Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于内燃机的高压燃油泵的或用于内燃机的气门机构的滚轮挺杆,所述滚轮挺杆可以在壳体容纳部中沿其纵轴线的方向被引导以及可以通过内燃机轴的凸轮沿纵向方向可移动地被驱动,所述辊子挺杆具有:挺杆本体,所述挺杆本体具有导向缸;杯形套筒,所述杯形套筒轴向地并且径向地支撑在导向缸上并具有用于泵活塞或气门机构元件的支承部;和支承在导向缸的支撑边沿上的可转动的滚轮,经由所述滚轮,滚轮挺杆可以支撑在内燃机轴上。
背景技术
从JP H0-6159016 A中得出一种用于挺杆传动装置的两件式的滚轮挺杆。所述滚轮挺杆根据图2(B)具有拉长的导向缸,所述导向缸在其凸轮轴侧的下部部段中围住实心套筒,所述套筒具有用于凸轮接触的可转动的滚轮。
从申请人的然而尚未公开的DE 10 2017 114 326中已知另一滚轮挺杆。在所述滚轮挺杆中,杯形套筒在其内部端部上具有成角度地模制的横梁,所述横梁用于杯形套筒在导向缸上的支撑和引导。由此,在用于在导向缸上的滚轮支承的支撑边沿和杯形套筒之间的力线错开地构成,使得力传递受限。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种滚轮挺杆,所述滚轮挺杆可以成本适宜地匹配不同大小和在内燃机轴和泵元件或气门机构元件之间的不同间距,并且在此具有笔直的力线。
根据本发明,所述目的通过如下方式实现:杯形套筒在其背离支承部的端部区域上具有用于径向支撑在导向缸上的环形凸肩和用于轴向支撑在导向缸上的端侧环。
端侧环优选地具有留空部,所述留空部与支撑边沿上的突出部连接,所述支撑边沿用于在导向缸上的滚轮支承。由此,滚轮经由引导边沿笔直地与端侧环有效连接,并且所述端侧环与杯形套筒有效连接。以有利的方式,杯形套筒构成为深冲件,并且环形凸肩通过将套筒锻压成环形的凸缘来制成。通过不同的成型阶段,用于泵活塞或用于气门机构元件的支承部距环形凸肩和/或距端侧环的间距可变地构成,使得针对在内燃机轴和泵活塞或气门机构元件之间的不同的间距,挺杆本体具有不同的长度。在环形凸肩和导向缸的内壁之间的配合能够构成为过盈配合,使得杯形套筒也轴向地固定在导向缸中。

具体实施方式
在图1至4中,只要具体地示出,借助1表示导向缸,所述导向缸具有削平的支撑边沿2,在所述支撑边沿中加工出用于滚轮的螺栓的钻孔。支撑边沿2,如尤其可从图1、3和4中得出,具有突出部3,所述突出部在支撑边沿2的延长部中在导向缸的内部中定向。在导向缸1的内部中***杯形套筒4,所述杯形套筒具有端侧环5、环形凸肩6和用于泵活塞或气门机构元件的支承部7。在端侧环5上加工出留空部8(参见图3),所述留空部配合于支撑边沿2上的突出部3。由此,如在图2中可得出,提供在支撑边沿2和杯形套筒4之间的力线和杯形套筒4在导向缸1中的扭转止动。
杯形套筒4构成为深冲件,并且环形凸肩6通过将杯形套筒4锻压成环形的凸缘来制成。根据不同的成型阶段,在支承部7和端侧环5或环形凸肩6之间的间距以不同的长度构成。导向缸1与环形凸肩6相邻地具有加厚部,使得环形凸肩6可以借助于压配合***到导向缸1中,而无需担心导向缸1的不允许的扩宽。

Claims (5)
1.一种用于内燃机的高压燃油泵的或用于内燃机的气门机构的滚轮挺杆,所述滚轮挺杆能在壳体容纳部中沿其纵轴线的方向被引导,以及通过内燃机轴的凸轮沿纵向方向可移动地被驱动,所述滚轮挺杆具有:挺杆本体,所述挺杆本体具有导向缸(1);杯形套筒(4),所述杯形套筒轴向地并且径向地支撑在所述导向缸(1)上,并具有用于泵活塞或气门机构元件的支承部(7);和支承在所述导向缸(1)的支撑边沿(2)上的能转动的滚轮,经由所述滚轮,所述滚轮挺杆能支撑在所述内燃机轴上,
其特征在于,
所述杯形套筒(4)在其背离所述支承部(7)的端部区域上具有用于径向支撑在所述导向缸(1)上的环形凸肩(6)和用于轴向支撑在所述导向缸(1)上的端侧环(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚轮挺杆,其特征在于,
所述端侧环(5)具有留空部(8),所述留空部与所述支撑边沿(2)上的突出部(3)连接,所述支撑边沿用于在所述导向缸(1)上的滚轮支承。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的滚轮挺杆,其特征在于,
所述杯形套筒(4)构成为深冲件,并且所述环形凸肩(6)通过将所述套筒(4)锻压成环形的凸缘而制成。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的滚轮挺杆,其特征在于,
根据不同的成型阶段,所述支承部(7)距所述环形凸肩(6)和/或距所述端侧环(5)的间距可变地构成。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的滚轮挺杆,其特征在于,
在所述环形凸肩(6)和所述导向缸(1)的内壁之间的配合构成为过盈配合。
