Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a construction process for replacing a waterproof casing, which shortens the construction period, improves the quality and simplifies the later maintenance management work by reducing the types of the casings, simplifying the working procedures and reducing the construction difficulty.
The construction process for replacing the waterproof casing in the scheme comprises the following steps,
(1) blanking according to the designed determined pipe diameter and pipe section length, installing a water stop wing ring in the middle of the pipe section, installing connecting joints at two ends of the pipe section, wherein the connecting joints are detachably and fixedly connected;
(2) performing antiseptic treatment on the inner pipe wall and the outer pipe wall of the pipe section to form an antiseptic layer,
(3) performing waterproof treatment on the outer wall of the pipe section after the anticorrosion treatment, adding a waterproof layer, and drying in the shade for later use;
(4) after the waterproof layer absorbs sweat, uniformly coating clean river sand on the surface of the pipe section, and enabling the river sand to be embedded into the waterproof layer and tightly combined with the waterproof layer to form a river sand coating layer;
(5) the cast-in-place concrete wall or the prefabricated wall body, when the reinforcing steel bars of the pool wall are bound, the processed pipe sections are fixed on the reinforcing steel bar net rack, and the connecting joints at the two ends of the pipe sections are exposed outside the wall body;
(6) when the template is sealed, the prefabricated opening template is adopted to fix the pipe section, and a gap between the template and the pipe section is sealed, so that slurry leakage and mold explosion are prevented;
(7) when the mold is removed, the protective film of the pipe orifice is not damaged, whether the concrete around the pipe orifice is dense is carefully checked, and the defective place is repaired;
(8) and the two ends of the pipe section are connected with joints to be provided with external pipelines.
