An airflow impact type non-ferrous metal smelting device is characterized by comprising a furnace body, a rotary driving mechanism, a smelting mechanism and an airflow pipe body; a smelting cavity is arranged inside the furnace body; the rotary driving mechanism is arranged at the upper end of the furnace body; the smelting mechanism is arranged in the middle of the inside of the furnace body; the rotary driving mechanism drives the smelting mechanism to rotate; the smelting mechanism comprises an upper connecting plate, a lower connecting plate, an inner-layer annular net body, a middle annular net body, an outer-layer annular net body, a sleeving ring, a floating ring, an adjusting internal thread column and an adjusting screw rod; the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate are respectively arranged in parallel up and down; an inner annular net body, a middle annular net body and an outer annular net body are arranged between the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate; the inner layer annular net body is arranged in the middle between the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate; the middle annular net body is positioned on the outer side of the periphery of the inner annular net body; the outer layer annular net body is positioned on the outer side of the periphery of the middle annular net body; an inner feeding cavity is arranged inside the inner layer annular net body; a middle feeding ring groove is arranged between the inner layer annular net body and the middle annular net body; an outer layer feeding ring groove is formed between the middle annular net body and the outer layer annular net body; feeding opening and closing openings are formed in two sides of the upper end of the upper connecting plate; the feeding opening and closing opening is positioned above the inner feeding cavity; the diameters of the meshes on the inner layer annular net body, the middle annular net body and the outer layer annular net body are sequentially reduced from large to small; two discharging pipes are respectively arranged on two sides below the smelting cavity; the upper sides of the middles of the inner-layer annular net body, the middle annular net body and the outer-layer annular net body are respectively provided with a sleeving ring, and the lower sides of the middles of the inner-layer annular net body, the middle annular net body and the outer-layer annular net body are respectively provided with a floating ring; a guide groove is formed in the lower end of the sleeving ring; the floating ring is inserted into the guide groove of the sleeving ring; an adjusting internal thread column and an adjusting screw rod are respectively arranged between the two sides of the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate; the upper end of the adjusting internal thread column is fixedly arranged on the lower side of the upper connecting plate, and the lower end of the adjusting internal thread column is provided with an internal thread groove; the lower end of the adjusting screw rod is rotatably arranged on the upper side of the lower connecting plate, and the upper end of the adjusting screw rod is rotatably arranged in an inner thread groove at the lower end of the adjusting inner thread column; a plurality of airflow pipe bodies are respectively and horizontally arranged on the outer sides of the peripheries of the upper half part and the lower half part of the outer layer annular net body; one end of the airflow pipe body is communicated and installed on the outer side of the outer layer annular net body, and the other end of the airflow pipe body extends to the outer part of the outer layer annular net body; the airflow pipe body is obliquely arranged on the outer side of the periphery of the outer annular net body; the axial direction of the airflow pipe body is mutually vertical to the radial direction of the outer layer annular net body; and the outer layer annular net body drives external airflow to enter the other end of the airflow pipe body when rotating.

The gas flow impingement non-ferrous metal smelting unit of claim 1 wherein a divider plate is provided below the interior of the furnace body; a heating cavity is arranged below the partition plate; a hot air flow input pipe is vertically arranged in the middle of the partition plate; the outer sides of the periphery of the upper end of the hot air flow input pipe are provided with flow isolating rings; the flow isolating ring is arranged on the upper end surface of the partition plate; and exhaust pipes are arranged on two sides of the upper end of the furnace body.

The gas flow impingement non-ferrous metal smelting apparatus of claim 1 further comprising a flow directing insert mechanism; the drainage inserting mechanism comprises an inserting ring and a drainage ring; the periphery of the lower part of the furnace body is provided with a butting ring; the lower end of the inserting ring is inserted into the furnace body and is abutted against the upper end face of the abutting ring; the periphery of the outer side of the plug-in ring is attached to the inner wall of the periphery of the furnace body; a plurality of drainage rings are uniformly arranged on the periphery of the inner side of the insertion ring from top to bottom.
4. The gas flow impingement non-ferrous metal smelting unit of claim 3 wherein the inducer ring is of a tapered configuration with a large top and a small bottom.
5. The gas flow impulse non-ferrous metal smelting unit of claim 1, wherein the mesh diameter D1 of the inner annular mesh body, the mesh diameter D2 of the middle annular mesh body, and the mesh diameter D3 of the outer annular mesh body are in the relationship: d1=2D2=4D 3.

The gas flow impingement non-ferrous metal smelting device of claim 1, wherein the rotary drive mechanism includes a drive motor and a rotary shaft; the driving motor is arranged on the outer side of the middle of the upper end of the furnace body; a rotating shaft is arranged below the driving motor; the upper end of the rotating shaft is connected with a driving motor, and the lower end of the rotating shaft is connected to the middle of the upper end of the upper connecting plate.
7. The airflow impact type nonferrous smelting device according to claim 6, wherein the upper end of the furnace body is provided with a movably mounted opening and closing cover plate; the driving motor is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the upper end of the opening and closing cover plate.
