as shown in the attached drawings 1-5, a drainage channel 5 is arranged on the base body 1 corresponding to the position below the cable placing grooves 3, the drainage channel 5 extends along the length direction of the base body 1, a plurality of water outlets 6 communicated with the drainage channel 5 are arranged on the right side surface of the base body 1 along the length direction at intervals, a plurality of drain holes 7 are arranged on the bottom wall of each cable placing groove 3 along the length direction of the cable placing groove 3 at intervals, and the bottom end of each drain hole 7 is communicated with the drainage channel 5.
