of the present invention are explained herein using specific examples, which are presented only to assist in understanding the method and its core concepts. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, it is possible to make various improvements and modifications to the present invention without departing from the principle of the present invention, and those improvements and modifications also fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
